Abstract

本发明公开了一种成人轻度失禁垫，其两端为扇形结构，其特征在于，所述失禁垫由导流层、吸收层、底层从上至下复合而成；所述导流层的材料采用香味涤纶机织布，其面密度为37g/m2；所述吸收层由两层针刺无纺布上下复合而成，两层针刺无纺布的原料由粘胶和丙纶组成，上层针刺无纺布上开有孔；所述底层由PE透气膜和针刺无纺布复合而成，针刺无纺布的原料与吸收层相同；所述导流层、吸收层、底层采用线拷边进行缝合，拷边线为丙纶丝。本发明不仅吸水性好，可重复洗涤，而且具有良好的抗菌、除臭、防漏、防侧漏等功能，外形美观、穿着舒适、经济环保。

一种成人轻度失禁垫
技术领域
本发明涉及一种成人轻度失禁垫，属于护理用品技术领域。
背景技术
如今，全球数百万的成年人因各种因素而罹患尿失禁病症，包括糖尿病、怀孕、分娩、更年期、前列腺问题等，失禁人群已经不仅仅出现在老年人中，在上班族中也越来越常见，无论是男性还是女性可能都会出现这种情况。失禁除了会造成尴尬的情境，还可能会影响身体健康。
专利CN201085741Y是一种可重复使用的抗菌抗污失禁垫，由三层材料组成，表层为经抗菌和抗污处理的梭织布或针织布制作的抗菌层，中间层为超强吸水型针刺棉制作的吸水层，底层为PVC或PU涂层布制作的防水层。虽然具有抗菌抗污的效果，但经涂层后的底层耐静水压不强，当承载一定的重量后，尿液容易渗出。
专利CN201263751Y是一种由两层材料复合而成的失禁垫，表层为PVC或PU涂层布制作的防水层，内层为缝编布制成的超强吸水层。虽然吸液量很大，但不具备抗菌除臭的特性，
经长时间使用后，容易滋生细菌，影响身体健康。
专利CN201939593U是一种通过在吸收层上表面压合无尘纸，以增加吸收层的弹性，从而解决成人失禁垫存在的吸收层易断裂的问题。但吸收层采用高吸水树脂SAP、木浆，因此不能反复洗涤、重复利用，原料消耗大，费用支出多。
综上所述，为了克服失禁垫现有的缺陷，研发在可重复洗涤下仍能保持抗菌、高吸水、防漏等性能的技术方案，仍是目前研究的热点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是，现有失禁垫吸水性较差、抗菌除臭效果不佳、不能重复使用、容易测漏等问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种成人轻度失禁垫，其两端为扇形结构，其特征在于，所述失禁垫由导流层、吸收层、底层从上至下复合而成，其厚度为6.20～6.40mm，面密度为1100～1300g/m2；所述导流层的材料采用香味涤纶机织布，其面密度为37g/m2，该机织布为平纹结构，经纱细度为75D，纬纱细度为60D，经密为100根/10cm，纬密为90根/10cm；所述吸收层由两层针刺无纺布上下复合而成，两层针刺无纺布的原料由粘胶和丙纶组成，上层针刺无纺布的面密度为190～220g/m2，下层针刺无纺布的面密度为210～230g/m2，上层针刺无纺布上开有孔；所述底层由PE透气膜和针刺无纺布复合而成，针刺无纺布的原料与吸收层相同，其面密度为230～250g/m2；所述导流层、吸收层、底层采用线拷边进行缝合，拷边线为丙纶丝。
优选地，所述失禁垫两侧边缘设有防侧漏边，其材料采用面密度为500g/m2的SMS结构的丙纶无纺布，SMS结构中纺粘无纺布的纤维直径为40微米，熔喷无纺布的纤维直径为4微米。
优选地，所述香味涤纶机织布的纱线由事先将艾叶植物精油复合在纤维芯内的涤纶纤维纺制而成，其纤维长度为40mm，纤维细度为5D；所述香味涤纶机织布为平纹结构，经纱细度为75D，纬纱细度为60D，经密为100根/10cm，纬密为90根/10cm，面密度为37g/m2。
优选地，所述针刺无纺布由以质量百分比计的粘胶95％和丙纶5％组成；粘胶的纤维长度为40mm，纤维细度为3D；丙纶的纤维长度为40mm，纤维细度为2D；针刺无纺布上孔的直径为1mm，孔间距为5mm。
优选地，所述PE透气膜的厚度为0.021mm，面密度为35g/m2。
优选地，所述底层由PE透气膜和针刺无纺布叠合后一同送入热轧机进行热粘合加固。
优选地，所述丙纶丝的细度为200D。
优选地，所述失禁垫的长度为29.3厘米，厚度为6.20～6.40mm，面密度为1100～1400g/m2，饱和吸液量为100～350mL，透气率为15.25～15.89mm/s；洗涤50次后，横向收缩率为-3.45～-3.35％，纵向收缩率为-5.25～-5.15％；两端扇形结构中较小的扇形结构的最大宽度为14.3厘米，较大的扇形结构的最大宽度为23厘米。
