Abstract
本发明涉及植物防治技术领域,公开了一种抑制苍蝇幼虫羽化的试剂。本发明所述试剂包括芭蕉种子粉末和赤霉素,余量为水。本发明选择芭蕉种子粉末和赤霉素为防治试剂的有效成分,通过对苍蝇幼虫喷洒防治,可显著降低苍蝇幼虫羽化的数量。

技术领域
本发明涉及植物防治技术领域,具体涉及一种抑制苍蝇幼虫羽化的试剂及其应用。
背景技术
苍蝇能成功地成为全球性的害虫,主要是因为它们对环境有很强的适应性,和许多昆虫一样,幼蝇能从成蝇处获得不同的食物来源。雌成蝇具有非常灵敏的感应系统,能准确找到温度和湿度合适的地点产卵,而幼虫一旦从卵中出来就能找到充足的食物。此外,苍蝇卓越的飞行能力和特有的敏捷性使它与许多昆虫相比具有明显的优势,这也是它能在全球广泛分布的原因之一。
一般来说,有水的环境,特别是污水,容易使苍蝇大量繁殖。试验证明,苍蝇表面的大量毛发,以及它的消化系统和血液系统均能携带病原体,然后通过与食物的接触传染给人类。因为病原体的传染是在苍蝇进食的过程中完成的,苍蝇只进食流体食物,它们在进食前要将食物由固体变为液体并咽到肠的前段储藏,然后送至肠的中段消化。苍蝇在进食前从嘴部的唾液腺管中分泌也大量的唾液于食物上(这些唾液腺遍布全身),在进食同时,也将前肠中储备的食物反胃吐到食物上。于是,在此过程中,位于唾液腺或前肠处的病原体被传播开来。在进食过程中,苍蝇还会迅速排泄,而从后肠出来的排泄物也会传播病原体至食物中。
因此,有效的防治苍蝇繁殖一直都是较为重要的工作。抑制苍蝇幼虫羽化,让苍蝇在幼虫阶段的时间延长能增加被其他生物捕食的几率,进而对苍蝇的生物防治具有积极意义。但是目前抑制苍蝇幼虫羽化的方法还未见报道。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种抑制苍蝇幼虫羽化的试剂,使得所述试剂具备显著的抑制苍蝇幼虫羽化的能力,能够应用于相关方面。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抑制苍蝇幼虫羽化的试剂,包括芭蕉种子粉末和赤霉素,余量为水。
针对目前缺少抑制苍蝇幼虫羽化的技术,特别是缺少植物防治技术的缺陷,本发明通过将芭蕉种子粉末和赤霉素联合使用,实现了对苍蝇幼虫羽化的抑制。
作为优选,所述芭蕉种子粉末的重量百分比浓度为0.4-5%;所述赤霉素的重量百分比浓度为0.9-1%。
与单独使用芭蕉种子粉末溶液或赤霉素溶液的处理组相比,本发明所述试剂能够极为显著的抑制苍蝇幼虫羽化数目。基于此,本发明提出了所述试剂在抑制苍蝇幼虫羽化或制备抑制苍蝇幼虫羽化的药物制剂中的应用。
同时,本发明提出了一种抑制苍蝇幼虫羽化的方法,包括:
步骤1、将本发明所述试剂加水稀释喷洒在需要防治的场所或直接喷洒到水中使用,然后间隔48小时后再次喷洒经稀释的本发明所述试剂或直接喷洒到水中使用;
步骤2、步骤1中所述试剂再次喷洒后,间隔72小时重复步骤1一次。
其中,所述试剂加水稀释为以水:试剂=100:15的体积比稀释。同样地,直接喷洒至水中时,根据水量,以上述稀释的体积比确定试剂的使用量。
由以上技术方案可知,本发明以芭蕉种子粉末和赤霉素为试剂成分,通过对需要防治苍蝇的场所进行喷洒防治,能够显著抑制苍蝇幼虫羽化的数量,效果较为显著。
具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种抑制苍蝇幼虫羽化的试剂及其应用,本领域技术人员可以借鉴本文内容,适当改进工艺参数实现。特别需要指出的是,所有类似的替换和改动对本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的,它们都被视为包括在本发明。本发明所述试剂及其应用已经通过较佳实施例进行了描述,相关人员明显能在不脱离本发明内容、精神和范围内对本文所述的试剂及其应用进行改动或适当变更与组合,来实现和应用本发明技术。
以下就本发明所提供的一种抑制苍蝇幼虫羽化的试剂做进一步说明。
实施例1:本发明所述试剂
以水为溶剂,配制终浓度为5%芭蕉种子粉末和1%赤霉素的试剂。
实施例2:本发明所述试剂
以水为溶剂,配制终浓度为5%芭蕉种子粉末和0.9%赤霉素的试剂。
实施例3:本发明所述试剂
以水为溶剂,配制终浓度为0.4%芭蕉种子粉末和1%赤霉素的试剂。
实施例4:抑制苍蝇排卵试验
1、试验分组:
试验组1:实施例1试剂;
试验组2:实施例2试剂;
试验组3:实施例3试剂;
对照组1:终浓度为5%的芭蕉种子粉末水溶液;
对照组2:终浓度为1%的赤霉素水溶液;
未处理组:水;
2、试验方法
挑选来源相同的苍蝇幼虫和污水,平均分成六份,每份20只幼虫,置于环境相同的6个通风封闭容器中,每个容器按照如下方法进行防治:
步骤1、将本发明所述试剂直接喷洒到水中使用,然后间隔48小时后再次直接喷洒试剂到水中使用;
步骤2、步骤1中所述试剂再次喷洒后,间隔72小时重复步骤1一次。
其中,依据水量,按照水:试剂=100:15的体积比确定试剂的使用量。
最后一次喷药后的第4天统计各组苍蝇幼虫羽化数目。
3、结果统计
苍蝇幼虫羽化率=处理后苍蝇羽化数量/处理前苍蝇幼虫数量(%)
结果见表1。

由表1可以明显看出,单一使用芭蕉种子粉末溶液或赤霉素溶液虽能够一定程度上抑制苍蝇羽化数量的增加,但是程度有限,苍蝇幼虫羽化率仍在70%以上,而采用本发明试剂进行防治,苍蝇幼虫羽化率下降十分明显,均下降至40%以下,大约是对照组的一半,这表现出两者的协同作用。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种抑制苍蝇幼虫羽化的试剂,其特征在于,包括芭蕉种子粉末和赤霉素,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述试剂,其特征在于,所述芭蕉种子粉末的重量百分比浓度为0.4-5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述试剂,其特征在于,所述赤霉素的重量百分比浓度为0.9-1%。
4.权利要求1-3任意一项所述试剂在抑制苍蝇幼虫羽化或制备抑制苍蝇幼虫羽化的药物制剂中的应用。
5.一种抑制苍蝇幼虫羽化的方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤1、将权利要求1-3任意一项所述试剂加水稀释喷洒在需要防治的场所或直接喷洒到水中使用,然后间隔48小时后再次喷洒经稀释的权利要求1-3任意一项所述试剂或直接喷洒到水中使用;
步骤2、步骤1中所述试剂再次喷洒后,间隔72小时重复步骤1一次。
6.根据权利要求5所述方法,其特征在于,所述试剂加水稀释为以水:试剂=100:15的体积比稀释。
