Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有环境响应性的智能纤维或其制品及其制备方法。所述具有环境响应性的智能纤维或其制品由纤维本体或纤维制品与具有环境响应性的颗粒通过化学键连接而成,所述颗粒的表面连接如下至少一种功能基团:酰胺基、吡啶基、式1所示基团、氨基、羧基、环状低聚糖、环氧基、羟基和金刚烷基。本发明通过将对环境响应性的颗粒与纤维结合获得了具有对环境响应性的纤维材料;制备了一系列不同本体的智能纤维材料。本发明能够制备对多种环境因素分别具有或同时具有响应性的智能纤维材料、智能纤维织物及其简便、普适、适于大批生产的制备方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有环境响应性的智能纤维或其制品及其制备方法,属于纤维材料及其制品领域。
背景技术
纤维材料广泛应用于织物、过滤材料、催化、电子等各种领域,然而传统的纤维普遍具有光滑均一的表面性质,因而至今为止纤维材料的应用主要决定于纤维本体的性质。纤维表面亲疏水性质的变化严重影响其使用性能。
目前为止,表面具有超疏水、超疏油、超亲水或超双亲的纤维材料已有报道,其已经应用于自清洁纤维或织物、油水分离、生物技术等领域。然而具有亲疏水性可转变的表面具有对环境的自适应能力,具有更强的应用性能和更广泛的应用范围。目前,表面具有可转变性能的智能纤维的研究还处于初级阶段,目前,真正具有应用价值的智能纤维鲜有报道。
目前,智能纤维的制备主要通过以下方法获得,直接使用具有智能变化能力的聚合物纺丝或者用具有变化能力的聚合物与其它聚合物共混纺丝获得智能纤维,这种方法仅适用于有限的几种聚合物材料,限制了纤维的强度和应用环境。另外一种方法是在已有纤维的表面接枝具有变化能力的聚合物或者使用粘结剂直接将变化的聚合物与纤维结合在一起;另外也有通过响应性颗粒与纤维材料结合的研究报道,但是大多使用粘合剂将颗粒与纤维结合在一起,但是这样就限制了变化能力。上述方法基本都需要复杂的过程,严重限制了其制备方法的普适性和智能纤维的应用性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有环境响应性的智能纤维或其制品及其制备方法,本发明智能纤维或其制品对环境的响应性是可逆的。
本发明所述的“环境响应性”指的是对温度、pH、光、溶剂等外界条件进行响应的性质,在环境的变化下所述智能纤维或其制品的亲疏水性能够进行可逆变化。
本发明所提供的具有环境响应性的智能纤维或其制品,其由纤维本体或纤维制品与具有环境响应性的颗粒通过化学键连接而成;
所述化学键可为酯键、醚键、酰胺键、C-C、C=C、C-O、C-N或氢键。
所述的智能纤维或其制品中,所述颗粒的表面连接如下至少一种功能基团:
酰胺基、吡啶基、式1所示基团、氨基、羧基、环状低聚糖、环氧基、羟基和金刚烷基;优选酰胺基、氨基、羧基或环氧基;
所述的智能纤维或其制品中,所述颗粒可为聚合物颗粒或聚合物与无机物杂化的颗粒;
1)聚合物颗粒,其中的聚合物可为(A)、(B)或(C):
(A)下述单体的均聚物或共聚物:甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲基氨基乙酯、N,N’-异丙基丙烯酰胺、N,N’-二乙基丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸和乙烯基吡啶;如聚乙烯吡啶、聚异丙基丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸、聚甲基丙烯酸或聚甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲基氨基乙酯;
(B)含有羧基、酰胺基、异丙基酰胺基或吡啶基的下述聚合物:聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚氨酯、聚酯、聚酰亚胺、聚酰胺、聚丙烯腈、聚丙烯、聚异氰酸酯或它们的共聚物;
(C)(A)与(B)的共聚物;
2)聚合物与无机物杂化的颗粒,其中的聚合物可为1)中的所述聚合物,其中的无机物可为二氧化硅、二氧化钛、三氧化二铝、三氧化二铁、二氧化锆、硫酸钡、碳酸钙和碳酸镁中至少一种。
所述的智能纤维中,所述纤维本体或所述纤维制品上连接有如下极性基团:
双键、氨基、酰胺基、醛基、羧基、环氧基、C-X(其中X为氟、氯、溴、碘)和羟基中至少一种;
所述极性基团能够与所述颗粒的表面连接的所述功能基团相连接形成所述化学键;
如果所述纤维本体或所述纤维制品上不具有所述极性基团,可通过功能化的方式在其表面上修饰所述极性基团,功能化的方法包括等离子照射、化学腐蚀、紫外接枝聚合以及表面化学改性等任一种方法。
所述的智能纤维中,所述纤维本体可为聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚乙烯纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维、聚醚醚酮纤维、聚醚砜纤维、碳纤维、聚苯硫醚、纤维素类纤维、蚕丝、毛、氨纶和氯纶中至少一种;
所述纤维素类纤维具体可为粘胶纤维、醋酸纤维、棉或麻;
