Abstract
本发明公开了一种椰子油助剂及其制备方法和应用,所述的椰子油助剂包括按质量百分比的如下组分组成:椰子油20‑35%,二甲苯35‑50%,1601乳化5‑15%,500#乳化剂1‑5%,有机硅渗透剂5‑15%。本发明的椰子油助剂可以减少烟嘧磺隆的使用剂量,而不影响对杂草的防除效果。对玉米田化学除草的减量化和药害控制技术的研究目前主要集中在对施药技术研究和使用增效剂的方法以达到降低除草剂的使用量,从而实现除草剂的减量和控制药害的目的。

本发明涉及农业植物技术领域,具体涉及一种椰子油助剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
玉米作为我国重要的粮食作物,用途广泛,在农业生产中占据重要地位。近十几年来,我国玉米田化学除草发展很快,除草剂品种越来越多。化学除草剂的使用在玉米生产中已经成为不可缺少的重要措施。随着人们对环境和食品安全的要求越来越高,合理使用农药,尽量减少农药的使用量已经成为一个趋势。推行农药减量化使用,提高农药使用水平,实现到2020年农药使用量“零增长”。除草剂和助剂的混用具有研制和开发周期短、效果明显、成本低等特点,已成为提高除草剂药效、降低除草剂使用剂量的有效措施。
农药助剂(pesticideadjuvant)是在农药剂型的加工和应用过程中使用的除有效成分以外的其它辅助物的总称。农药助剂的主要作用是增加活性成分的溶解度,增强活性成分的相容性及其对靶标的吸附、渗透、移位能力等,通过改善喷洒液的物理性状,如通过降低药液表面张力,增加药液在叶面上的滞留量及延缓其在植物表面的干燥时间,来增强农药效果。助剂对提高药效,提高药剂对作物的安全性,降低用量,减少环境污染,提高经济效益等方面都具有重要作用。
椰子油(Coconut oil,CO)取于椰子肉是一种植物性饱和油脂,椰子干一般含油63%,新鲜椰肉含油可达33%。饱和脂肪酸含量达80%以上,不饱和脂肪酸仅占15.4%左右;椰子油中55.75%脂肪酸是饱和中链脂肪酸(MCFA);长链脂肪酸(LCFA)占44.22%;脂肪酸以月桂酸为主,占总量的50%,此外还有己酸、辛酸、癸酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸等饱和脂肪酸及少量油酸等不饱和脂肪酸。由于椰子油的饱和脂肪含量高,其保质期可长达两年。椰子油脂肪酸组成中碳链分布范围交广。囊括了C6-C18的馏分。被广泛应用于食品工业、化妆品、药用保健工业、洗涤用品工业等行业作为除草剂助剂使用未见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题,提供一种实现除草剂的减量和控制药害的椰子油助剂及其制备方法和应用。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用了下列技术方案:本发明的一种椰子油助剂,所述的椰子油助剂包括按质量百分比的如下组分组成:
进一步地,所述的500#乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钙。化学合成:三苯乙基酚依次与环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷、环氧乙烷碱催化聚合制农乳1601号物理化学合成:为淡黄色可流动黏液,浊点76-77℃,折射率1.4890-1.4900,适应水温范围15-35℃,亲水性较强。易溶于水、醇、苯类等溶剂、耐酸耐碱耐硬水,非离子型表面活性剂,乳化、湿润性能优良,用于复配混合型农药乳化剂。
本发明所述的椰子油助剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按所述的比例称取各组分,复合乳化剂的农乳1601乳化剂和500#乳化剂,助乳化剂为二甲苯,乳化剂用量为油水总量的5‰时,用超声辅助搅拌的方法,制备得到椰子油助剂。

进一步地,4%烟嘧磺隆每亩用药量100mL对玉米田杂草的株防效和鲜重防效分别为90.25%和91.56%;4%烟嘧磺隆每亩用药量75mL+5‰椰子油助剂对玉米田杂草的株防效和鲜重防效分别为91.14%和99.32%。
有益效果:本发明的椰子油助剂可以减少烟嘧磺隆的使用剂量,而不影响对杂草的防除效果。对玉米田化学除草的减量化和药害控制技术的研究目前主要集中在对施药技术研究和使用增效剂的方法以达到降低除草剂的使用量,从而实现除草剂的减量和控制药害的目的。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
(1)椰子油对烟嘧磺隆防除玉米田杂草具有一定的增效活性,4%烟嘧磺隆油悬浮剂100mL/亩对玉米田杂草的28天株防效和鲜重防效分别为90.25%和91.56%,4%烟嘧磺隆油悬浮剂75mL/亩+5‰椰子油助剂对杂草的28天株防效和鲜重防效分别为91.67%和99.32%,可见,添加椰子油助剂可以减少烟嘧磺隆的使用剂量,而不影响对杂草的防除效果。