导流层的特殊的纤网结构设计，使得纱线沿纵向排列比横向。香味涤纶纤维排列要多，从而有利于液体沿纤网纵向扩散，大大增加了吸收层的利用效率。另外，采用香味纱线使该失禁垫具有抗菌、除臭的功效，即使在洗涤30～50次后仍保持该功能。
吸收层这种特殊的结构使上下层之间产生差动毛细效应，有利于液体由上层向下层传递，也可以有效的阻止液体从底层向导流层反渗。
底层既防水透气，又能因为柔软的特性避免人们在行走过程中发出“吱吱吱”的声音。另外，通过热轧进行粘合加固，使得在洗涤过程中膜不会脱落损坏，从而保持性能的稳定。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果在于：
(1)通过在涤纶纤维芯内添加植物精油，从而达到抗菌、除臭的效果；
(2)导流层采用独特的网状结构，使尿液快速扩散、渗透；
(3)采用粘胶纤维，使得面料柔软舒适，亲和皮肤无刺激，久穿对人体无害，卫生性能良好，且具有良好的液体吸收性，饱和吸液量可达100～350mL；
(4)采用丙纶纤维，使面料耐反复水洗形态基本不变，使用寿命长，洗涤50次后，横向收缩率为-3.45～-3.35％，纵向收缩率为-5.25～-5.15％；
(5)采用PE透气膜，既防水透气，又能因为PE透气膜柔软的特性避免人们在行走过程中发出“吱吱吱”的声音；
(6)采用热轧将PE透气膜和针刺无纺布粘合在一起，使得在洗涤过程中膜不会脱落损坏，从而保持性能的稳定；
(7)采用SMS结构的丙纶无纺布作为防侧漏边，丙纶丝作为拷边线，因丙纶特有的拒水特性，从而提高了失禁垫的防侧漏效果。
具体实施方式
为使本发明更明显易懂，兹以优选实施例，作详细说明如下。
实施例1-3所使用的原料均为市场有售的香味涤纶纤维、粘胶纤维、丙纶纤维、丙纶丝、PE透气膜。其中，香味涤纶纤维由深圳市洋仟材料应用技术有限责任公司提供；粘胶纤维由唐山三友集团有限公司提供；丙纶纤维由泰州市海仑化纤有限公司提供；PE透气膜由佛山市益昌塑胶实业有限公司提供；丙纶丝由日月星手套辅料商行提供。
实施例1-3所制得的成人轻度失禁垫的性能测试方法具体如下：
1、单位面积质量的测定按GB/T 24218.1-2009“纺织品非织造布试验方法第1部分：单位面积质量的测定”；
2、厚度测定按GB/T 24218.2-2009“纺织品非织造布试验方法第2部分：厚度的测定”；
3、透气性测试按GB/T 5453-1997“纺织品织物透气性测试”；
4、吸液量测定按GB/T 24218.8-2010“纺织品非织造布试验方法第6部分：吸收性的测定”；
5、抗菌性测试按GB/T 20944.3-2008“纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分：振荡法”；
6、收缩率测定按GB/T 8629-2001“纺织品试验用家庭洗涤和干燥程序”。
实施例1
将机织布、针刺布、膜经过包缝后构成成人轻度失禁垫，具体工艺流程为：
(一)导流层的制备：采用纺纱技术将规格为40mm 5D的涤纶纤维纺成纱线，采用机织技术将细度为75D的经纱和细度为60D的纬纱制成经密为100根/10cm，纬密为90根/10cm的机织布，构成导流层，面密度为37g/m2；
(二)吸收层的制备：采用规格为40mm 3D的粘胶纤维和规格为40mm 2D的丙纶纤维以粘胶95％：丙纶5％的比例混合，并经梳理成网、针刺加固、机械打孔制成针刺无纺布，构成吸收层，该层由上、下两层片材组成，上层片材针刺后经过后道打孔工序，开孔直径为1mm，两孔间距为5mm，开孔面积为整个上层区域，面密度为190g/m2；下层纤网不经过打孔工序，面密度为210g/m2；
(三)底层的制备：采用面密度为35g/m2，透气率为5000g/m2/24/h的PE透气膜和面密度为210g/m2的针刺无纺布经热轧后构成底层，该针刺无纺布同吸收层下层片材；
(四)防侧漏边的制备：采用丙纶制成SMS结构的无纺布构成防侧漏边，面密度500g/m2，纺粘无纺布所采用的纤维直径为40微米，熔喷无纺布所采用的纤维直径为4微米，拷边线采用丙纶丝，细度为200D，防侧漏边和拷边线构成的整体面密度为500g/m2。
经上述工序制得的成人轻度失禁垫，经测试，其厚度为6.23mm，克重为1182g/m2，饱和吸液量为185mL，透气率为15.89mm/s，洗涤50次后，横向收缩率为-3.35％，纵向收缩率为-5.15％，对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为98％，对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为70％。
实施例2
将机织布、针刺布、膜经过包缝后构成成人轻度失禁垫，具体工艺流程为：