所述纤维制品为所述纤维本体制备的织物、无纺布、多孔膜或复合材料等。
所述的智能纤维中,所述颗粒与所述纤维本体或所述纤维制品的质量比小于1:1即可,优选1:1~1:10000。
本发明进一步提供了所述智能纤维或其制品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
所述纤维本体与所述颗粒之间经反应形成所述化学键即得所述智能纤维或其制品。
所述的制备方法中,所述反应在如下溶剂中进行:
水、醇、烷烃、芳香烃或酯类溶剂;
所述醇具体可为甲醇、乙醇、丙醇或丁醇;
所述烷烃具体可为戊烷、己烷、庚烷、辛烷、壬烷或癸烷;
所述芳香烃具体可为苯、甲苯或二甲苯等;
所述酯类溶剂具体可为乙酸乙酯或乙酸丁酯;
所述溶剂的用量保证能够完全浸润所述纤维本体。
所述反应的温度可为-80℃~120℃,优选可为20℃~80℃,时间大于1min即可,优选为10min~6小时。
所述反应可在催化剂存在的条件下进行;
所述催化剂可为酸、碱、氢化锂铝、三甲基铝、烷基锂或具有如下基团的化合物:
所述碱可为十二烷基叔胺;
含有式Ⅰ所示基团的催化剂可为1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐;
含有式Ⅲ所示基团的催化剂可为N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺或N-羟基硫代琥珀酰亚胺。
本发明通过将对环境响应性的颗粒与纤维结合获得了具有对环境响应性的纤维材料;制备了一系列不同本体的智能纤维材料。本发明能够制备对多种环境因素分别具有或同时具有响应性的智能纤维材料、智能纤维织物及其简便、普适、适于大批生产的制备方法。

具体实施方式
下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1、
将10mg含有羧基的聚丙烯酰胺颗粒分散于50ml水中,加入1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐0.05g,然后加入含有氨基的功能化聚酯纤维0.5克,20℃反应4小时,然后用水洗涤,得到智能聚酯纤维。
将上述智能聚酯纤维编织成智能聚酯布,其SEM图如图1所示,由该图可以看出,颗粒分布于纤维表面从而得到粗糙表面的纤维。
本实施例制备的智能聚酯布在温度的变化下的亲疏水性能发生变化,如图2所示,在低于30℃的条件下,该智能聚酯布对水的接触角为109.2°,具有疏水特性;当加热至80℃时,该智能聚酯布对水的接触角为0°,具有亲水特性;当降温至30℃以下,该智能聚酯布对水的接触角又变为109.2°,即由亲水性变为疏水性,可以看出,本发明智能聚酯布在温度的变化下其疏水性具有可逆的变化,即具有温度响应性且其亲疏水性具有可逆变化。
本实施例制备的智能聚酯纤维布在pH值的变化下,其亲疏水性也发生可逆变化:在pH值降低时,纤维疏水性增强,在pH值升高时,纤维亲水性增强。
本发明制备的智能聚酯纤维布亲疏水性发生变化,从而可带动纤维制品其它性能的可逆变化,如透过性的可逆变化。
实施例2、
将10mgN,N’-二乙基丙烯酰胺和甲基丙磺酸的共聚物颗粒分散于50ml水中,加入N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺0.1g,然后加入氨基化的聚丙烯纤维0.5克,20℃下反应4小时,然后用水洗涤,得到智能聚丙烯纤维。
本实施例制备的智能聚丙烯纤维在温度的变化下,其亲疏水性发生可逆变化:在温度升高时,其疏水性增强;在温度降低时,其亲水性增强。
本实施例制备的智能聚丙烯纤维在pH值的变化下,其亲疏水性发生可逆变化:在pH值升高时,其亲水性增强,在pH值降低时,其疏水性增强。
实施例3、
将10mg含有羧基的聚乙烯吡啶颗粒分散于50ml水中,加入N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺0.1g,然后加入氨基化的碳纤维0.5克,25℃下反应4小时,然后用水洗涤,得到智能碳纤维。
本实施例制备的智能碳纤维在pH值的变化下,其亲疏水性发生可逆变化:在pH值升高时,其疏水性增强,在pH值降低时,其亲水性增强。
实施例4、
将1g含有羧基的聚甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲基氨基乙酯颗粒分散于500ml水中,加入1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐和N-羟基硫代琥珀酰亚胺各0.1g,30分钟后,加入氨基化的聚酰胺纤维2克,25℃下反应4小时,然后用水洗涤,得到智能聚酰胺纤维。
本实施例制备的智能聚酰胺纤维在温度的变化下,其亲疏水性发生可逆变化:在温度升高时,其疏水性增强,在温度降低时,其亲水性增强。
本实施例制备的智能聚酰胺纤维在pH值的变化下,其亲疏水性发生可逆变化:在pH值升高时,其亲水性增强;在pH值降低时,其疏水性增强。
实施例5、
将1g含有环氧基团的聚(N,N’-二甲基氨基丙烯酰乙酯)颗粒分散于500ml庚烷中,加入含有羟基的碳纤维纤维2克,加入10mg十二烷基叔胺,25℃下反应4小时,然后用取出用乙醇和水洗涤,得到智能碳纤维。
