Abstract
The invention discloses a connecting structure of a pull rod shaft and a rotary joint, which comprises the following components: pull rod shaft and rotary joint, wherein: the first end of the pull rod shaft is provided with an axially extending connecting hole, and the inner circumferential surface of the connecting hole is provided with an internal thread; the rotary joint is provided with a switching shaft which is rotationally connected with the rotary joint, and one end of the switching shaft, which is far away from the rotary joint, stretches into the connecting hole and is in threaded fit with the connecting hole so as to realize connection with the pull rod shaft. According to the invention, the connecting hole is formed in the first end of the pull rod shaft, the internal thread is arranged in the connecting hole, the switching shaft is arranged on the rotary joint, one end of the switching shaft is rotationally connected with the rotary joint, and the other end of the switching shaft extends into the connecting hole and is in threaded fit with the connecting hole, so that the connection between the pull rod shaft and the rotary joint is realized, and the rotary shaft only needs to be screwed out from the pull rod shaft during disassembly. Background
The pull rod shaft is an important component part of the separator, one end of the pull rod shaft is used for being connected with a lifting cover of the separator, and the other end of the pull rod shaft is connected with a rotary joint. In the prior art, the connecting mode of the pull rod shaft and the rotary joint is that the pull rod shaft is directly inserted into the rotary joint and is connected with the rotary joint. The pull rod shaft or the rotary joint is required to follow a certain sequence in the process of installation or disassembly, and is limited by the internal space of the separator, the sequential disassembly and assembly are very inconvenient, the matching surface of the bearing inside the pull rod shaft and the rotary joint is damaged due to repeated disassembly, and the bearing runs out of the inner circle, so that the rotary joint is damaged.

Referring to fig. 1, a connecting structure of a pull rod shaft and a rotary joint according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a pull rod shaft 1, a rotary joint 2 and a transfer shaft 3, wherein: the first end of the pull rod shaft 1 is provided with an axially extending connecting hole, and the inner circumferential surface of the connecting hole is provided with internal threads. The rotary joint 2 includes an outer housing 21 and a bearing 22 mounted inside the outer housing 21.

The arrangement of the structure can ensure that the adapter shaft 3 and the connecting hole are assembled in place, and the stability and the reliability of the coordination of the adapter shaft 3 and the pull rod shaft 1 are improved.

the second end of the pull rod shaft (1) is used for being connected with a lifting cover of the separator.
