Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of disinfectant, and particularly relates to hypochlorous acid wound disinfectant containing antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives.
Background
In recent ten years, hypochlorous acid disinfectant water has been gradually applied to the fields of agriculture, food, environmental protection and the like. Compare in traditional sodium hypochlorite antiseptic solution, the hypochlorous acid antiseptic solution has a great deal of advantage: safe, no side effect, low effective antibacterial concentration, high sterilization speed and the like. Among them, slightly acidic electrolyzed water containing hypochlorous acid has been approved as an edible food additive by the FDA in the united states. There are many documents on hypochlorous acid disinfectant water, and a few patent technical solutions, such as publication numbers: CN 1680627 "preparation method of hypochlorous acid disinfectant fluid", publication no: CN 101686689 "disinfectant based on hypochlorous acid (HOCI) containing aqueous solution, preparation method and application thereof", etc.
Many documents show that hypochlorous acid (chemical formula HClO) or sodium hypochlorite disinfection mechanism plays a key role is HClO. Further decomposition of HClO to form nascent oxygen [ O ] which has strong oxidizing property and can rapidly kill bacteria and viruses. Sodium hypochlorite needs to be further hydrolyzed to hypochlorous acid, and hypochlorous acid is thus more rapidly sterilized than sodium hypochlorite. However, hypochlorous acid is a weak acid, is chemically unstable, and its bactericidal performance is easily affected by light, air, time, contact with impurities, etc., and is likely to undergo electrolysis and decomposition reactions, and thus the bactericidal effect is difficult to last.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a hypochlorous acid wound disinfectant containing antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives, which has strong sterilization effect and long sterilization duration. In order to reduce the stimulation of the disinfectant to the wound, the effective concentration of hypochlorous acid is 10-500ppm, and the pH value of the whole disinfectant solution is kept at 5.0-7.5.
The invention aims to realize the following technical scheme that the hypochlorous acid wound disinfectant containing the antibacterial polysaccharide compound or the derivative comprises 1 to 5 parts by mass of hypochlorous acid (HClO), and is characterized in that: the disinfectant also comprises 1 to 3 parts of sodium hypochlorite solution, 1 to 2 parts of calcium hypochlorite, 1 to 2 parts of potassium hypochlorite or 1 to 3 parts of barium hypochlorite by mass, and 0.5 to 5 parts of antibacterial polysaccharide compound or derivative, wherein the effective concentration of the hypochlorous acid is 10 to 500ppm, and the pH of the whole solution is kept between 5.0 and 7.5, so that the wound disinfectant of the hypochlorous acid has good sterilization effect and long duration.
Preferably, the antibacterial polysaccharide compound or derivative is one or more of cellulose, starch or chitosan.
Preferably, the antibacterial polysaccharide compound or derivative is a blend of sodium acetate chitosan and cellulose, and the mass portion of the sodium acetate chitosan and the cellulose is 2.5-3.5: 1; the buffer solution also comprises 10 to 30 parts by weight of disodium hydrogen phosphate-sodium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution, and the pH value of the buffer solution is 5 to 6.5.
Preferably, the antibacterial polysaccharide compound or the derivative thereof comprises 1 to 2 parts by weight of calcium hypochlorite, and the antibacterial polysaccharide compound or the derivative thereof is chitosan; the buffer solution also comprises 10 to 30 parts by weight of disodium hydrogen phosphate-sodium dihydrogen phosphate.
Preferably, the antibacterial polysaccharide compound or the derivative thereof comprises 1 to 5 parts by weight of sodium hypochlorite, and the antibacterial polysaccharide compound or the derivative thereof is hydroxypropyl cellulose; the buffer solution also comprises 5 to 10 parts by weight of buffer solution acetic acid-sodium acetate.
Preferably, the antibacterial polysaccharide compound or the derivative is hydroxyethyl starch, and the antibacterial polysaccharide compound or the derivative is potassium hypochlorite in 1 to 2 parts by weight; the buffer solution potassium hydrogen tartrate solution also comprises 5 to 10 parts by weight of buffer solution potassium hydrogen tartrate.
Preferably, the antibacterial polysaccharide compound or the derivative thereof comprises 1 to 5 parts by weight of sodium hypochlorite, and the antibacterial polysaccharide compound or the derivative thereof is chitosan; the buffer solution also comprises 10 to 30 parts by weight of disodium hydrogen phosphate-sodium dihydrogen phosphate.
Preferably, the antibacterial polysaccharide compound or the derivative thereof comprises 1 to 2 parts by mass of calcium hypochlorite, and the antibacterial polysaccharide compound or the derivative thereof is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; the buffer solution boric acid solution also comprises 5 to 10 parts by weight of buffer solution boric acid.
Preferably, the antibacterial polysaccharide compound also comprises 1 to 2 parts by mass of barium hypochlorite, wherein the antibacterial polysaccharide compound or derivative is carboxymethyl chitosan; the buffer solution also comprises 10 to 30 parts by weight of disodium hydrogen phosphate-sodium dihydrogen phosphate.
