Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮的除草组合物,包括以下有效组分:异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮,所述异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮的重量比为(1~50):(1~50):1,异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮在组合物中的总重量百分含量为1%~45%。本发明对水稻田恶性杂草稻李氏禾的防除具有很好的协同增效作用,解决了防除稻李氏禾难题,降低了农药使用量,减轻了对环境的污染,而且对水稻安全性好,是一种非常优秀的防除水稻田一年生杂草及恶性杂草稻李氏禾的新型除草组合物。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药领域,尤其是涉及一种用于防除水稻田一年生杂草和恶性杂草稻李氏禾的除草组合物。
背景技术
异噁草松(clommazone)化学名称2-(2-氯苄基)-4,4-二甲基异噁唑啉-3-酮,属于类胡萝卜素生物合成抑制剂,通过抑制戊二烯化合物合成,阻碍胡萝卜素和叶绿素的生物合成。经植物的根、幼芽吸收,向上输导,并经木质部扩散至叶部。
二甲戊灵(pendimethalin)化学名称N-(1-乙基丙基)-2,6-二硝基-3,4-二甲基苯胺,属于分生组织细胞分裂抑制剂。在杂草种子萌发过程中幼芽、幼茎、幼根吸收药剂后而起作用,最终幼芽和次生根被抑制,最终导致死亡。
硝磺草酮(mesotrione)属于对羟基苯基丙酮酸酯双氧化酶抑制剂(HPPD抑制剂)。硝磺草酮是一种用于苗前和苗后防除玉米地杂草的除草剂,杀草谱非常广,可以防除稗草、马唐、龙葵、茼麻、苍耳等多种杂草。
稻李氏禾(Leersiahexandra Swartz)属湿生性多年生禾本科杂草,俗称秕壳草,靠种子和匍匐根茎繁殖,根系发达,生命力强,繁殖快。由于栽培制度和耕作方式的改进,特别是节水灌溉的大力推广,水田常呈湿地状态,致使稻李氏禾等原湿地杂草侵入水田并扩展蔓延。自1983年在黑龙江省桦南县水田首次发现稻李氏禾以来,稻李氏禾已相继蔓延到鸡东、密山、虎林等10多个县市,发生面积达10多万hm2,发生严重时达1500株/m2以上,水稻颗粒无收,不得不休耕或改种其它作物。常用的除稗剂噁唑酰草胺、嘧啶肟草醚、双草醚、二氯喹啉酸、五氟磺草胺等防除效果并不显著。
发明人在攻关水稻田恶性杂草稻李氏禾防除技术相关课题研究过程中惊喜地发现,异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮三种有效成分复配,三种有效成分从干扰类胡萝卜素生物合成、抑制幼芽幼根等的分生组织细胞分裂以及抑制4-羟基苯基丙酮酸双氧化酶的合成等不同作用机理联合作用于靶标植物,以达到防除靶标植物的目的。异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮三种有效成分复配后不但对水稻田一年生杂草防效突出,同时对水稻田恶性杂草稻李氏禾也表现出卓越的防效,而且在一定使用剂量下对水稻非常安全。
本发明对含有异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮的除草组合物使用技术进行了深入研究,经过大量试验,完成本发明,其能有效解决水稻田恶性杂草稻李氏禾的防除问题,减轻对水稻的危害,增产、增收。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种对作物安全性较高、低毒、低残留、杀草谱广、能有效防除水稻田一年生杂草和恶性杂草稻李氏禾的含有异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮的除草组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种含有异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮的除草组合物,包括以下有效组分:异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮,所述异噁草松、二甲戊灵、硝磺草酮的重量比为(1~50):(1~50):1。
进一步的,所述的除草组合物中异噁草松、二甲戊灵、硝磺草酮的优选重量比为(1~5):(1~10):1。
进一步的,所述的除草组合物中异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮的重量占组合物总重量的1~45%。
进一步的,所述的除草组合物可以加工为颗粒剂、可湿性粉剂、可分散油悬浮剂、悬乳剂等适合农业生产使用的剂型。
进一步的,所述的除草组合物所加工成的颗粒剂、可湿性粉剂、可分散油悬浮剂、悬乳剂等剂型,本领域技术人员很熟悉使用相应助剂完成本发明。
进一步的,所述的除草组合物用于防除水稻田杂草。
进一步的,所述的水稻田杂草是一年生杂草和恶性杂草稻李氏禾
进一步的,分散剂为木质素磺酸钠REAX82P、萘磺酸盐分散剂MORWET D425、烷基萘磺酸盐分散剂TERSPERSE 2020、聚羧酸盐分散剂TERSPERSE 2700中的一种或几种。
