Specifically, since the movement directions of the pedals 31 on the left and right sides are opposite, the first synchronous belt 25 is wound on the corresponding driving wheel 23 and the corresponding synchronous wheel 33 in the same winding direction, so that the driving wheel 23 and the corresponding synchronous wheel 33 rotate in the same direction, and the second synchronous belt 26 is wound on the corresponding driving wheel 24 and the corresponding synchronous wheel 33 in the opposite winding direction, so that the driving wheel 24 and the corresponding synchronous wheel 33 rotate in opposite directions, thereby meeting the requirement of synchronous but reverse movement of the pedals 31 on the left and right sides. In order to improve the synchronization consistency, the outer circumferences of the synchronizing wheel 33, the driving wheel 23 and the driving wheel 24 are all of gear structures, and the first synchronous belt 25 and the second synchronous belt 26 are all of rack belts; alternatively, the first timing belt 25 and the second timing belt 26 may be fixed to the corresponding timing wheel 33, respectively, so that only the outer circumferences of the driving wheel 23 and the driving wheel 24 need be provided in a gear structure. Preferably, the synchronizing wheel is provided with a synchronizing adjusting assembly 27, the synchronizing adjusting assembly 27 includes an adjusting bracket 271, two positioning blocks 272 and two adjusting bolts 273, the two positioning blocks 272 are arranged back to back and are respectively slidably arranged on the adjusting bracket 271, the positioning blocks 272 are provided with slots 270 for positioning the rack belt, the slots 270 are provided with tooth structures, and the adjusting bolts 273 are in threaded connection with corresponding ends of the adjusting bracket 271 and are abutted against the positioning blocks 272. Specifically, in the assembly process, two end portions of the toothed belt can be correspondingly connected and fixed through two positioning blocks 272, taking the first synchronous belt 25 as an example, two end portions of the first synchronous belt 25 are correspondingly inserted into the slots 270 from the side surfaces of the positioning blocks 272, teeth of the first synchronous belt 25 are meshed with tooth structures in the slots 270, so that the first synchronous belt 25 can be prevented from being separated from the slots 270, the positioning blocks 272 can slide on the adjusting support 271, and by rotating two adjusting bolts 272 simultaneously, the adjusting bolts 272 abut against the positioning blocks 272 to drive the positioning blocks 272 to move on the adjusting support 271 so as to change the positions of the positioning blocks 272, and accordingly, the relative positions of two pedals 31 can be adjusted according to requirements. The adjusting support 271 is of a pipeline structure, the positioning blocks 272 are slidably arranged in the pipeline structure, sockets (not marked) are respectively formed in two ends of the adjusting support 271, detachable baffles 274 are arranged in the sockets, threaded holes (not marked) are formed in the baffles 274, the two positioning blocks 272 are located between the two baffles 274, the adjusting bolts 273 are in threaded connection with the threaded holes, the pipeline structure is adopted to adjust the opening of the slot 270 of the positioning blocks 272, the opening of the slot 270 can be effectively limited, the situation that the opening is overlarge due to deformation caused by tensile force of the rack belt in the slot 270 is avoided, the positioning blocks 272 are placed in a pipeline formed by the adjusting support 271, on one hand, the opening of the slot 270 is prevented from being overlarge, on the other hand, the positioning blocks 272 slide in the pipeline and can be adjusted by a sporter conveniently, and the using reliability and convenience are improved. The positioning block 272 is further provided with a positioning blind hole 2721, and an end of the adjusting bolt 273 is inserted into the corresponding positioning blind hole 2721, and the end of the adjusting bolt 273 is positioned through the positioning blind hole 2721. In addition, in order to limit the swing amplitude of the pedal 31, the synchronizing shaft 21 is further provided with a limiting plate 28, the frame 1 is further provided with a limiting wheel matched with the limiting plate 28, the edge of the limiting plate 28 is provided with an arc guiding portion 281 and two upturned limiting portions 282, the arc guiding portion 281 is located between the two limiting portions 282, when the pedal 31 moves in a normal range, the arc guiding portion 281 is in contact with the limiting wheel, and when the pedal 31 gradually moves to a limiting position, the upturned limiting portions 282 are in contact with the limiting wheel, and finally the maximum stroke position of the pedal 31 is limited by the cooperation of the upturned limiting portions 282 and the limiting wheel.
Also, as shown in fig. 8, the synchronization assembly 2 may include a swing frame 21 and two connection frames 22, the connection frames 22 including a rotation seat 221 and a pull rod 222 hinged together, the swing frame 21 being rotatably mounted on the frame 1 and located between the two pedal assemblies 3, the rotation seat 221 being fixed on the corresponding rear swing arm 33, the pull rod 222 being hinged with the corresponding end of the swing frame 21; the rotation axis of the swing frame 21 is perpendicular to the rotation axis of the rotation seat 221. Specifically, when the rear swing arm 33 of one pedal assembly rotates, the connecting frame 22 on the rear swing arm 33 drives the swing frame 21 to swing, and the swing frame 21 drives the connecting frame 22 on the other rear swing arm 33 to correspondingly act, so that synchronization is realized.
