Abstract
本发明涉及水刺超纤复合无纺布及其制作方法,包括水刺超纤无纺布层和水刺无纺基布层,水刺无纺基布层内设有抗拉条,水刺超纤无纺布层和水刺无纺基布层经水刺复合连接;本发明提出的水刺超纤复合无纺布,解决了单一超细纤维无纺布密度不均匀性,大幅提高了密度均匀性,提高了密实度,具有弹性强,抗拉性好,手感丰富,细腻,可以广泛用于高档仿真皮革基布,高档家纺床单,被罩等等。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布领域,具体是水刺超纤复合无纺布及其制作方法。
背景技术
无纺布(Non Woven)又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成,是新一代环保材料,具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点,在生产和生活中应用广泛应用。例如其在被单、被罩、纸尿布、卫生巾、护垫、湿巾、创可贴、口罩、食品包装袋等产品上都有广泛的应用。
超细纤维无纺布由于其具有手感丰富,细腻的特点,大量用于高档制造被单、被罩,但是单一超细纤维无纺布存在密度不均匀性,密实度低,弹性差、抗拉能力差等缺陷。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明的目的在于,提供大幅提高了密度均匀性,提高了密实度,具有弹性强,抗拉性好的水刺超纤复合无纺布及其制作方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:水刺超纤复合无纺布,包括水刺超纤无纺布层和水刺无纺基布层,水刺无纺基布层内设有抗拉条,水刺超纤无纺布层和水刺无纺基布层经水刺复合连接。
作为本发明进一步优化的方案,述的水刺超纤无纺布层由PET和PA6双组份纤维经水刺制成。
作为本发明再进一步优化的方案,述的水刺无纺基布层为由涤纶短纤与粘胶混合的水刺无纺布。
作为本发明再进一步优化的方案,述的抗拉条呈波浪形。
作为本发明再进一步优化的方案,所述的抗拉条的材质为TPU、TPO或TPEE。
作为本发明再进一步优化的方案,所述的水刺无纺基布层内侧表面设有银纤维网层。
水刺超纤复合无纺布的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
1.采用纺粘法制备PET,PA6双组份桔瓣型复合长丝纤维。
2.将上述步骤得到的复合长丝纤维在成网帘上铺网,经高压水刺使得复合长丝纤维裂解得到超细纤维无纺布;
a、将步骤1中的复合长丝纤维通过气流牵引喷在成型网上;
b、将上述a中成型后的复合长丝纤维网进行喷水预湿;
c、将预湿后的复合长丝纤维网进行高压水刺裂解成超细纤维无纺布。
3.将银纤维网覆盖在上述超细纤维无纺布上,再将由涤纶短纤、波浪形抗拉条和粘胶混合的水刺无纺基布覆盖在前面的银纤维网上,将上述铺设好的超细纤维无纺布、银纤维网和水刺无纺基布送入高压水刺设备内,经高压水刺即得到水刺超纤复合无纺布。
4.上述水刺超纤复合无纺布经过扎车、烘干和卷绕后制成水刺超纤复合无纺布卷。
本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果是:本发明提出的水刺超纤复合无纺布,解决了单一超细纤维无纺布密度不均匀性,大幅提高了密度均匀性,提高了密实度,具有弹性强,抗拉性好,手感丰富,细腻,可以广泛用于高档仿真皮革基布,高档家纺床单,被罩等等。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“纵向”、“横向”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
参照附图1-2可知,水刺超纤复合无纺布,包括水刺超纤无纺布层1和水刺无纺基布层2,水刺无纺基布层1内设有抗拉条3,抗拉条3呈波浪形,抗拉条3的材质为TPU、TPO或TPEE,水刺超纤无纺布层1和水刺无纺基布层2经水刺复合连接,水刺超纤无纺布层1由PET和PA6双组份纤维经水刺制成,水刺无纺基布层2内侧表面设有银纤维网层4,水刺无纺基布层2为由涤纶短纤与粘胶混合的水刺无纺布。
本发明提出的水刺超纤复合无纺布,解决了单一超细纤维无纺布密度不均匀性,经过复合后大幅提高了密度均匀性,提高了密实度,具有弹性强,抗拉性好,抑菌效果好,手感丰富,细腻,可以广泛用于高档仿真皮革基布,高档家纺床单,被罩等等。
上述水刺超纤复合无纺布的制作方法为:
1.采用纺粘法制备PET,PA6双组份桔瓣型复合长丝纤维。
2.将上述步骤得到的复合长丝纤维在成网帘上铺网,经高压水刺使得复合长丝纤维裂解得到超细纤维无纺布;
a、将步骤1中的复合长丝纤维通过气流牵引喷在成型网上;
b、将上述a中成型后的复合长丝纤维网进行喷水预湿;
c、将预湿后的复合长丝纤维网进行高压水刺裂解成超细纤维无纺布。
3.将银纤维网覆盖在上述超细纤维无纺布上,再将由涤纶短纤、波浪形抗拉条和粘胶混合的水刺无纺基布覆盖在前面的银纤维网上,将上述铺设好的超细纤维无纺布、银纤维网和水刺无纺基布送入高压水刺设备内,经高压水刺即得到水刺超纤复合无纺布。
4.上述水刺超纤复合无纺布经过扎车、烘干和卷绕后制成水刺超纤复合无纺布卷。

1.水刺超纤复合无纺布,其特征在于:包括水刺超纤无纺布层和水刺无纺基布层,水刺无纺基布层内设有抗拉条,水刺超纤无纺布层和水刺无纺基布层经水刺复合连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水刺超纤复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述的水刺超纤无纺布层由PET和PA6双组份纤维经水刺制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水刺超纤复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述的水刺无纺基布层为由涤纶短纤与粘胶混合的水刺无纺布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水刺超纤复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述的抗拉条呈波浪形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水刺超纤复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述的抗拉条的材质为TPU、TPO或TPEE。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水刺超纤复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述的水刺无纺基布层内侧表面设有银纤维网层。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的水刺超纤复合无纺布的制作方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1.采用纺粘法制备PET,PA6双组份桔瓣型复合长丝纤维。
2.将上述步骤得到的复合长丝纤维在成网帘上铺网,经高压水刺使得复合长丝纤维裂解得到超细纤维无纺布;
a、将步骤1中的复合长丝纤维通过气流牵引喷在成型网上;
b、将上述a中成型后的复合长丝纤维网进行喷水预湿;
c、将预湿后的复合长丝纤维网进行高压水刺裂解成超细纤维无纺布。
3.将银纤维网覆盖在上述超细纤维无纺布上,再将由涤纶短纤、波浪形抗拉条和粘胶混合的水刺无纺基布覆盖在前面的银纤维网上,将上述铺设好的超细纤维无纺布、银纤维网和水刺无纺基布送入高压水刺设备内,经高压水刺即得到水刺超纤复合无纺布。
4.上述水刺超纤复合无纺布经过扎车、烘干和卷绕后制成水刺超纤复合无纺布卷。