进一步的,润湿剂为a-烯基磺酸钠AOS、十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-5、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚Genapol X080中的一种或几种。
进一步的,乳化剂为农乳500#、宁乳34#、吐温80、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚EmulsogenEL360、磷酸酯盐分散剂Dispersogen LFS等中的一种或几种。
进一步的,粘结剂为葡萄糖、聚乙二醇4000、玉米淀粉、羧甲基纤维素钠中的一种或几种。
进一步的,增稠剂为黄原胶、硅酸镁铝、有机膨润土等中的一种或几种。
进一步的,防腐剂为卡松、苯甲酸钠、柠檬酸等中的一种或几种。
进一步的,消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
进一步的,载体(溶剂)为白炭黑、高岭土、凹凸棒土、硅藻土、轻钙、大豆油酸甲酯、硫酸铵中的一种或几种;水为去离子水。
本发明的除草组合物的使用频率和使用量随着作物生长、杂草发生、天气变化而有少量的变化,可以通过使用适当的剂量达到有效防治的目的。
本发明所用助剂和溶剂均属环保类型,低毒、低残留,对水稻安全,在使用过程中对作物、鱼虾和水体不会产生毒害。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果是:施用方便,成本低,能有效降低使用量,减少用药次数,杀草谱广,对水稻田恶性杂草稻李氏禾具有意想不到的防除效果。
具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好的理解本发明方案,下面将对发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。
下面各实施例中有效成分采用95%异噁草松原药;98%二甲戊灵原药;98%硝磺草酮原药和辅助成分均为市售。
室内生测试验
防除水稻田杂草室内药效试验:
下面通过室内毒力测定来说明异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮混配对水稻田杂草的防除具有协同增效作用。
为了防除水稻田杂草,发明人以活性成分为异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮进行了相互复配的增效研究,具体方法为:试验靶标分别为稻李氏禾。将原药配制成需要的试验药剂,试验方法参考《中华人民共和国农业行业标准NY/T1155.7-2006农药室内生物测定试验准则除草剂第7部分:混配的联合作用测定》。首先将单剂及各混配药剂设置成5-7个不同浓度。设清水对照,重复4次。采用土壤处理法,预先培植好供试靶标,待靶标长至株高6-10cm待用,将稀释好的药剂折算好均匀喷洒到靶标上,置入温室内正常培养,处理后21天用目测法计算各药剂处理的防效,通过防效的机率值和系列浓度的对数值之间的线性回归分析,求出各药剂的ED50值,用孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC),共毒系数(CTC)大于等于120表现为增效作用;CTC小于等于80表现为拮抗作用;大于80且小于120表现为相加作用。

室内毒力测定结果表明:异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮的重量比为(1~5):(1~10):1混用对稻李氏禾具有协同增效作用,
下面结合制剂实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
异噁草松1%,二甲戊灵2.5%,硝磺草酮0.5%,a-烯基磺酸钠AOS 1%,木质素磺酸钠REAX82P 6%,葡萄糖5%,白炭黑5%、高岭土余量。预先将异噁草松按照上述比例用白炭黑吸附静置24小时后,将上述其他成分按所述比例混合均匀,经过气流粉碎,使物料平均粒径小于5微米,并加水捏合均匀,移至造粒设备中造粒,烘干后即可得4%异噁草松·二甲戊灵·硝磺草酮颗粒剂(2:5:1)。
实施例2
异噁草松1.5%,二甲戊灵2.5%,硝磺草酮0.5%,十二烷基硫酸钠1%,萘磺酸盐分散剂MORWET D425 5%,聚乙二醇4000 5%,白炭黑5%,凹凸棒土余量。预先将异噁草松按照上述比例用白炭黑吸附静置24小时后,将上述其他成分按所述比例混合均匀,经过气流粉碎,使物料平均粒径小于5μm,并加水捏合均匀,移至造粒设备中造粒,烘干后即可得4.5%异噁草松·二甲戊灵·硝磺草酮颗粒剂(3:5:1)。
实施例3
异噁草松3%,二甲戊灵10%,硝磺草酮1%,二异丁基萘磺酸钠2%,萘磺酸盐分散剂MORWET D425 5%,硫酸铵10%,白炭黑6%,高岭土余量。预先将异噁草松按照上述比例用白炭黑吸附静置24小时后,将上述其他成分按所述比例混合均匀,经过气流粉碎,使物料平均粒径小于5μm,即得14%异噁草松·二甲戊灵·硝磺草酮可湿性粉剂(3:10:1)。
实施例4
异噁草松2%,二甲戊灵10%,硝磺草酮1%,吐温80 5%,宁乳34#4%,农乳500#7%,有机膨润土4%,大豆油酸甲酯余量。将上述物料混合均匀,经过砂磨机研磨,使物料平均粒径小于5μm,停止砂磨。即得13%异噁草松·二甲戊灵·硝磺草酮可分散油悬浮剂(2:10:1)。
