背景技术
老化给皮肤外表带来了许多变化。希望保持年轻外表的个体尤其关注减少或消除皮肤瑕疵,诸如皱纹、老年斑或肤色整体不均。
因此化妆品行业做出了大量的努力以提供可以掩饰或至少减少皮肤瑕疵的组合物。通常这是通过使用诸如滑石、二氧化硅、高岭土和其他无机颗粒的材料产生消光效果(matte effect)来实现的。这些无机颗粒由于它们的光学属性而实现消光效果。
另一种方法被称为实现模糊效果(blurring effect)。这里入射光通过散射(透镜化)发生扭曲。化妆品组合物的成分在这种机制中作用如同透镜,来弯曲和扭曲各个方向上的光。
不利的是,常规方法通常或者是在缺乏光彩下隐藏瑕疵,或者是产生光彩和健康光泽但皮肤外表不美观,例如通过增强皮肤纹理的可视性。
我们已经意识到,仍然需要提供一种能够对皮肤产生更好的模糊效果并同时维持优选地提升亮度的组合物。因此在进行大量实验之后,我们研发出了一种个人护理组合物,其包含乱层氮化硼(turbostratic boron nitride)、多孔二氧化硅和美容上可接受的载体,其具有更好的模糊功效而不会损害亮度。
发明内容
在第一方面中,本发明提供了一种个人护理组合物,其包含乱层氮化硼、具有大于300m2/g的比表面积的多孔二氧化硅,以及美容上可接受的载体。
在第二方面中,本发明提供了一种减少皮肤上的细纹、皱纹、毛孔和/或痘印;夜间肤色,或者它们的组合的出现的方法,其包括将本发明的组合物施加至所需皮肤表面上的步骤。

典型地,乱层氮化硼具有200nm到100微米,更优选地为500nm到50微米,甚至更优选地为1到15微米,甚至还更优选地为3到12微米,并且最优选地为4到9微米的范围内的平均直径。
乱层氮化硼的比表面积优选地为5到80m2/g,更优选地为10到60m2/g,甚至更优选地为15到40m2/g。根据特别优选的方面,乱层氮化硼的比表面积为至少10m2/g,更优选地为至少20m2/g,进一步更优选地为至少25m2/g。
乱层氮化硼中的氧含量优选地为乱层氮化硼的至少0.2摩尔%,更优选地为乱层氮化硼的0.5到3摩尔%,甚至更优选地为乱层氮化硼的1到2摩尔%,并且最优选地为乱层氮化硼的1.2到1.8摩尔%。
本发明中使用的乱层氮化硼典型地具有范围从0.1g/cm3到1g/cm3,并且更优选地为从0.2g/cm3到0.6g/cm3的振实密度。如本文所用,振实密度是指粉末密度的度量。振实密度的值是指遵照国际标准ISO 787-11来测量的值。
特别优选的乱层氮化硼是来自Momentive的Softouch*Boron Nitride PowderCC6097。
为了更好地实现模糊和/或产生皮肤光泽,乱层氮化硼优选地以组合物重量计的0.01到15%,更优选地为0.1到12%,甚至更优选地为0.4到8%,甚至还更优选地为1到5%,并且最优选地为2到4%的量存在。
多孔二氧化硅优选地为非热解二氧化硅。优选地,多孔二氧化硅是亲水性的。甚至更优选地,多孔二氧化硅是未改性的多孔二氧化硅微球体。如本文所用的亲水性多孔二氧化硅是指以与ASTM方法D281-84中所述相同的方式(但使用水代替油)测量的具有大于10g水/100g颗粒的吸水值的二氧化硅。微球体是指平均直径为0.5到50微米,更优选地为1到15微米的球形颗粒。
多孔二氧化硅的比表面积优选地为至少350m2/g,更优选地为400到1000m2/g,甚至更优选地为550到880m2/g,并且最优选地为590到810m2/g。
多孔二氧化硅具有吸收大量油的能力。优选地,多孔二氧化硅是具有高于100g/100g,更优选地高于200g/100g,并且甚至更优选地高于280g/100g的吸油值的多孔二氧化硅微球体。吸油值是指根据ASTM方法D281-84测量的值。