The specific use process of the exercise device of this embodiment is as follows:
1. in the implementation process of the up-and-down motion of the stepping motion of the sporter, the foot of the sporter applies downward thrust on the pedal 31, the force is transmitted to the front swing arm 34 through the support frame 32, the front swing arm 34 transmits upward thrust to the rocker 352, the rocker 352 transmits upward thrust to the connecting rod assembly, the connecting rod assembly transmits upward tensile force to the crank 351, and the other end of the crank 351 is in tight fit connection with the main shaft 11; because one end of the crank 351 is fixed on the main shaft 11, one end is pulled upwards by the connecting rod assembly, the crank 351 rotates clockwise around the main shaft 11, and because two cranks 351 are connected at two ends of the main shaft 11 in a tight fit manner, one end of the crank 351 of the main shaft 11 rotates to drive the other end of the crank 351 to rotate symmetrically, so that the pedal assembly 3 at the other side of the frame 1 moves symmetrically, the other side foot of a sporter lifts, and the up-and-down motion of stepping motion is realized.
2. The back swing arm 33 is rotatably installed on the frame 1, and meanwhile, the front swing arm 34 is hung on the rocker 352 to do back-and-forth swing arm movement, and is connected with the pedal 12 through the support frame 32 to do back-and-forth movement. The other side of the frame 1 is symmetrically designed with the same structure, and the pedals 31 on the left side and the right side can realize reverse synchronous movement under the action of the synchronous component 2, thereby realizing the movement of stepping before and after the stepping movement of the sporter.
In the actual use process, the sporter can perform the up-and-down stepping action and the forward-and-backward movement at the same time.
From the above, the pedal assembly 3 is not only the link mechanism 35 itself is a link assembly structure, but also the support frame 32, the rear swing arm 33 and the front swing arm 34 form a link assembly structure, and the pedal 31 can be ensured to move up and down and back and forth simultaneously by using two sets of link assembly structures, and the large-amplitude movement and the stress balance of the pedal 31 can be ensured, so that the experience of a sporter is effectively improved.
Through adopting the front and back swing arm to install the pedal for the pedal of controlling the side has enough big stroke scope in the back and forth translation process, and effectual increase pedal swing range, in order to satisfy the exercise amount maximize requirement of sporter, simultaneously, the front swing arm is connected and is realized pedal up-and-down motion on link mechanism's rocker, pedal up-and-down motion converts the crank rotation in the link mechanism, can ensure that whole motion process is smooth-going, the mechanism that realizes leading pedal left and right sides and up-and-down motion all adopts link assembly articulated mode, the arm of force that pedal produced in different positions change less, makes the sporter all can exert balanced force to drive its motion to the pedal of different positions department, the effectual use experience who has improved the sporter. Meanwhile, the swing arm and the connecting rod mechanism are adopted to install the pedals, so that the connection reliability and the use reliability of the whole structure are greatly improved, the whole body-building equipment runs more softly and smoothly, and better body-building experience is provided for a sporter.

Claims (6)
1. The pedal assembly comprises a pedal, a support frame, a front swing arm and a rear swing arm, wherein the pedal is installed at the rear end part of the support frame, the lower end part of the rear swing arm is hinged to the middle part of the support frame, the lower end part of the front swing arm is hinged to the front end part of the support frame, the pedal is rotatably installed on the support frame, a connecting rod is hinged between the pedal and the rear swing arm, and a four-bar structure is formed among the pedal, the support frame, the connecting rod and the rear swing arm;
the pedal assembly is also provided with a connecting rod mechanism, the connecting rod mechanism comprises a crank, a connecting rod assembly and a rocker, the crank is connected with the rocker through the connecting rod assembly, the upper end part of the rear swing arm is hinged on the frame, and the upper end part of the front swing arm is hinged on the rocker; the connecting rod assembly comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod and a third connecting rod which are hinged on the same shaft, the crank is fixed on the corresponding end part of the main shaft of the frame, the rocker is hinged on the frame, the first connecting rod is hinged with the crank, and the second connecting rod is hinged with the rocker;
the body-building equipment further comprises a height adjusting assembly, the height adjusting assembly comprises a rotating frame and a driving mechanism used for driving the rotating frame to rotate, the rotating frame is rotatably installed on the frame, and the third connecting rod is hinged with the rotating frame.
2. The exercise apparatus of claim 1 wherein a plurality of adjustment apertures are provided in the rear swing arm in the extension direction, the corresponding ends of the connecting rods being rotatably mounted in the corresponding adjustment apertures.
3. The exercise apparatus of claim 1 wherein the rear swing arm is provided with a slidable slider, the rear swing arm is further provided with a driver for driving the slider to slide, and the corresponding end of the connecting rod is rotatably mounted on the slider.
4. A fitness device according to claim 3, wherein the rear swing arm is provided with a chute in which the slider is slidingly arranged.
5. The exercise apparatus of claim 3 wherein the drive is a linear motor, the moving part of the linear motor being connected to the slider.
6. A fitness device according to claim 3, wherein the drive comprises a motor and a screw, the slider being provided with a threaded hole, the screw being connected to a spindle of the motor, the screw being screwed in the threaded hole.