所述的500#乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钙。化学合成:三苯乙基酚依次与环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷、环氧乙烷碱催化聚合制农乳1601号物理化学合成:为淡黄色可流动黏液,浊点76-77℃,折射率1.4890-1.4900,适应水温范围15-35℃,亲水性较强。易溶于水、醇、苯类等溶剂、耐酸耐碱耐硬水,非离子型表面活性剂,乳化、湿润性能优良,用于复配混合型农药乳化剂。
本发明所述的椰子油助剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按所述的比例称取各组分,复合乳化剂的农乳1601乳化剂和500#乳化剂,助乳化剂为二甲苯,乳化剂用量为油水总量的5‰时,用超声辅助搅拌的方法,制备得到椰子油助剂。
所述的椰子油助剂的剂型为乳液。
本发明所述的椰子油助剂在杂草的防除方面的应用。
本发明所述的椰子油助剂在对除草剂防除杂草增效活性方面的应用。
对烟嘧磺隆防除玉米田杂草具有增效活性,添加以后能够降低烟嘧磺隆的使用剂量且不影响其对马唐、马齿苋、反枝苋、苘麻的防除效果。
4%烟嘧磺隆每亩用药量100mL对玉米田杂草的株防效和鲜重防效分别为90.25%和91.56%;4%烟嘧磺隆每亩用药量75mL+5‰椰子油助剂对玉米田杂草的株防效和鲜重防效分别为91.14%和99.32%。

试验1
一、供试药剂
1.除草剂
4%烟嘧磺隆油悬浮剂(山东滨农科技有限公司)。
2.除草剂增效剂
A:自制除草剂的增效剂,组成:椰子油20-35%,二甲苯35-50%,1601乳化剂5-15%,500#乳化剂1-5%,有机硅渗透剂5-15%。
二、试验方案
1.试验处理
①4%烟嘧磺隆每亩用药量100mL;
②4%烟嘧磺隆每亩用药量75mL
③4%烟嘧磺隆每亩用药量75mL+5‰A
④人工除草对照
⑤不除草对照
2.小区设计
随机区组设计,小区面积为30m2,每个试验处理重复三次。注:所有处理选用玉米品种一致,整个玉米生长期不喷施其他除草剂;用水量为30公斤/亩。
3.试验地
安徽省宿州市农科院试验田,施药时期:玉米3-5叶期。试验地主要发生的杂草:牛筋草、马唐、反枝苋、马齿苋和香附子,这5种杂草作为本试验的调查对象。
三、试验调查
1.药害调查
于施药后14d调查玉米的生长情况。具体方法为:按棋盘式取样法每小区定4个调查点,每点采双行2m的植株(根据行距、株距计算取样面积),分别调查玉米的受害情况和株高。
2.杂草防效调查
依据标准为GB/T 17980.42-2000。按棋盘式取样法每小区定4个调查点,每点0.25m2,药后14d、28d分草种调查杂草株数,28d时在分别调查杂草株数的基础上,同时收取各取样点杂草的地上部分,测量其地上部鲜重。

3.作物产量和质量
玉米收获时进行测产。在上述的调查点中分别收获取样点中的玉米,每个小区的4个调查点的玉米混合后在实验室中进行脱粒,待充分晾干后分别称其重量即为取样面积的产量,折算出玉米的亩产量(kg/hm2)。

烟嘧磺隆对玉米株高安全性分析,如表2所示

药后14d,各处理玉米株高均在95cm以上,且叶片浓绿,生长正常,说明该药剂并未对玉米的生长构成药害(表1)。根据观察,也并未发现玉米受到药害。

2.烟嘧磺隆对杂草防除效果,施药后14和28d对杂草的株防效和鲜重防效如表2所示:
由表2所示,本发明的椰子油可以作为除草剂助剂使用的配方,所述的药后14d和28d对杂草的株防效和鲜重防效。其中处理1中,4%烟嘧磺隆每亩用药量100mL对玉米田杂草的株防效和鲜重防效分别为90.25%和91.56%;在处理3用4%烟嘧磺隆每亩用药量75mL+5‰椰子油助剂对玉米田杂草的整体防效为91.67%株防效和鲜重防效分别为91.67%和99.32%均高于处理1和处理2。

由表3所示,本发明的椰子油可以作为除草剂助剂使用的配方,所述的各处理玉米产量的比较中。产量最高的是处理3处理4%烟嘧磺隆每亩用药量75mL+5‰椰子油,其次是处理4人工处理,最低是处理5空白对照处理,显然4%烟嘧磺隆每亩用药量75mL+5‰椰子油具有增产效果。

1.一种椰子油助剂,其特征在于:所述的椰子油助剂包括按质量百分比的如下组分组成:
2.根据权利要求1所述的椰子油助剂,其特征在于:所述的500#乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钙。
3.权利要求1所述的椰子油助剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:按权利要求1所述的比例称取各组分,复合乳化剂的农乳1601乳化剂和500#乳化剂,助乳化剂为二甲苯,乳化剂用量为油水总量的5‰时,用超声辅助搅拌的方法,制备得到椰子油助剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的椰子油助剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的椰子油助剂的剂型为乳液。
5.权利要求1所述的椰子油助剂在杂草的防除方面的应用。
6.权利要求1所述的椰子油助剂在对除草剂防除杂草增效活性方面的应用。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的应用,其特征在于:对烟嘧磺隆防除玉米田杂草具有增效活性,添加以后能够降低烟嘧磺隆的使用剂量且不影响其对马唐、马齿苋、反枝苋、苘麻的防除效果。
8.根据权利要求5或6所述的应用,其特征在于:4%烟嘧磺隆每亩用药量100mL对玉米田杂草的株防效和鲜重防效分别为90.25%和91.56%;4%烟嘧磺隆每亩用药量75mL+5‰椰子油助剂对玉米田杂草的株防效和鲜重防效分别为91.14%和99.32%。