多孔二氧化硅优选地具有200nm到40微米,更优选地为0.6到25微米,甚至更优选地为1到20微米,甚至还更优选地为1.5到12微米,并且最优选地为2到5微米的平均直径。为了具有更好的感觉,多孔二氧化硅优选地为尺寸基本均匀,这意味着小于5%的多孔二氧化硅的直径小于平均直径的0.5倍,并且小于5%的多孔二氧化硅的直径大于平均直径的1.5倍。在另一方面中,多孔二氧化硅的直径范围优选地为平均直径的0.8到1.2倍,更优选地为平均直径的0.9到1.1倍。
特别优选的多孔二氧化硅包括来自Kobo Products Inc的MSS-500/3H、MSS-500/H。
多孔二氧化硅优选地以组合物重量计的0.01到20%,更优选地为0.05到14%,甚至更优选地为0.2到9%,甚至还更优选地为0.4到5%,并且最优选地为0.8到2%的量存在。
为了达到更好的模糊效果和/或不透明度,乱层氮化硼与多孔二氧化硅的重量比优选地为20:1到1:10,更优选地为8:1到1:2,并且甚至更优选地为4:1到1:1。
该组合物优选地包含聚硅氧烷弹性体。用于本发明的聚硅氧烷弹性体优选地为聚硅氧烷弹性体的粉末。
非常优选的是,聚硅氧烷弹性体是交联的。可以由可固化的有机聚硅氧烷获得聚硅氧烷弹性体。这方面的实例是:加成反应-固化有机聚硅氧烷组合物,其在铂金属催化下通过含SiH的二有机聚硅氧烷和具有硅键合的乙烯基的有机聚硅氧烷之间的加成反应固化;缩合-固化有机聚硅氧烷组合物,其在有机锡化合物存在下通过羟基封端的二有机聚硅氧烷和含SiH的二有机聚硅氧烷之间的脱氢反应固化;缩合-固化有机聚硅氧烷组合物,其在有机锡化合物或钛酸酯存在下通过羟基封端的二有机聚硅氧烷和可水解有机硅烷之间的缩合反应固化(该缩合反应例如为脱水、醇释放、肟释放、胺释放、酰胺释放、羧基释放,以及酮释放反应);过氧化物-固化有机聚硅氧烷组合物,其在有机过氧化物催化剂存在下热固化;以及通过高能辐射(诸如通过γ射线、紫外辐射或电子束)固化的有机聚硅氧烷组合物。优选地通过在铂金属催化下通过含SiH的二有机聚硅氧烷和具有硅键合的乙烯基的有机聚硅氧烷之间的加成反应固化的加成反应-固化的有机聚硅氧烷组合物获得聚硅氧烷弹性体。
聚硅氧烷弹性体可以是乳化或非乳化交联的聚硅氧烷弹性体或它们的组合,但优选的聚硅氧烷弹性体是非乳化的。如本文所用,术语“非乳化”定义了不含聚氧化烯单元的交联的聚硅氧烷弹性体。如本文所用,术语“乳化”是指具有至少一个聚氧化烯(例如,聚氧化乙烯或聚氧化丙烯)单元的交联有机聚硅氧烷弹性体。
优选的聚硅氧烷弹性体是以INCI名称为聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物和聚硅氧烷-11的可购得的有机聚硅氧烷。更优选地,聚硅氧烷弹性体是聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物。
聚硅氧烷弹性体的平均直径典型地为0.2到50微米,更优选地为0.5到20微米,甚至更优选地为0.8到10微米,并且甚至还更优选地为1.5到6微米。
聚硅氧烷弹性体优选地以组合物重量计的0.5到20%,更优选地为1到15%,甚至更优选地为3到12%,甚至还更优选地为4.5到9%的量存在。
为了达到更好的模糊效果和/或不透明度,聚硅氧烷弹性体与多孔二氧化硅的重量比优选地为1:1到40:1,更优选地为3:1到20:1,并且甚至更优选地为5:1到10:1。
