背景技术

每个驱动连杆机构36在第一连杆机构端部40处可枢转地连接到第二臂端部34并且在第二连杆机构端部42处可枢转地连接到驱动轴16。在第一连杆机构端部40处,枢转销等实现到第二臂端部34的连接,并且第二连杆机构端部42形成围绕驱动轴16的套环。优选地,连杆机构36的长度是可调节的并且可以附接不同尺寸的套环。
驱动轴16包括多个相反定向的凸轮凸部44,第二连杆机构端部42围绕所述凸轮凸部44安装。凸轮凸部44相对于轴线20的最大偏移和最小偏移之间的差异决定了密封条22的行程长度。为了改变行程长度,可以在驱动轴16上安装具有更大或更小偏移的凸轮凸部,对应地重新配置第二连杆机构端部42上的套环并调节驱动连杆机构36的长度。
旋转驱动器46连接到驱动轴16以向其施加旋转运动。结合本发明可以采用各种类型的旋转驱动器46,包括伺服驱动器、直接驱动器、步进电机等。有利地,引导臂14的连接配置使得能够使用单个驱动器46和驱动轴16来移动两组引导臂14和相对的密封条22,以及使用单个方向上的连续的旋转运动。通过改变转速(例如,通过在密封条22接合时减慢转动),可以实现可变的密封时间。此外,相对的密封条22的运动是机械地设定和同步的,从而避免了通过对一组或两组密封条22进行过度或不足的驱动而可能导致的损坏或不足的密封。
在密封操作期间,当凸轮凸部44向第二臂端部34呈相反的最大偏移时密封条22“闭合”,使得密封条22将在密封条之间的位于成形平面24中的袋成形材料带两侧接合,当凸轮凸部44向第二臂端部34存在相反的最小偏移量时,密封条22“完全打开”。因此,完全打开的分离距离与密封条行程长度成比例。在所示的实施例中,引导臂14直线地移动,完全打开距离大约是行程长度的两倍。一般而言,较小的完全打开距离允许更快的操作和更好的机械优势来施加密封压力。另一方面,当这种袋成形材料的运动在操作过程中停止时,较大的完全打开距离防止了由于热密封条的接近导致的袋成形材料的过热。当相对的成对的密封条之间的距离很大时,密封条的维护也很方便。
如上所述,驱动轴16可以相对于安装框架12平移。参照图3A,驱动轴16被示出为处于工作位置,其中处于闭合位置的相对的密封条22之间的距离大约为零。在图3B中,驱动轴16已经相对于安装框架12平移离开工作位置(优选地经由平移驱动器)。尽管凸轮凸部44处于与图3B中相同的定向(即对应于图3A中的闭合位置),但平移使得第二臂端部34与成形平面24之间的距离减小,由此增加了相对的密封条22之间的间隙。如本文所使用的,术语“闭合间隙”是指当驱动轴针对密封条之间的最小间距定位时,相对的密封条之间的距离。在所示实施例中,图3A的工作位置中的闭合间隙大致为零,而在图3B的非工作位置中,闭合间隙为更大的距离,既大于工作位置中的闭合间隙,又大于零。
可平移的驱动轴16有利地使得能够实现具有较小的完全打开距离的益处(例如,较高速度的操作和较大的密封压力),同时仍然使得能够在必要时由于袋成形材料的行程中的故障以及当有助于维护时自动实现完全打开距离的显著增加。应理解的是,平移的优点是由驱动轴16和框架12以及附接的引导臂14之间的相对运动引起的。移动驱动轴16以实现这种相对运动代表了一个优选实施例,但它也可以在本发明范围内通过框架12和引导臂14的运动来实现。与旋转驱动器46一样,各种驱动器类型可以用于平移驱动器。在一个实施例中,两个驱动器可以使用同一驱动马达,其中传动装置用于在旋转和平移轴16之间转换。
优选地,如图所示,引导臂14和相关尺寸在成形平面24的相反侧近似对称,使得在工作位置和在从工作位置平移期间驱动轴16的轴线20位于成形平面24中。此外,在所示的布置中,第二驱动轴16和旋转驱动器46位于安装框架12上方,其中第一臂端部32和密封条22位于其下方。这方便为了清洁、维护和更换而接近驱动轴16和相关部件。而且,来自部分成形的袋或其内装物的任何异物在操作期间不太可能被引入这些移动的机械部件中。然而,应理解的是,本发明的特征可以应用于其它几何结构。
各种密封条22可以安装到第一臂端部32,并且可以为其进行任何必要的连接以用于加热、冷却、引入配件等。优选地,密封条22使用压力调节机构50(例如弹簧偏压螺钉)连接到第一臂端部32,压力调节机构50使得由接合的密封条22施加的密封力能够变化。在所示的实施例中,密封条22被定向为使得它们的长轴线是水平的,并且更特别地,密封条被配置用于施加作为水平囊袋成形过程的一部分的顶部密封。然而,应该理解的是,本发明的特征可以应用于其它方位和其它袋成形过程中的密封条。

Claims (19)

