Background
After the blue algae pollution problem of lakes in China occurs, various blue algae collecting devices are generated, and the conventional primary algae water separation technologies such as screening machine filtration, inclined plane filtration, vibrating inclined screen filtration, flocculation air flotation separation and electromagnetic separation are generally adopted, so that the problems of low efficiency and high energy consumption generally exist, a single machine draws and processes algae water of dozens of cubic meters per hour, the running power is dozens of kilowatts, the blue algae disaster control requirements of large lakes such as Tai lake, nest lake and Yunnan pond can not be met, and the blue algae removal of hundreds of thousands tons per year mainly depends on manual salvage, so that the large water surface blue algae removal device similar to a 'Conbaine combine harvester' is urgently needed.
For example, the blue algae removal equipment and fish gill type filter devices involved in chinese patents CN101624824B and CN101537276B are known to have the following advantages:
(1) High efficiency. The operation width reaches 10m, the algae water is extracted and treated for 1000m < 3 >/h, and compared with the similar equipment, the single-machine operation capacity is improved by an order of magnitude;
(2) And energy is saved. The power assembly machine is 50kw, the algae water is extracted and treated for 1000m3/h, the unit energy consumption is 0.02kw/m3, and compared with the similar equipment, the unit energy consumption is reduced by one order of magnitude;
(3) Is suitable for large water surface operation. The draft is 0.8m, the operation width is 10m, the maximum operation navigational speed is 5km/h, the operation can be continuously carried out day and night after the DGPS navigation system is arranged, the daily cleaning water surface is 1km2, and the blue algae cleaning device is suitable for large-scale blue algae cleaning of large lakes and reservoirs.
However, in actual operation, it has the following drawbacks:
1. when blue algae is collected, the collecting device is positioned at the bow of the ship, so that the range of the collected water area is limited, the collecting device is easy to block, and the collecting efficiency and effect are also influenced;
2. in the process of screening out blue algae, although the angle of the screen can be adjusted according to the concentration of the collected blue algae, the blue algae is easily accumulated due to the fact that the blue algae is communicated with the small groove on the screen surface, so that the blue algae needs to be cleaned manually at regular intervals, and inconvenience is brought to actual operation.
3. The position distribution of the fish gill type filtering device is also very important, so that the fish gill type filtering device is convenient to maintain manually on one hand; on the other hand, the shift of the gravity center is prevented, which is more beneficial to the navigation of the ship.