优选地,组合物另外包含增白颜料。增白颜料典型地为高折射率材料的颗粒。例如,增白颜料可具有大于1.3,更优选地大于1.8,并且最优选地为2.0到2.7的折射率。这种增白颜料的实例是包含氯氧化铋、氮化硼、硫酸钡、云母、二氧化硅、二氧化钛、氧化锆、氧化铝、氧化锌或它们的组合的那些。更优选的增白颜料是包含二氧化钛、氧化锌、氧化锆、云母、氧化铁或它们的组合的颗粒。甚至更优选的增白颜料是包含氧化锌、氧化锆、二氧化钛或它们的组合的颗粒,因为这些材料具有特别高的折射率。甚至还更优选的增白颜料选自二氧化钛、氧化锌或它们的混合物,并且最优选的增白颜料是二氧化钛。
增白颜料的平均直径典型地为15nm到2微米,更优选地为35nm到800nm,甚至更优选地为50nm到500nm,甚至还更优选地为100到300nm。增白颜料的直径是指未聚集状态下的粒子的直径。在没有产生明确限定的球体的情况下,直径意味着粒子上的最大可测量距离。可以例如通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)或透射电子显微镜(TEM)通过取至少一百个颗粒的平均值来测量平均直径。
优选地,组合物包含0.001到10重量%,更优选地为0.01到6重量%,还更优选地为0.1到3重量%,并且最优选地为0.2到2重量%的增白颜料。
该组合物优选地另外包含一种或多种有机防晒剂。多种有机防晒剂适合与本发明的基本成分组合使用。合适的UV-A/UV-B防晒剂包括,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、辛基二甲基对氨基苯甲酸、二没食子酰三油酸酯、2,2-二羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、4-(二(羟丙基))氨基苯甲酸乙酯、2-乙基己基-2-氰基-3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯、2-水杨酸乙基己酯、对氨基苯甲酸甘油酯、3,3,5-水杨酸三甲基环己酯、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯、对二甲基-氨基苯甲酸或氨基苯甲酸酯,2-乙基己基-对二甲基-氨基-苯甲酸酯、2-苯基苯并咪唑-5-磺酸、2-(对二甲基氨基苯基)-5-磺酸基苯并噁唑酸(5-sulfonicbenzoxazoic acid)、2-乙基己基-对甲氧基肉桂酸酯、丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、辛基二甲基-对氨基苯甲酸,以及它们的混合物。最合适的有机防晒剂是2-乙基己基-对甲氧基肉桂酸酯、丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷或它们的混合物。
安全且有效的量的有机防晒剂可以用于本发明中可用的组合物中。该组合物优选地包含0.1%到10%,更优选地0.1%到5%的有机防晒剂。
本发明的组合物优选地包含亮肤剂。维生素B3化合物(包括维生素B3的衍生物)例如烟酸、尼克酸或烟酰胺是本发明优选的亮肤剂,最优选地为烟酰胺。维生素B3化合物在使用时优选地以组合物重量计的0.1到10%,更优选地为0.2到5%的量存在。
本发明的组合物还将包括美容上可接受的载体。在一些实施方式中,载体将是(或至少包含)水和油乳液,其在某些实施方式中可以是油包水乳液。然而,优选的乳液是水包油种类。
用于这种乳液的油相的优选疏水材料包括润肤剂,诸如脂肪、油、脂肪醇、脂肪酸、皂类、硅油、合成酯和/或烃。
聚硅氧烷可分为挥发性和非挥发性种类。挥发性硅油(如果用到的话)优选地选自含有3到9,优选地为4到5个硅原子的环状(环甲基硅油)或线性聚二甲基硅氧烷。
