本发明公开了一种环保性绿色洗涤剂的生产方法,包括以下步骤,原料配方:按质量分数称取水100份、AES0.5份、6501(烷醇酰胺)7份、十二烷基苯磺酸2份、苯甲酸钠0.1份,精盐0.4份,CMC(壳甲基纤维素)2份;将水置于非金属容器内,将十二烷基苯磺酸钠加入水中搅拌;然后加入6501继续搅拌;加入精盐搅拌均匀;加入苯甲酸钠搅拌至均匀;加入AES搅拌至溶解,再加入CMC(壳甲基纤维素)搅拌至完全溶解,再加入精盐搅拌;使用烧碱调节产品的PH。本方法生产的产品洁净温和、泡沫柔细、迅速分解油腻、快速去污、除菌,有效彻底清洁、不残留,散发淡雅果香味,洗后洁白光亮如新。主要用于洗涤各种水果、蔬菜及器具上的污垢。特点是去油腻性好、简易卫生、使用方便。

一种环保性绿色洗涤剂的生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于洗涤剂生产技术领域,尤其是涉及一种环保性绿色洗涤剂的生产方法。
背景技术
洗洁精,日常清洁用品。洁净温和、泡沫柔细、迅速分解油腻、快速去污、除菌,有效彻底清洁、不残留,散发淡雅果香味,洗后洁白光亮如新。时常使用以确保居家卫生,避免病菌传染。洗洁精主要用于洗涤餐具、茶具和厨具等,也可用于洗涤水果、蔬菜和油污重的衣物,是一种人人必需、家家必备的卫生用品。
洗洁精又称为餐具洗涤剂或水果洗涤剂,是无色或者浅黄色的透明粘稠状的液体。由溶剂、表面活性剂和助剂组成。设计配方时充分考虑表面活性剂的配伍效应,以及各种助剂的协同作用。如阴离子表面活性剂烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐与非离子表面活性剂烷基聚氧乙烯醚复配后,产品的去污力和泡沫性均好。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种产品洁净温和、泡沫柔细且去污迅速的环保性绿色洗涤剂的生产方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种环保性绿色洗涤剂的生产方法,包括以下步骤,
S1、原料配方:按质量分数称取水100份、AES(醇醚硫酸)0.5份、6501(烷醇酰胺)7份、十二烷基苯磺酸2份、苯甲酸钠0.1份,精盐0.4份,CMC(壳甲基纤维素)2份;
S2、将称取好的水置于非金属容器内,将十二烷基苯磺酸钠加入水中搅拌至充分溶解;
S3、然后加入6501(烷醇酰胺)继续搅拌;
S4、加入精盐搅拌均匀,直至产品黏稠为止;
S5、加入苯甲酸钠搅拌至均匀;
S6、加入AES(醇醚硫酸)搅拌至全部溶解,再加入CMC(壳甲基纤维素)搅拌至完全溶解,然后再加入精盐充分搅拌;
S7、使用烧碱调节产品的PH值至7~8,即得到成品洗涤剂。
作为优选,步骤S1中的非金属容器为塑料桶或搪瓷桶。
作为优选,步骤S7中的烧碱为含量0.5%烧碱。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:
本方法生产的产品洁净温和、泡沫柔细、迅速分解油腻、快速去污、除菌,有效彻底清洁、不残留,散发淡雅果香味,洗后洁白光亮如新。主要用于洗涤各种水果、蔬菜及器具上的污垢。特点是去油腻性好、简易卫生、使用方便。
本方法生产的环保性绿色洗洁精,属日用消费品,市场需求量大、应用广泛,可以清洁各类餐具、饮食器具、瓜果蔬菜、衣物,而且可以清洗各种陶瓷、玻璃、塑料、木材制品等,具有消毒灭菌的作用。该产品还具有泡沫丰富、洗涤力强的优点。
具体实施方式:
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述:
实施例一
一种环保性绿色洗涤剂的生产方法,包括以下步骤,
原料配方:按质量分数称取水100份、AES(醇醚硫酸)0.5份、6501(烷醇酰胺)7份、十二烷基苯磺酸2份、苯甲酸钠0.1份,精盐0.4份,CMC(壳甲基纤维素)2份;
十二烷基苯磺酸”,是生产洗涤产品主要原料,具有泡沫丰富,去污力强的优点;6501是一种乳化剂代号,呈弱碱性,提高产品的去污能力(也可用6502代替,化学名称:烷醇酰胺);苯甲酸钠是一种防腐剂,又名安息香酸钠;“食盐”辅助原料,最好用精盐;CMC(化学名称壳甲基纤维素)。
将称取好的100份水置于非金属容器内,将2份十二烷基苯磺酸钠加入水中搅拌至充分溶解;然后加入7份6501(烷醇酰胺)继续搅拌;加入0.2份精盐搅拌均匀,直至产品黏稠为止;加入0.1份苯甲酸钠搅拌至均匀;加入0.5份AES(醇醚硫酸)搅拌至全部溶解,再加入2份CMC(壳甲基纤维素)搅拌至完全溶解,然后再加入0.2份精盐充分搅拌;如果产品呈酸性,可用含量0.5%烧碱调节,用PH广泛试纸检验产品PH值为7~8之间即得到成品洗涤剂。

Claims (3)

1.一种环保性绿色洗涤剂的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
S1、原料配方:按质量分数称取水100份、AES(醇醚硫酸)0.5份、6501(烷醇酰胺)7份、十二烷基苯磺酸2份、苯甲酸钠0.1份,精盐0.4份,CMC(壳甲基纤维素)2份;
S2、将称取好的水置于非金属容器内,将十二烷基苯磺酸钠加入水中搅拌至充分溶解;
S3、然后加入6501(烷醇酰胺)继续搅拌;
S4、加入精盐搅拌均匀,直至产品黏稠为止;
S5、加入苯甲酸钠搅拌至均匀;
S6、加入AES(醇醚硫酸)搅拌至全部溶解,再加入CMC(壳甲基纤维素)搅拌至完全溶解,然后再加入精盐充分搅拌;
S7、使用烧碱调节产品的PH值至7~8,即得到成品洗涤剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保性绿色洗涤剂的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤S1中的非金属容器为塑料桶或搪瓷桶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保性绿色洗涤剂的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤S7中的烧碱为含量0.5%烧碱。