1.一种袋成形设备,包括:
布置在成形平面的相反侧的成对的相对的密封条;
成对的引导臂,每个引导臂从第一臂端部延伸穿过成形平面到两个第二臂端部,每个第一臂端部承载成对的相对的密封条中的相应的一个;
安装框架,成对的引导臂在第一与第二臂端部之间可移动地安装至安装框架,使得分开第二臂端部的运动将第一臂端部移动到一起;
绕轴线可旋转的驱动轴,所述驱动轴包括两对相反定向的凸轮凸部,成对的引导臂的两个第二臂端部中的每一个都与所述两对相反定向的凸轮凸部中的相应的一个相连接,使得所述驱动轴的旋转是能被操作以移动成对的相对的密封条进入和脱开在密封条之间在成形平面中行进的袋成形材料带两侧的接合;以及
成对的直线支承轨道,每个直线支承轨道都将成对的引导臂中的相应的一个可滑动地连接到安装框架,以用于朝向或远离成形平面的直线运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的袋成形设备,还包括成对的压力调节机构,每个压力调节机构都将成对的相对的密封条中的相应的一个连接到成对的引导臂中的相应的一个的第一臂端部,当成对的相对的密封条在袋成形材料带两侧接合时,每个压力调节机构都能被操作以调节施加在袋成形材料带上的压力。
3.根据权利要求1所述的袋成形设备,其中,驱动轴能够相对于安装框架平移,以调节成对的相对的密封条之间的闭合间隙。
4.根据权利要求3所述的袋成形设备,其中,所述驱动轴能够相对于安装框架从所述闭合间隙大致为零的工作位置平移到所述闭合间隙大于零的非工作位置。
5.根据权利要求3所述的袋成形设备,其中,在所述驱动轴相对于所述安装框架的整个平移中,轴线位于所述成形平面中。
6.根据权利要求3所述的袋成形设备,还包括两对驱动连杆机构,所述两对驱动连杆机构中的每一个都具有第一连杆机构端部和第二连杆机构端部,第一连杆机构端部可枢转地连接到成对的引导臂中的相应的一个的所述两个第二臂端部中的相应的一个,第二连杆机构端部可枢转地连接到所述两对相反定向的凸轮凸部中的相应的一个。
7.根据权利要求3所述的袋成形设备,还包括连接到所述驱动轴以向驱动轴施加围绕轴线的旋转运动的旋转驱动器。
8.根据权利要求7所述的袋成形设备,其中,所述旋转驱动器与驱动轴一起平移。
9.根据权利要求7所述的袋成形设备,还包括平移驱动器,所述平移驱动器连接到所述驱动轴以向驱动轴施加垂直于所述轴线的平移运动。
10.根据权利要求1所述的袋成形设备,其中,成对的相对的密封条中的每一个都水平地延伸。
11.根据权利要求1所述的袋成形设备,其中,所述安装框架位于所述相反的成对的密封条上方,所述驱动轴位于所述安装框架上方。
12.根据权利要求1所述的袋成形设备,还包括布置在所述成形平面的相反侧的附加的成对的相对的密封条;
其中,成对的引导臂中的每一个都包括附加的第一臂端部,每个附加的第一臂端部承载所述附加的成对的相对的密封条中的相应的一个。
13.一种袋成形设备,包括:
成对的相对的密封条,其布置在成形平面的相反侧;
成对的引导臂,每个引导臂都从第一臂端部延伸穿过成形平面到两个第二臂端部,每个第一臂端部都承载成对的相对的密封条中的相应的一个;
安装框架,成对的引导臂在第一与第二臂端部之间可移动地安装到安装框架,使得分开第二臂端部的运动将第一臂端部移动到一起;
两对驱动连杆机构,所述驱动连杆机构中的每一个都在第一连杆机构端部与第二连杆机构端部之间延伸,第一连杆机构端部可枢转地连接到成对的引导臂中的相应的一个的所述两个第二臂端部中的相应的一个;
绕轴线可旋转的驱动轴,所述驱动轴包括两对相反定向的凸轮凸部,所述两对驱动连杆机构中的每一对的第二连杆机构端部可枢转地连接到所述两对相反定向的凸轮凸部中的相应的一个;
旋转驱动器,其连接到驱动轴以向驱动轴施加绕轴线的旋转运动,以移动成对的相对的密封条进入和脱开在密封条之间在成形平面中行进的袋成形材料带两侧的接合;以及
平移驱动器,其连接到驱动轴以向驱动轴施加垂直于轴线的平移运动,以调节成对的相对的密封条之间的闭合间隙。
14.根据权利要求13所述的袋成形设备,还包括成对的压力调节机构,每个压力调节机构都将成对的相对的密封条中的相应的一个连接到成对的引导臂中的相应的一个的第一臂端部,当成对的相对的密封条在袋成形材料带两侧接合时,每个压力调节机构都能被操作以调节施加在袋成形材料带上的压力。
15.根据权利要求13所述的袋成形设备,还包括成对的引导轨道,每个引导轨道都将成对的引导臂中的相应的一个可滑动地连接到所述安装框架。
16.根据权利要求13所述的袋成形设备,其中,成对的相对的密封条中的每一个都水平地延伸。
17.根据权利要求13所述的袋成形设备,其中,所述安装框架位于相反的成对的密封条上方,所述驱动轴位于所述安装框架上方。
18.根据权利要求17所述的袋成形设备,其中,所述旋转驱动器和平移驱动器均位于所述安装框架上方。
19.根据权利要求13所述的袋成形设备,还包括布置在成形平面的相反侧的附加的成对的相对的密封条;
其中,成对的引导臂中的每一个都包括附加的第一臂端部,每个附加的第一臂端部都承载所述附加的成对的相对的密封条中的相应的一个。
