本发明涉及一种维护车辆,所述维护车辆具有车辆框架,该车辆框架支撑在轨上行走机构上,在该车辆框架上布置有两个侧壁,这两个侧壁在车辆的纵向方向上延伸并且能够通过驱动装置而相对于彼此并相对于车辆框架在车辆的横向方向上调节,并且所述维护车辆还具有至少一个负载起重机,该负载起重机能够在沿车辆的横向方向延伸的起重机引导装置上进行位移。。
背景技术
在WO2006/027030A1或DE102010022679A1中,已知这种在轨道上可移动的车辆。在车辆框架上布置有可在车辆的纵向和横向方向上调节的负载起重机。该负载起重机在由在车辆的横向方向上可调节的侧壁界定的空间中使用,以运输和定位轨道部件或以在轨道上工作的机器。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种本文开头所述类型的维护车辆,该维护车辆的负载起重机在短时间内准备好运行而无需特别的准备。
根据本发明,该目的通过一种具有特定类型的维护车辆来实现,其中,设计成能够在车辆的横向方向上伸长的起重机引导装置在每个端部处连接到侧壁。
在这样设计起重机引导装置的情况下,该起重机引导装置自动地根据施工现场情况进行调节。在定位侧壁的同时,起重机引导装置在车辆的横向方向上被调节,并且负载起重机能够立即进行移动和使用。

具体实施方式
图1和2中所示的维护车辆1基本上包括支撑在轨上行走机构2上的车辆框架3。在所述车辆框架3上布置有两个侧壁7,这两个侧壁在车辆的纵向方向4上延伸并且能够通过驱动装置5而相对于彼此并相对于车辆框架3在车辆的横向方向6上调节。车辆1具有至少一个负载起重机9,所述负载起重机9能够在起重机引导装置8上进行位移,所述起重机引导装置8在车辆的横向方向6上延伸。设计成能够在车辆的横向方向6上伸长的起重机引导装置8在每个端部10处连接到侧壁7。有利的是将两个起重机引导装置8和两个负载起重机9在车辆的纵向方向4上布置成彼此间隔开。

现在将简要描述维护车辆1的操作:在车辆1已经移动到施工现场之后,通过致动驱动装置5而在车辆的横向方向6上调节一个或两个侧壁7。因此产生可供以在轨道14上工作的人员待在其中的空间13,以免受天气的影响和无意中进入相邻轨道。
与侧壁7同时,起重机引导装置8也被伸长,并且梁11在车辆的横向方向6上被彼此推开。在没有任何进一步的准备措施的情况下,负载起重机9现在可以在空间13的整个宽度上移动。因此,例如可以降低位于布置在负载起重机9上的负载收起装置15上的机器或工具,并且可以将它们定位在待在其上工作的轨道14的上方。如果提供两个负载起重机9,则也可以安装或移除较长的导轨16。为此,每个负载起重机9均配备有设计为导轨钳的负载收起装置15。通过车辆1的缓慢移动,使导轨16相对于车辆的纵向方向4进行定位。在完成工作之后,通过驱动装置5的致动,起重机引导装置8的梁连同侧壁7一起再次在轨道的横向方向6上被朝向彼此推动。

Claims (4)

1.一种维护车辆(1),所述维护车辆具有车辆框架(3),所述车辆框架(3)支撑在轨上行走机构(2)上,在所述车辆框架(3)上布置有两个侧壁(7),所述两个侧壁在车辆的纵向方向(4)上延伸并且能够通过驱动装置(5)而相对于彼此并相对于所述车辆框架(3)在车辆的横向方向(6)上调节,并且所述维护车辆还具有至少一个负载起重机(9),所述负载起重机(9)能够在起重机引导装置(8)上进行位移,所述起重机引导装置(8)在车辆的横向方向(6)上延伸,其特征在于,设计成能够在车辆的横向方向(6)上伸长的所述起重机引导装置(8)在每个端部(10)处连接到侧壁(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的维护车辆,其特征在于,设置有在车辆的纵向方向(4)上彼此间隔开的两个起重机引导装置(8)和两个负载起重机(9)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的维护车辆,其特征在于,所述起重机引导装置(8)被设计成可伸缩地伸长并且包括彼此连接的两个梁(11)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的维护车辆,其特征在于,每个负载起重机(9)均设计成能够通过驱动装置(12)在车辆的横向方向(6)上调节。
