Description
技术领域
本发明属于水域治理领域的一项技术,适用于河道、湖泊等黑臭水体治理,进一步说,尤其涉及一种快速提高黑臭水体透明度的配方。
背景技术
随着现代社会发展越来越快,人民生活水平不断提高,大量的生活污水、农业灌溉水、生活垃圾、工业废水、及污染负荷较大的地表径流直接流入水体,使得大量有机污染物在河流中堆积,导致河道出现黑臭。黑臭水体是一种极端的水污染状态,近两年来国家提倡水生态修复方法,但是在实际工程应用中,如何提高水体透明度是综合整治黑臭水体方法的关键。目前应用较多的是聚合氯化铝、聚丙烯酰胺等化学药剂,但是化学药剂不仅成本高、用量大、还产生二次污染,不符合生态治理方法。本方法提供了一种一种快速提高黑臭水体透明度的配方,通过合理配置微生物种类及配比,不仅能够迅速提高水体透明度,还能降低水体中有机及无机营养盐负荷,比如氨氮、总氮、有机磷及高锰酸盐指数等。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述技术问题而采用的技术方案是提供一种快速提高黑臭水体透明度的配方,菌剂由多种微生物菌种构成,各菌株在水体与底泥中各有分布,能够迅速降解各类有机及无机营养物质如黑臭硫化物、有机物、氨氮、总氮、磷酸盐等,降解效果显著,其中,具体技术方案为:
由硫细菌、硝化细菌、固氮菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、乳酸菌、放线菌构成;硫细菌、硝化细菌、固氮菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、乳酸菌、放线菌属按照1:1:1:1:1:1:1等比例配置;不需要红糖水活化,只需要室温条件下活化3-7h,便可投放黑臭水体适用;一般黑臭水体适用浓度范围为3-10g/m3。
本发明相对于现有技术具有如下有益效果:
1)菌剂由多种微生物菌种构成,各菌株在水体与底泥中各有分布,能够迅速降解各类有机及无机营养物质,如黑臭硫化物、有机物、氨氮、总氮、磷酸盐等,降解效果显著。快速提高水体透明度,促进水体中水生植物的存活率,为水生态修复提供基础,菌剂微生物在各类河道底泥与水体中能良好生长,迅速占据有利生态位,抑制产黑臭微生物生长繁殖,降低恶臭释放强度,为生态治理河道提供基础。
2)菌剂由高效除硫的硫细菌,具有较强蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶活性的枯草芽孢杆菌,能够高效降解氨氮浓度的固氮菌和硝化菌、高效降解高分子有机质、氨氮、总磷的酵母菌、乳酸菌、放线菌等组成。这些细菌协同作用,有效改善了水体的生态环境。枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、乳酸菌、放线菌将高分子有机质降解为低分子的二氧化碳,氨态氮,亚硝酸盐,硝酸盐,乙醇,醋酸、乳酸等低分子物质,而其中的二氧化碳,硝酸盐,亚硝酸盐,氨态氮,底泥中的硫化物,能够被水体中的硫杆菌、硝化细菌通过好氧反应进行氧化还原成氮气,硫或者硫酸,或者合成自身菌体,从而达到快速去除水体与底泥中黑臭硫化物,有机质,总氮等浓度。
3)本发明的微生物除臭菌剂由硫细菌、硝化细菌、固氮菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、乳酸菌、放线菌属按照1:1:1:1:1:1:1等比例配置,配用简单,成本较低,而且无二次污染。

本发明提供了一种快速提高黑臭水体透明度的配方,由硫细菌、硝化细菌、固氮菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、乳酸菌、放线菌构成;硫细菌、硝化细菌、固氮菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、乳酸菌、放线菌属按照1:1:1:1:1:1:1等比例配置;不需要红糖水活化,只需要室温条件下活化3-7h,便可投放黑臭水体适用;一般黑臭水体适用浓度范围为3-10g/m3。
本发明公布了一种快速提高黑臭水体透明度的配方,其配方、效果、使用浓度以及应用,属于水域治理领域的一项技术,适用于河道、湖泊等黑臭水体治理。可以单独使用,也可以与其它水生态修复技术联合使用,能快速提高水体透明度,适用于各种黑臭水体,可根据实际水质情况,灵活运用菌剂浓度,达到最优处理效果。
通过小试实验,应用项目工程的黑臭河道水样,投放5g/m3浓度,实验20天,每五天测试一次水质指标,水体透明度5天快速提升,水体指标去除率如表所示。

1.一种快速提高黑臭水体透明度的配方,其特征在于:由硫细菌、硝化细菌、固氮菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、乳酸菌、放线菌构成。
2.如权利要求1所述的快速提高黑臭水体透明度的配方,其特征在于:硫细菌、硝化细菌、固氮菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、乳酸菌、放线菌属按照1:1:1:1:1:1:1等比例配置。
3.如权利要求2所述的快速提高黑臭水体透明度的配方,其特征在于:不需要红糖水活化,只需要室温条件下活化3-7h,便可投放黑臭水体适用。
4.如权利要求3所述的快速提高黑臭水体透明度的配方,其特征在于:一般黑臭水体适用浓度范围为3-10g/m3。