可用作润肤剂材料的非挥发性聚硅氧烷包括聚烷基硅氧烷,聚烷芳基硅氧烷和聚醚硅氧烷共聚物。可用于本文的基本非挥发性聚烷基硅氧烷包括例如在25℃下粘度为约5×10-6到0.1m2/s的聚二甲基硅氧烷。在本发明组合物中使用的优选非挥发性润肤剂中是25℃下粘度为约1×10-s到约4×10-4m2/s的聚二甲基硅氧烷。
非聚硅氧烷润肤剂的具体实例包括硬脂醇、甘油基单蓖麻酸酯、貂油、十六烷基醇、异丙基异硬脂酸酯、硬脂酸、异丁基棕榈酸酯、异十六烷基硬脂酸酯、油醇、异丙基月桂酸酯、月桂酸己酯、油酸癸酯、十八烷-2-醇、异鲸蜡醇、二十烷基醇、二十二烷基醇、十六烷基棕榈酸酯、硅油诸如二甲基聚硅氧烷、二正丁基癸二酸酯、异丙基肉豆蔻酸酯、异丙基棕榈酸酯、异丙基硬脂酸酯、硬脂酸丁酯、聚乙二醇、三甘醇、羊毛脂、可可脂、玉米油、棉籽油、橄榄油、棕榈仁油、菜籽油、红花籽油、月见草油、大豆油、葵花籽油、鳄梨油、芝麻籽油、椰子油、花生油、蓖麻油、乙酰化羊毛脂醇、凡士林、矿物油、肉豆蔻酸丁酯、异硬脂酸、棕榈酸、异丙基亚油酸酯、乳酸月桂醇酯、乳酸肉豆蔻醇酯、油酸癸酯、肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸酯,以及它们的混合物。
酯润肤剂有:
a)具有10到20个碳原子的脂肪酸的链烯基或烷基酯。其实例包括异十二烷基新戊酸酯、异癸基新戊酸酯、异壬基异壬酸酯、十六烷基蓖麻油酸酯、油烯基肉豆蔻酸酯、油烯基硬脂酸酯,以及油烯基油酸酯;
b)醚酯,诸如乙氧基化脂肪醇的脂肪酸酯;

d)蜡酯,诸如蜂蜡、鲸蜡和三山嵛精蜡;
e)甾醇酯,其中胆固醇脂肪酸酯是其的实例;

还特别使用以Finsolve品牌销售的C12-15烷基苯甲酸酯。
适合的润肤剂的烃包括矿脂、矿物油、C11-C13异链烷烃、聚α烯烃、异十六烷,或者它们的混合物。
载体中水的量的范围可以例如以个人护理组合物重量计的1%到99%,更优选地为5%到90%,甚至更优选地为35%到80%,并且最优选地为40%到70%。
可包含在美容上可接受的载体中的其他材料包括溶剂、保湿剂、增稠剂和粉末。可以单独使用或作为混合物使用的这些类型材料中的每一种的实例如下:
溶剂包括乙醇、异丙醇、丙酮、乙二醇单乙醚、二甘醇单丁醚、二甘醇单乙醚,以及它们的混合物。

组合物中可以包含各种增稠剂。说明性的但不限于硬脂酸,丙烯酰胺/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物(Aristoflex AVC)、丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉铝、聚丙烯酸酯(诸如Carbomer包括Pemulen 以及增稠剂)、多糖(包括黄原胶、瓜尔豆胶、果胶、角叉菜胶,以及小核菌胶(Sclerotiumgum))、纤维素(包括羧甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素,以及甲基羟甲基纤维素)、矿物质(包括滑石、二氧化硅、氧化铝、云母和粘土,后者由膨润土、锂蒙脱石和绿坡缕石作为代表)、硅酸镁铝,以及它们的混合物。增稠剂的量可以在例如以组合物重量计的0.05%到10%,更优选地为0.3%到2%的范围内。
粉末包括白垩、滑石、漂白土、高岭土、淀粉、树胶、胶体二氧化硅聚丙烯酸钠、四烷基和/或三烷基芳基铵蒙脱石、化学改性的硅酸镁铝、有机改性的蒙脱石粘土、水合硅酸铝、热解二氧化硅、羧基乙烯基聚合物、羧甲基纤维素钠,以及乙二醇单硬脂酸酯。