(一)导流层的制备：采用纺纱技术将规格为40mm 5D的涤纶纤维纺成纱线，采用机织技术将细度为75D的经纱和细度为60D的纬纱制成经密为100根/10cm，纬密为90根/10cm的机织布，构成导流层，面密度为37g/m2；
(二)吸收层的制备：采用规格为40mm 3D的粘胶纤维和规格为40mm 2D的丙纶纤维以粘胶95％：丙纶5％的比例混合，并经梳理成网、针刺加固、机械打孔制成针刺无纺布，构成吸收层，该层由上、下两层片材组成，上层片材针刺后经过后道打孔工序，开孔直径为1mm，两孔间距为5mm，开孔面积为整个上层区域，面密度为210g/m2；下层纤网不经过打孔工序，面密度为230g/m2；
(三)底层的制备：采用面密度为35g/m2，透气率为5000g/m2/24/h的PE透气膜和面密度为230g/m2的针刺无纺布经热轧后构成底层，该针刺无纺布同吸收层下层片材；
(四)防侧漏边的制备：采用丙纶制成SMS结构的无纺布构成防侧漏边，面密度500g/m2，纺粘无纺布所采用的纤维直径为40微米，熔喷无纺布所采用的纤维直径为4微米，拷边线采用丙纶丝，细度为200D，防侧漏边和拷边线构成的整体面密度为500g/m2。
经上述工序制得的成人轻度失禁垫，经测试，该成人轻度失禁垫厚度为6.36mm，克重为1242g/m2，饱和吸液量为247mL，透气率为15.63mm/s，洗涤50次后，横向收缩率为-3.42％，纵向收缩率为-5.29％，纵向收缩率为-5.15％，对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为98％，对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为70％。
实施例3
将机织布、针刺布、膜经过包缝后构成成人轻度失禁垫，具体工艺流程为：
(一)导流层的制备：采用纺纱技术将规格为40mm 5D的涤纶纤维纺成纱线，采用机织技术将细度为75D的经纱和细度为60D的纬纱制成经密为100根/10cm，纬密为90根/10cm的机织布，构成导流层，面密度为37g/m2；
(二)吸收层的制备：采用规格为40mm 3D的粘胶纤维和规格为40mm 2D的丙纶纤维以粘胶95％：丙纶5％的比例混合，并经梳理成网、针刺加固、机械打孔制成针刺无纺布，构成吸收层，该层由上、下两层片材组成，上层片材针刺后经过后道打孔工序，开孔直径为1mm，两孔间距为5mm，开孔面积为整个上层区域，面密度为230g/m2；下层纤网不经过打孔工序，面密度为250g/m2；
(三)底层的制备：采用面密度为35g/m2，透气率为5000g/m2/24/h的PE透气膜和面密度为250g/m2的针刺无纺布经热轧后构成底层，该针刺无纺布同吸收层下层片材；
(四)防侧漏边的制备：采用丙纶制成SMS结构的无纺布构成防侧漏边，面密度500g/m2，纺粘无纺布所采用的纤维直径为40微米，熔喷无纺布所采用的纤维直径为4微米，拷边线采用丙纶丝，细度为200D，防侧漏边和拷边线构成的整体面密度为500g/m2。
经上述工序制得的成人轻度失禁垫，经测试，其厚度为6.40mm，克重为1302g/m2，饱和吸液量为262mL，透气率为15.29mm/s，洗涤50次后，横向收缩率为-3.51％，纵向收缩率为-5.46％，对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为98％，对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为70％。

Claims (8)

1.一种成人轻度失禁垫，其两端为扇形结构，其特征在于，所述失禁垫由导流层、吸收层、底层从上至下复合而成，其厚度为6.20～6.40mm，面密度为1100～1300g/m2；所述导流层的材料采用香味涤纶机织布，其面密度为37g/m2，该机织布为平纹结构，经纱细度为75D，纬纱细度为60D，经密为100根/10cm，纬密为90根/10cm；所述吸收层由两层针刺无纺布上下复合而成，两层针刺无纺布的原料由粘胶和丙纶组成，上层针刺无纺布的面密度为190～220g/m2，下层针刺无纺布的面密度为210～230g/m2，上层针刺无纺布上开有孔；所述底层由PE透气膜和针刺无纺布复合而成，针刺无纺布的原料与吸收层相同，其面密度为230～250g/m2；所述导流层、吸收层、底层采用线拷边进行缝合，拷边线为丙纶丝。
2.如权利要求1所述的成人轻度失禁垫，其特征在于，所述失禁垫两侧边缘设有防侧漏边，其材料采用面密度为500g/m2的SMS结构的丙纶无纺布，SMS结构中纺粘无纺布的纤维直径为40微米，熔喷无纺布的纤维直径为4微米。