本实施例制备的智能碳纤维在温度的变化下,其亲疏水性发生可逆变化:在温度升高时,其疏水性增强,在温度降低时,其亲水性增强。
实施例6、
将1g含有环氧基团的聚(N,N’-二甲基氨基丙烯酰乙酯)颗粒分散于500ml乙醇中,加入棉纤维织物2克,80℃下反应4小时,然后用取出用乙醇和水洗涤,得到智能棉纤维。
本实施例制备的智能棉纤维在温度的变化下,其亲疏水性发生可逆变化:在温度升高时,其疏水性增强,在温度降低时,其亲水性增强。
实施例7、
将1g含有环氧基团的聚异丙基丙烯酰胺颗粒分散于5L水中,加入黏胶纤维200克,60℃下反应4小时,然后用取出用乙醇和水洗涤,得到智能黏胶纤维。
本实施例制备的智能黏胶纤维在温度的变化下,其亲疏水性发生可逆变化:在温度升高时,其疏水性增强,在温度降低时,其亲水性增强。
实施例8、
将0.1g由NIPAM(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)聚合物与二氧化硅组成的含有胺基的杂化颗粒分散于200mL甲苯中,加入氯甲基聚醚砜纤维20克,40℃反应6小时,然后用取出用甲苯、乙醇和水洗涤干净,得到智能聚醚砜纤维。
本实施例制备的智能聚醚砜纤维在温度的变化下,其亲疏水性发生可逆变化:在温度升高时,其疏水性增强,在温度降低时,其亲水性增强。
实施例9、
10g由甲基丙烯酸和NIPAM(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)的共聚物颗粒分散于50L水中,加入表面为氨基的含有二氧化硅的聚酰亚胺纤维1公斤,20℃下反应4小时,然后用取出用水洗涤干净,得到智能聚酰亚胺纤维。
本实施例制备的智能聚酰亚胺纤维在pH值的变化下,其亲疏水性发生可逆变化:在pH值升高时,其亲水性增强,在pH值降低时,其疏水性增强。
Claims (9)
1.一种具有环境响应性的智能纤维或其制品,其由纤维本体或纤维制品与具有环境响应性的颗粒通过化学键连接而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能纤维或其制品,其特征在于:所述颗粒的表面连接如下至少一种功能基团:
酰胺基、吡啶基、式1所示基团、氨基、羧基、环状低聚糖、环氧基、羟基和金刚烷基;
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的智能纤维或其制品,其特征在于:所述颗粒为聚合物颗粒或聚合物与无机物杂化的颗粒;
1)聚合物颗粒,其中的聚合物为(A)、(B)或(C):
(A)下述单体的均聚物或共聚物:甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲基氨基乙酯、N,N’-异丙基丙烯酰胺、N,N’-二乙基丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸和乙烯基吡啶;
(B)含有羧基、酰胺基、异丙基酰胺基或吡啶基的下述聚合物:聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚氨酯、聚酯、聚酰亚胺、聚酰胺、聚丙烯腈、聚丙烯、聚异氰酸酯或它们的共聚物;
(C)(A)与(B)的共聚物;
2)聚合物与无机物杂化的颗粒,其中的聚合物为1)中的所述聚合物,其中的无机物为二氧化硅、二氧化钛、三氧化二铝、三氧化二铁、二氧化锆、硫酸钡、碳酸钙和碳酸镁中至少一种。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的智能纤维或其制品,其特征在于:所述纤维本体或所述纤维制品上连接有如下极性基团:
双键、氨基、酰胺基、醛基、羧基、环氧基、卤素和羟基中至少一种;
所述极性基团能与所述颗粒的表面连接的所述功能基团相连接形成所述化学键。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的智能纤维或其制品,其特征在于:所述纤维本体为聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚乙烯纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维、聚醚醚酮纤维、聚醚砜纤维、碳纤维、聚苯硫醚、纤维素类纤维、蚕丝、毛、氨纶和氯纶中至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的智能纤维或其制品,其特征在于:所述纤维制品为由所述纤维本体制备的织物、无纺布、多孔膜或复合材料。
7.权利要求1-6中任一项所述智能纤维或其制品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
所述纤维本体或其制品与所述颗粒之间经反应形成所述化学键即得所述智能纤维或其制品。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述反应在如下溶剂中进行:
水、醇、烷烃、芳香烃或酯类溶剂。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述反应在催化剂存在的条件下进行;
所述催化剂为酸、碱、氢化锂铝、三甲基铝、烷基锂或具有如下基团的化合物:
