技术领域
本发明属于农用化学领域,尤其涉及一种棉花脱叶组合物。
背景技术
吡草醚(pyraflufen-ethyl)吡草醚是一种触杀型除草剂,茎叶处理后,可被迅速吸收到植物组织中,使植物迅速坏死,使茎叶干枯脱水死亡。吡草醚在棉花植物上处理后,被植物吸收后,可促进叶柄和茎叶之间的分离组织自然形成而提早脱落,从而提高采收效率和改善棉花品级。
噻苯隆(thidiazuron)又名脱叶灵,脱叶宝,化学名称:1-苯基-3-(1,2,3,-噻二唑-2-基)脲。噻苯隆在棉花种植上作脱叶剂使用,被植株吸收,可促进叶柄和茎之间的分离组织自然形成而提早脱落,从而提高采收效率和改善棉花品级。
敌草隆(diuron)敌草隆是一种传导型广谱除草剂,可被植物的根、叶吸收,敌草隆用在棉花上,主要通过根部吸收,传导至茎叶,促进叶片衰老。实践中发现,敌草隆和噻苯隆一起用做棉花脱叶组合物使用,有明显的协同增效作用,可以大大降低噻苯隆的使用量,缩短作用期并提高脱叶率。
目前尚未见有关于吡草醚、噻苯隆和敌草隆组成的复配棉花脱叶组合物的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有高效、低毒、低残留及低成本的复配棉花脱叶组合物。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种棉花脱叶组合物,包括组分A和组分B,所述组分A为吡草醚,所述组分B为噻苯隆和敌草隆中的任意一种或两种,所述组分A和组分B的重量比为(1:100)~(100:1)。本发明所述的棉花脱叶组合物其活性成分组分A为吡草醚和组分B噻苯隆、敌草隆中的一种或两种复配后共同施用,具有显著协同脱叶作用,克服了单一活性组分有效成分使用量大,机车喷雾脱叶焦叶现象,其具有高效、低毒、低残留、低成本等诸多优点,是一种新型棉花脱叶组合物。
进一步的,还包括农药制剂辅助成分;所述的棉花脱叶组合物组合物剂型辅助成分为载体、表面活性剂等,具体的,本发明所述的棉花脱叶组合物组合物中的载体为水、大豆油、油酸甲酯、甲基萘高级脂肪烃油、芳烃S-150号溶剂油等中的一种或几种,具体的,本发明所述的棉花脱叶组合物组合物中的表面活性剂选自十二烷基苯磺酸钙、木质素磺酸盐、苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯等中的一种或几种。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好的理解本发明方案,下面将对发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。
下列各实施例中有效成分采用吡草醚、噻苯隆、敌草隆以及辅助成分均为市售。
实施例1:11%吡草醚·噻苯隆悬浮剂(1:10)
吡草醚1%、噻苯隆10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-7)7%,苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯(601P)6%,沉淀法白炭黑1%,黄原胶0.15%,有机硅消泡剂0.2%,乙二醇5%,水余量。将上述有效组分按比例混合均匀,经过砂磨机研磨,使物料平均粒径小于3μm,检测吡草醚与噻苯隆含量,并加入黄原胶及余量水,并再次混合均匀,即得11%吡草醚·噻苯隆悬浮剂。
实施例2:18%吡草醚·敌草隆可分散油悬浮剂(1:8)
吡草醚2%,敌草隆16%,十二烷基苯磺酸钙5%,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚4%,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物3%,有机硅消泡剂0.1%,有机膨润土3%,大豆油余量。将上述所有成分按所述比例混合均匀,经卧式砂磨机研磨使所得物料平均粒径小于5微米,即可制得18%吡草醚·敌草隆可分散油悬浮剂。
实施例3:30%吡草醚·敌草隆水乳剂(1:4)
吡草醚6%,敌草隆24%,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物3%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4%,有机硅消泡剂0.2%,黄原胶0.15%,丙二醇5%,苯甲酸钠0.1%,芳烃S-150号溶剂油20%,水余量。将上述成分按照所述比例称量好后,按照以下步骤操作。将原药溶解于芳烃S-150号溶剂油中,加入聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚乳化成油相,待用;将黄原胶、丙二醇、苯甲酸钠和消泡剂加入水中成水相;向油相中缓慢加入水相,高速剪切30min,即可制成30%吡草醚·敌草隆水乳剂。
实施例4:30%吡草醚·噻苯隆·敌草隆可湿性粉剂(1:10:4)
吡草醚2%,噻苯隆20%,敌草隆8%,十二烷基苯磺酸钙8%,木质素磺酸钠7%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3%,白炭黑8%,高岭土余量。将所有成分按照上述比例混合均匀,经气流粉碎使物料平均粒径小于5um。即可制得30%吡草醚·噻苯隆·敌草隆可湿性粉剂(1:10:4)。
实施例5:室内生物试验
1.试验方法在温室内预先培植新陆早26号培植8-10叶龄,按照表1、2、3试验组分和剂量进行茎叶喷雾处理,每个处理重复三次。喷施兑水量为300L/ha,处理后植株再次放回温室。
2.评价方法,施用1、2、4周后,计算方法;
脱叶率(%)=(施药前叶片数-施药后叶片数)/施药前叶片数*100%

试验地点选择在新疆石河子,供试品种新陆早26号,试验方法采用随机区组试验,每组4个小区,每个小区长3米,宽3.3米,每个小区120株。设处理1为11%吡草醚·噻苯隆悬浮剂(1:10),处理2为18%吡草醚·敌草隆可分散油悬浮剂(1:8),处理3为30%吡草醚·敌草隆水乳剂(1:4),处理4为30%吡草醚·噻苯隆·敌草隆可湿性粉剂(1:10:4),处理5为50%噻苯隆可湿性粉剂;处理6为540g/L噻苯隆·敌草隆悬浮剂;处理7为2%吡草醚微乳剂,处理8为清水对照。以上处理共计8个处理。
上述8个处理,喷雾药液量为50千克/亩,在棉花田间吐絮量达到35%-40%时叶面喷雾处理一次。施药前每小区选取30株长势均匀一致的棉株调查叶片数、吐絮铃数和青铃数,处理后第15天调查脱叶率和吐絮率。
脱叶率(%)=(施药前叶片数-施药后叶片数)/施药前叶片数*100%
施药前吐絮率(%)=施药前吐絮铃数/总铃数*100%
施药后吐絮率(%)=施药前吐絮铃数/总铃数*100%
不同处理对棉花脱叶率、吐絮率的调查结果如下表(表中数据为百分比):
从上表数据中可以看出,上述发明所制备的脱叶剂处理后15天棉花脱叶率在86.5-94.8%,吐絮率在87.9-97.5%,比现在市场上常规使用的50%噻苯隆可湿性粉剂、540g/L噻苯隆·敌草隆悬浮剂以及2%吡草醚微乳剂在处理后15天调查的脱叶率和吐絮率都有所提高。
综合室内生测和田间试验结果表明,本发明含有组分A为吡草醚,组分B为噻苯隆、敌草隆中的任意一种或两种的棉花脱叶组合物,对棉花脱叶效果具有优秀的协同脱叶作用,可以加快棉花脱叶速度并提高棉花吐絮率,便于机械收获,并可大大降低机采棉花的叶屑含量,提高棉花品级。
Claims (4)
1.一种棉花脱叶组合物,其特征在于:包括组分A和组分B,所述组分A为吡草醚,所述组分B为噻苯隆和敌草隆中的任意一种或两种,所述组分A和组分B的重量比为(1:100)~(100:1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的棉花脱叶组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物还包括农药制剂辅助成分。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的棉花脱叶组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物可加工为可分散油悬浮剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水乳剂剂型中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的棉花脱叶组合物的应用,其特征在于:所述棉花脱叶组合物适用于棉花脱叶。