Preferably, the polysaccharide compound or derivative added into the solution has a particle size of nanometer or micrometer.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: because the disinfectant is added with polysaccharide substances and derivatives, the substances have antibacterial effect, good biocompatibility and excellent film-forming property, when the disinfectant is used as a medical disinfectant and is sprayed on the surface of skin or a wound to form an antibacterial and bacteriostatic breathable layer on the surface of the skin or the wound, the breathable layer has obvious antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects on pathogenic microorganisms, can keep the antibacterial property for a long time and is beneficial to wound healing; in addition, the disinfectant can reduce the stimulation to the wound. The disinfectant is sprayed on the surface of an object, hypochlorous acid is firstly used for quickly sterilizing, and after the liquid volatilizes, the polysaccharide substance and the derivative antibacterial substance can form an antibacterial protective layer on the surface of the object, so that the surface of the object has continuous antibacterial or bacteriostatic ability.

example 1
A hypochlorous acid wound disinfectant containing antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives comprises 1 part hypochlorous acid with the concentration of 50ppm by mass and 3 parts sodium hypochlorite with the concentration of 10 ppm by mass, and comprises the antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives, wherein the antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives are a blend of 5 parts sodium acetate chitosan and cellulose with the nanometer particle size of 1000 mu m by mass, 5 parts sodium acetate chitosan by mass and 5 parts cellulose by mass; the buffer solution also comprises 10 parts by mass of disodium hydrogen phosphate-sodium dihydrogen phosphate with the solution concentration of 100ppm, and the pH value of the disodium hydrogen phosphate-sodium dihydrogen phosphate is 5.8; the pH value of the whole disinfectant solution is 6. The disinfectant needs to be protected from light and stored in a sealed way.
Example 2
The hypochlorous acid wound disinfectant containing antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives comprises 1 part by mass of hypochlorous acid 3 with the concentration of 30 ppm and 1 part by mass of calcium hypochlorite 7 with the concentration of 7 ppm, wherein the antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives are 5 parts by mass of chitosan with the nano-particle size of 100 nm, the antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives further comprise 10 parts by mass of buffer solution disodium hydrogen phosphate-sodium dihydrogen phosphate with the concentration of 100ppm, and the pH value of the whole disinfectant solution is 6.5. The disinfectant needs to be protected from light and stored in a sealed way.
Embodiment 3
A hypochlorous acid wound disinfectant containing antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives comprises 3 parts of hypochlorous acid with the solution concentration of 80ppm by mass and 5 parts of sodium hypochlorite with the solution concentration of 20 ppm by mass, wherein the antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives are 2 parts of hydroxypropyl cellulose with the nano-particle size of 30 nm by mass, the antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives further comprise 5 parts of buffer acetic acid-sodium acetate with the solution concentration of 80ppm by mass, and the pH value of the whole disinfectant solution is 6.5. The disinfectant needs to be protected from light and stored in a sealed way.
Example 4
A hypochlorous acid wound disinfectant containing antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives comprises 5 parts by weight of hypochlorous acid with the concentration of 30 ppm and 2 parts by weight of potassium hypochlorite with the concentration of 20 ppm, wherein the antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives are 2 parts by weight of hydroxyethyl starch with the nanometer particle size of 60 nm, 10 parts by weight of buffer solution potassium hydrogen tartrate with the concentration of 100ppm, and the pH value of the whole disinfectant solution is 6.3. The disinfectant needs to be protected from light and stored in a sealed way.
Example 5
A hypochlorous acid wound disinfectant containing antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives comprises 3 parts by weight of hypochlorous acid with the solution concentration of 100ppm and 5 parts by weight of sodium hypochlorite with the solution concentration of 10 ppm, wherein the antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives are 5 parts by weight of chitosan with the nano-particle size of 80 nm, 15 parts by weight of buffer solution disodium hydrogen phosphate-sodium dihydrogen phosphate with the solution concentration of 200ppm, and the pH value of the whole disinfectant solution is 5.2. The disinfectant needs to be protected from light and stored in a sealed way.
Example 6
The hypochlorous acid wound disinfectant containing antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives comprises 5 parts by weight of hypochlorous acid with the solution concentration of 200ppm and 2 parts by weight of calcium hypochlorite with the solution concentration of 81 ppm, wherein the antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives are 2 parts by weight of sodium carboxymethylcellulose with the nano-particle size of 300 nm, the antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives also comprise 5 parts by weight of buffer boric acid with the solution concentration of 50ppm, and the pH value of the whole disinfectant solution is 5.0. The disinfectant needs to be protected from light and stored in a sealed way.
Example 7
The wound disinfectant containing antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives comprises 2 parts by mass of hypochlorous acid with the concentration of 100ppm and 8 ppm of barium hypochlorite with the concentration of 8 ppm and 1 part by mass of barium hypochlorite with the concentration of 8 ppm, wherein the antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives are 2 parts by mass of carboxymethyl chitosan with the nano-particle size of 150 nm, the antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives further comprise 20 parts by mass of buffer solution disodium hydrogen phosphate-sodium dihydrogen phosphate with the concentration of 50ppm, and the pH value of the whole disinfectant solution is 5.6. The disinfectant needs to be protected from light and stored in a sealed way.
Example 8
The hypochlorous acid wound disinfectant containing antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives comprises 5 parts by weight of hypochlorous acid with the solution concentration of 60 ppm and 5 parts by weight of hypochlorous acid with the solution concentration of 4ppm, wherein the antibacterial polysaccharide compounds or derivatives comprise 10 parts by weight of chitosan with the micron particle size of 2 microns, 10 parts by weight of buffer solution potassium hydrogen tartrate with the solution concentration of 80ppm, and the pH value of the whole disinfectant solution is 6.5. The disinfectant needs to be protected from light and stored in a sealed way.