优选地,个人护理组合物具有至少-80%的L&W(细纹和皱纹)指数并且能够维持皮肤亮度。更优选地,个人护理组合物具有-70%到300%的L&W指数并且能够将皮肤的亮度至少提高1。甚至更优选地,个人护理组合物具有-45%到200%的L&W指数并且能够将皮肤的亮度至少提高1。实施例2中描述了测量L&W指数和亮度。
本发明的个人护理组合物优选地为皮肤护理组合物。更优选地,组合物优选地为止汗剂组合物或面部(眼睑和唇部除外)护理组合物。皮肤护理组合物是指适合局部施用于人体皮肤的组合物,包括免洗和需要洗掉的产品。优选地,该术语包括流体液体,并且特别是润肤霜而不是化妆产品。最优选的是免洗型组合物。如参考本文组合物所用的术语“免洗”是指施用于或涂抹于皮肤上并留在皮肤上的组合物。如参照本文组合物所用的术语“洗掉”是指皮肤清洁剂,其施用于或涂抹于皮肤上并基本在施用后立即冲洗掉。本文使用的术语“皮肤”包括脸上(眼睑和嘴唇除外)、颈部、胸部、腹部、背部、手臂、下臂、手部和腿的皮肤。优选地,“皮肤”意指包括脸上的皮肤(眼睑和嘴唇除外)和下臂。更优选地是指除嘴唇和眼睑以外的脸上的皮肤。
可以以任何已知的形式配制该组合物,更优选的形式是霜剂或化妆水(lotion)。
本发明组合物的包装可以是罐子或管子,以及任何典型用于化妆品、霜剂、洗涤和化妆水型产品的其他形式。该组合物可以局部施用,并且优选地为每平方厘米皮肤施用1-4毫克组合物。
本发明的组合物优选地为其局部施用的个体皮肤提供美容益处。美容益处的实例包括在所需皮肤表面上减少细纹、皱纹、毛孔和/或痘印;夜间肤色,或者它们的组合的出现的方法。
提供以下实施例以便理解本发明。实施例并不意在限制权利要求书的范围。

本实施例展示了本发明的个人护理组合物的性能。
(1).在施用个人护理组合物之前和之后测量人造皮肤的光泽度。
使用由聚氨酯弹性体制成的皱纹生物皮肤板(BP-EW1#BSC,Beaulax Co.,Ltd.,东京,日本)作为基材来模仿具有皱纹的人类皮肤。采用称为SAMBA(Bossa NovaTechnologies,USA)的双偏振图像系统,来通过遵循由Akira Matsubara[Skintranslucency:what is it and how is it measured,The International Federationof Societies of Cosmetic Chemists(IFSCC),Congress 2006,大阪,日本]描述的方法和原理来测量皱纹生物皮肤板的光泽度。配备了名为SAMBA脸部系统(版本4.3)的软件用于分析。以80毫秒曝光时间用入射光测试皱纹生物皮肤板。操作模式为平行偏振和交叉偏振模式。
然后,将28mg实施例1中制备的一种样品施加到并用手指套涂覆在面积为7cm2的圆内以进行光泽测试并等待30分钟自然干燥。使用SAMBA系统再次测量样品施加后皱纹生物皮肤板的光泽度。
(2).L&W指数的计算
入射光被生物皮肤板反射和散射。镜面反射光保持与入射光相同的偏振,而来自整体(volume)(漫射光)的散射光未偏振。SAMBA相机连续获取对应于两种偏振状态(平行和交叉)的两种图像。平行图像强度(P)由反射光和散射光这两者贡献,并且交叉图像强度(C)仅由散射光贡献。平行图像加交叉图像等于传统相机传送的或人眼感知的总图像。
光泽度通过(P-C)/(P+C)计算。对每个像素执行光泽度的计算。光泽度的标准偏差(STD)是皮肤外表均匀性的度量。STD越高,均匀性越低。本文我们定义了L&W(细纹和皱纹)指数以证明皮肤护理组合物的模糊功效程度。通过(施加样品前的光泽度STD-施加样品后的光泽度STD)/(施加样品前的光泽度STD)来计算L&W指数。L&W指数越高,样品的模糊功效越高。
(3).测量颜色效果
