背景技术
工程塑料是指被用做工业零件或外壳材料的工业用塑料,是强度、耐冲击性、耐热性、硬度及抗老化性均优的塑料。日本业界将它定义为可以作为构造用及机械零件用的高性能塑料,耐热性在100℃ 以上,主要运用在工业上。常规的工程塑料种类包括聚碳酸酯、聚缩醛、变性聚苯醚、聚酯、聚苯硫醚等。工程塑料虽然硬度大、强度高、受力不易变形,耐冲击性能优秀,但是工程塑料普遍具有韧性较差的缺点,受到折弯力时容易断裂,材料脆性较高。
为了提升工程塑料的韧性,常规的方法是在树脂材料中添加少量纤维成分,工业生产中,使用的纤维主要为石棉矿物纤维,聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维等合成纤维,以及玻璃纤维、碳纤维等无机纤维三类,但是常规的纤维与树脂主体的相容性较差,在使用过程中虽然具有性能提升作用,但是随着材料的老化,物质之间的相互作用会减弱,结合效果变差,导致材料性能显著下降。

针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种耐压防裂性能提升的工程塑料,该型工程塑料的强度高、韧性好,材料成分之间的相容性和稳定性优秀,能够显著提高塑料的耐压防裂性能和耐久性能。

一种耐压防裂性能提升的工程塑料,按照质量份数,该工程塑料的原料包括:ABS树脂50-70份,聚碳酸酯树脂30-35份,增强树脂纤维7-10份,交联剂4-6份,阻燃剂7-10份,偶联剂2-5份,润滑剂1-2份,稳定剂0.6-1.2份,防老剂1-3份,抗静电剂1-2份。

优选地,按照质量份数,该工程塑料的原料包括:ABS树脂64-68份,聚碳酸酯树脂32-33份,增强树脂纤维8-9份,交联剂4-5份,阻燃剂8-9份,偶联剂3-4份,润滑剂1.3-1.5份,稳定剂0.8-0.9份,防老剂1.3-1.7份,抗静电剂1.2-1.4份。
优选地,交联剂为二亚乙基三胺或双25。
优选地,防老剂选用防老剂RD或防老剂AW。
优选地,润滑剂为硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸镁。
优选地,阻燃剂为复合型阻燃剂,成分中包括20%的三氧化二锑,30%的三聚氰胺磷酸盐和50%的氢氧化铝。
优选地,稳定剂为亚磷酸三酯。
本发明提供的工程塑料的制备方法为:将ABS树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂、增强树脂纤维和交联剂加入到混料机中,混料转速为250-270r/min,加热混料反应时间为30-35min,然后将混合料和阻燃剂、偶联剂、润滑剂、稳定剂、防老剂、抗静电剂继续高速混合10-15min,物料加入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,经冷却、干燥后得到所需工程塑料颗粒。该工程塑料用于机电设备或数码产品的外壳注塑生产使用。
本发明具有如下的有益效果:
该型工程塑料中添加了增强树脂纤维用于提高塑料的韧性,从而使得该型塑料具有更好地耐压、防断裂性能,提高材料的使用寿命。其中,增强树脂纤维是由聚甲醛树脂、聚乙烯醇和邻甲酚醛环氧树脂反应熔融后,经过拉丝,短切后得到纤维,该纤维还浸入到改性剂溶液中进行表面改性处理,来提高增强树脂纤维与工程塑料的主体树脂之间的相容性和界面结合力,经过交联剂的交联处理后,工程塑料中的各成分可以稳定均匀的相容,从而进一步提高材料的耐久性能和抗老化寿命。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述,以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种耐压防裂性能提升的工程塑料,按照质量份数,该工程塑料的原料包括:ABS树脂50份,聚碳酸酯树脂30份,增强树脂纤维7份,交联剂4份,阻燃剂7份,偶联剂2份,润滑剂1份,稳定剂0.6份,防老剂1份,抗静电剂1份。
其中,增强树脂纤维的制备方法如下:

本实施例提供的工程塑料的制备方法为:将ABS树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂、增强树脂纤维和交联剂加入到混料机中,混料转速为250r/min,加热混料反应时间为30min,然后将混合料和阻燃剂、偶联剂、润滑剂、稳定剂、防老剂、抗静电剂继续高速混合10min,物料加入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,经冷却、干燥后得到所需工程塑料颗粒。该工程塑料用于机电设备或数码产品的外壳注塑生产使用。
实施例2
一种耐压防裂性能提升的工程塑料,按照质量份数,该工程塑料的原料包括:ABS树脂70份,聚碳酸酯树脂35份,增强树脂纤维10份,交联剂6份,阻燃剂10份,偶联剂5份,润滑剂2份,稳定剂1.2份,防老剂3份,抗静电剂2份。
其中,增强树脂纤维的制备方法如下:
将100份聚甲醛树脂、10份聚乙烯醇和1.3份邻甲酚醛环氧树脂混合均匀后干燥,干燥温度为100℃,然后将混合料送入到挤出机中加热熔融,将混合熔体送入到纺丝组件中进行喷丝、冷却、集束、收卷,得到初生纤维;将初生纤维短切成0.5mm的短纤维,浸入到改性剂溶液中水浴恒温浸渍9h,改性剂溶液由乙酸溶液、乙二醛溶液、二乙烯苯溶液和异丙醇溶液复配而成,浸渍水浴温度为45℃,浸渍后完成后烘干,得到所需增强树脂纤维。
本实施例中,使用的交联剂为双25;防老剂选用防老剂AW;润滑剂为硬脂酸镁;阻燃剂为复合型阻燃剂,成分中包括20%的三氧化二锑,30%的三聚氰胺磷酸盐和50%的氢氧化铝;稳定剂为亚磷酸三酯。
本实施例提供的工程塑料的制备方法为:将ABS树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂、增强树脂纤维和交联剂加入到混料机中,混料转速为270r/min,加热混料反应时间为35min,然后将混合料和阻燃剂、偶联剂、润滑剂、稳定剂、防老剂、抗静电剂继续高速混合15min,物料加入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,经冷却、干燥后得到所需工程塑料颗粒。该工程塑料用于机电设备或数码产品的外壳注塑生产使用。
实施例3
一种耐压防裂性能提升的工程塑料,按照质量份数,该工程塑料的原料包括:ABS树脂60份,聚碳酸酯树脂33份,增强树脂纤维9份,交联剂5份,阻燃剂9份,偶联剂4份,润滑剂1.5份,稳定剂0.9份,防老剂2份,抗静电剂1.5份。
其中,增强树脂纤维的制备方法如下:
将95份聚甲醛树脂、8份聚乙烯醇和0.9份邻甲酚醛环氧树脂混合均匀后干燥,干燥温度为90℃,然后将混合料送入到挤出机中加热熔融,将混合熔体送入到纺丝组件中进行喷丝、冷却、集束、收卷,得到初生纤维;将初生纤维短切成0.4mm的短纤维,浸入到改性剂溶液中水浴恒温浸渍8h,改性剂溶液由乙酸溶液、乙二醛溶液、二乙烯苯溶液和异丙醇溶液复配而成,浸渍水浴温度为43℃,浸渍后完成后烘干,得到所需增强树脂纤维。
本实施例中,使用的交联剂为二亚乙基三胺;防老剂选用防老剂AW;润滑剂为硬脂酸锌;阻燃剂为复合型阻燃剂,成分中包括20%的三氧化二锑,30%的三聚氰胺磷酸盐和50%的氢氧化铝;稳定剂为亚磷酸三酯。
本实施例提供的工程塑料的制备方法为:将ABS树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂、增强树脂纤维和交联剂加入到混料机中,混料转速为260r/min,加热混料反应时间为33min,然后将混合料和阻燃剂、偶联剂、润滑剂、稳定剂、防老剂、抗静电剂继续高速混合13min,物料加入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,经冷却、干燥后得到所需工程塑料颗粒。该工程塑料用于机电设备或数码产品的外壳注塑生产使用。

1.一种耐压防裂性能提升的工程塑料,其特征在于:按照质量份数,所述工程塑料的原料包括:ABS树脂50-70份,聚碳酸酯树脂30-35份,增强树脂纤维7-10份,交联剂4-6份,阻燃剂7-10份,偶联剂2-5份,润滑剂1-2份,稳定剂0.6-1.2份,防老剂1-3份,抗静电剂1-2份;
其中,增强树脂纤维的制备方法如下:
按照质量份数,将90-100份聚甲醛树脂、7-10份聚乙烯醇和0.7-1.3份邻甲酚醛环氧树脂混合均匀后干燥,干燥温度为80-100℃,然后将混合料送入到挤出机中加热熔融,将混合熔体送入到纺丝组件中进行喷丝、冷却、集束、收卷,得到初生纤维;将初生纤维短切成0.3-0.5mm的短纤维,浸入到改性剂溶液中水浴恒温浸渍7-9h,改性剂溶液由乙酸溶液、乙二醛溶液、二乙烯苯溶液和异丙醇溶液复配而成,浸渍水浴温度为40-45℃,浸渍后完成后烘干,得到所需增强树脂纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐压防裂性能提升的工程塑料,其特征在于:按照质量份数,所述工程塑料的原料包括:ABS树脂64-68份,聚碳酸酯树脂32-33份,增强树脂纤维8-9份,交联剂4-5份,阻燃剂8-9份,偶联剂3-4份,润滑剂1.3-1.5份,稳定剂0.8-0.9份,防老剂1.3-1.7份,抗静电剂1.2-1.4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐压防裂性能提升的工程塑料,其特征在于:所述交联剂为二亚乙基三胺或双25。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐压防裂性能提升的工程塑料,其特征在于:所述防老剂选用防老剂RD或防老剂AW。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐压防裂性能提升的工程塑料,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸镁。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐压防裂性能提升的工程塑料,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为复合型阻燃剂,成分中包括20%的三氧化二锑,30%的三聚氰胺磷酸盐和50%的氢氧化铝。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐压防裂性能提升的工程塑料,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为亚磷酸三酯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐压防裂性能提升的工程塑料,其特征在于:所述工程塑料的制备方法为:将ABS树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂、增强树脂纤维和交联剂加入到混料机中,混料转速为250-270r/min,加热混料反应时间为30-35min,然后将混合料和阻燃剂、偶联剂、润滑剂、稳定剂、防老剂、抗静电剂继续高速混合10-15min,物料加入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,经冷却、干燥后得到所需工程塑料颗粒。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种耐压防裂性能提升的工程塑料,其特征在于:所述工程塑料用于机电设备或数码产品的外壳注塑生产使用。
