Abstract
The invention discloses an antibacterial laundry detergent which comprises the following components: sodium laureth sulfate, dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, sodium hydroxide, citric acid, triethanolamine, cocoyl methyl monoethanolamine, acrylate copolymer, triclocarban, p-chloro-m-xylenol, 1, 2-octanediol, dipropylene glycol, phenoxyethanol, sodium chloride, cason and water. The laundry detergent disclosed by the invention is high in sterilization rate, long-acting bacteriostatic function and high in safety.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of household daily necessities, and particularly relates to an antibacterial laundry detergent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The working principle of the laundry detergent is the same as that of the traditional washing powder and soap, and the active ingredients are all surfactants. The difference lies in that: the traditional washing powder and soap adopt anionic surfactant, which is mainly sodium alkyl sulfonate and sodium stearate, and have strong alkalinity (the pH value of the washing powder is generally more than 12), so that the washing powder has great stimulation and damage to skin when in use.
The laundry detergent mostly adopts nonionic surfactants, has neutral pH value, is mild to the skin, and is degraded faster than washing powder after being discharged into the nature, so the laundry detergent becomes a new generation detergent. The common evaluation indexes of the existing laundry detergent are the bactericidal effect and the product stability, and the comprehensive performance of the laundry detergent needs to be further improved
Disclosure of Invention
In summary, the present invention needs to provide an antibacterial laundry detergent with antibacterial effect.
Further, there is a need for a preparation method comprising the above antibacterial laundry detergent.

Preparing materials according to the weight ratio of the formula shown in the table 2, and mixing trichlorocarban, parachlorometaxylenol powder, 1,21, 2-octanediol and dipropylene glycol, heating and mixing uniformly for later use;
sequentially adding deionized water, dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid and sodium hydroxide, and uniformly stirring and dissolving; then adding sodium laureth sulfate, and stirring until the sodium laureth sulfate is completely dissolved; sequentially adding cocoyl methyl monoethanolamide, acrylate copolymer, triethanolamine, pretreated components, phenoxyethanol and essence, stirring, and adjusting pH with citric acid: 6-8, adding the kasong, adding the sodium chloride seasoning body, stirring completely and uniformly, and discharging.
Table 2 comparative example formulation table
Experimental example 1 Sterilization Effect test
The products of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were tested according to the evaluation method of antibacterial effect of QB/T2738 daily chemical products, and the results are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3 comparison of the fungicidal Effect of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4
Therefore, the sterilization effect of the embodiment is obviously better than that of the comparative example.
Experimental example 2
The products of examples 1-4 were tested for long-term bacteriostatic activity (soiled laundry was placed in a wardrobe at a humidity of 50-70% and a temperature of 25-30 ℃ and periodically sampled to test the total number of bacteria on the laundry, according to the method of "technical code for cosmetic safety"), and the results are shown in table 4.
TABLE 4 Long-term bacteriostatic test for clothes
The products of comparative examples 1-4 were subjected to a long-term bacteriostatic test for clothes (contaminated and washed clothes were placed in a wardrobe at a humidity of 50-70% and a temperature of 25-30 ℃ and periodically sampled to test the total number of bacteria on the clothes according to the method of "technical standards for cosmetic safety"), and the results are shown in table 5.
TABLE 5 Long-term bacteriostatic test for clothes
Experimental example 3
The product stability of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-4 was tested: (the products of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-4 were placed in a 45 ℃ oven, 5 ℃ refrigerator, 15-45 ℃ cycle, 15 ℃ refrigerator, room temperature comparative test, test configuration, respectively), and the results are shown in Table 6.