实施例5
异噁草松5%,二甲戊灵10%,硝磺草酮1%,Emulsogen EL360(蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚)4%,Genapol X080(异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚)1%,Dispersogen LFS(磷酸酯盐分散剂)4%,有机硅消泡剂0.2%,乙二醇5%,黄原胶0.15%,卡松0.15%,水余量。将异噁草松原药与Emulsogen EL360按比例混合均匀,记为异噁草松母液。将二甲戊灵、异丙隆、GenapolX080、Dispersogen LFS、有机硅消泡剂、乙二醇、部分水混合均匀,经过砂磨机研磨,使物料平均粒径小于5μm,停止砂磨,并将异噁草松母液、2%黄原胶母液、卡松及余下水加入,剪切均匀,即得16%异噁草松·二甲戊灵·硝磺草酮悬乳剂(5:10:1)。
田间药效验证实施例
田间药效试验防除水稻直播田杂草
试验选择在湖南长沙望城县,该区域水稻田使用除草剂历史达数十年之久,杂草种群复杂难防;土壤肥力一致中等;试验地水稻品种:梗稻、籼稻;种植方式:水稻直播;田间主要杂草有恶性杂草稻李氏禾、千金子、稗草等。试验共设6个处理,每个处理设3个重复。处理1为实施例1:4%异噁草松·二甲戊灵·硝磺草酮颗粒剂(2:5:1);处理2为实施例2:4.5%异噁草松·二甲戊灵·硝磺草酮颗粒剂(3:5:1);处理3为实施例3:14%异噁草松·二甲戊灵·硝磺草酮可湿性粉剂(3:10:1);处理4为实施例4:13%异噁草松·二甲戊灵·硝磺草酮可分散油悬浮剂(2:10:1);处理5为实施例5:16%异噁草松·二甲戊灵·硝磺草酮悬乳剂(5:10:1);处理6为:480g/L异噁草松乳油;处理7为330g/L二甲戊灵乳油;处理8为15%硝磺草酮悬浮剂;水稻处于3叶期采用用药处理,以上各处理均采用拌土撒施。以上药剂均由浙江天丰生物科学有限公司研发部提供。
调查对象及方法:用药后7天观察各处理药剂对水稻生长情况影响和杂草的受害情况。用药后30天,目测恶性杂草稻李氏禾、稗草防效以及田间杂草群落总防效。
表2异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮三元复配各处理水稻直播田用药30天田间药效试验结果。
根据调查情况,水稻用药后7天,本发明在试验剂量范围内对梗稻和籼稻安全性很好,水稻生长正常,未见叶片灼伤、发黄、枯萎等异常现象。由此可见本发明在一定用药剂量范围内对梗稻和籼稻安全。
从表2的田间试验用药后30天试验结果中可以看出,本发明的除草组合物对水稻直播田里稻李氏禾田间防效均在86%-98%以上,可以有效的减轻稻李氏禾对水稻田危害,达到防除稻李氏禾的目的。同时还可以兼除水稻田一年生杂草,如稗草、莎草、醴肠、鸭舌草等杂草。
在该专利发明的过程中,还有许多实施例在此不一一列举。
综上室内生测试验和田间药效试验结果证实,本发明含有异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮的除草组合物,主要用于防除水稻田一年生杂草,对田间恶性杂草稻李氏禾具有出色防除效果,而且对水稻安全。本发明除草组合物具有作用机理独特,使用剂量低,杀草谱广等优点。
由此可见,含有异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮的除草组合物在一定的使用剂量范围内对水稻安全且除草性能优异,具有潜在的农业推广价值。
Claims (6)
1.一种含有异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮的除草组合物,其特征在于:包括以下有效组分:异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮,所述异噁草松、二甲戊灵、硝磺草酮的重量比为(1~50):(1~50):1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述的异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮的优选重量比为(1~5):(1~10):1。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的含有异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮的重量占组合物总重量的1~45%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述的除草组合物可以加工为颗粒剂、可湿性粉剂、可分散油悬浮剂、悬乳剂等适合农业生产上使用的剂型。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述的除草组合物用于防除水稻田杂草。
6.根据权利要求5所述的含有异噁草松、二甲戊灵和硝磺草酮的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述的水稻田杂草是一年生杂草和恶性杂草稻李氏禾。