采用生物皮肤板(颜色:20#,ex BEAULAX,Co.Ltd.,东京,日本)来测量颜色。将0.5g样品均匀涂覆到面积为250cm2的生物皮肤板上。将涂覆的生物皮肤在25℃左右自然干燥0.5小时。通过便携式分光光度计CM2600d(MINOLTA Co.Ltd.日本)测量涂覆样品前后的生物皮肤板在6点处的L*、a*和b*。ΔL*、Δa*、Δb*分别代表涂覆之后与涂覆前相比的白度、红度、黄度变化。未涂覆的生物皮肤板的L*、a*和b*分别为64.11、13.58和17.02。

表2示出了L&W指数和ΔL*、Δa*、Δb*的测试结果。令人惊讶地发现,与含有石墨型氮化硼的组合物(样品1和样品A相比)和含有固体二氧化硅的组合物(样品1和样品B相比)相比,本发明的组合物不仅具有更高的功效,而且还能够更大地提高皮肤亮度。还令人惊讶地发现,聚硅氧烷弹性体能够协同增强模糊功效(样品2与样品1和样品C相比)。此外,与样品1相比,添加二氧化钛(样品3)能够改善皮肤的模糊功效和亮度。
Claims (20)
1.个人护理组合物,其包含:
a)乱层氮化硼;
b)具有大于300m2/g的比表面积的多孔二氧化硅;和
c)美容上可接受的载体;
其中,氧含量为所述乱层氮化硼的1-3摩尔%。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中,所述乱层氮化硼具有100nm到100微米的平均直径。
3.如权利要求2所述的组合物,其中,所述乱层氮化硼具有1到15微米的平均直径。
4.如权利要求1至3任一项所述的组合物,其中,所述乱层氮化硼以所述组合物重量计的0.01到15%的量存在。
5.如权利要求4所述的组合物,其中,所述乱层氮化硼以所述组合物重量计的0.4到8%的量存在。
6.如权利要求1至3任一项所述的组合物,其中,所述多孔二氧化硅是具有高于100g/100g的吸油值的微球体。
7.如权利要求6所述的组合物,其中,所述多孔二氧化硅是具有高于280g/100g的吸油值的微球体。
8.如权利要求1至3任一项所述的组合物,其中,所述多孔二氧化硅具有200nm到40微米的平均直径。
9.如权利要求8所述的组合物,其中,所述多孔二氧化硅具有1到20微米的平均直径。
10.如权利要求1至3任一项所述的组合物,其中,所述多孔二氧化硅以所述组合物重量计的0.01到20%的量存在。
11.如权利要求10所述的组合物,其中,所述多孔二氧化硅以所述组合物重量计的0.2到9%的量存在。
12.如权利要求1至3任一项所述的组合物,其还另外地包含以所述组合物重量计的1-15%的聚硅氧烷弹性体。
13.如权利要求12所述的组合物,其中,所述聚硅氧烷弹性体是乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物。
14.如权利要求1至3任一项所述的组合物,其还包含折射率高于1.8的增白颜料。
15.如权利要求14所述的组合物,其中,所述增白颜料选自二氧化钛、氧化锌或它们的混合物。
16.如权利要求14所述的组合物,其中,所述增白颜料以所述组合物的重量计0.1至10%的量存在。
17.如权利要求1至3任一项所述的组合物,其中,所述载体是水包油乳液。
18.如权利要求1至3任一项所述的组合物,其还包含有机防晒剂。
19.减少皮肤上的细纹、皱纹、毛孔和/或痘印的出现;均化肤色,或者它们的组合的非治疗目的的方法,其包括将如前述权利要求任一项所述的组合物施加至所需的皮肤表面上的步骤。
20.如前述权利要求1-18任一项所述的组合物的非治疗目的的用途,其用于减少在所需的皮肤上的细纹、皱纹、毛孔和/或痘印的出现;均化肤色,或者它们的组合。
