Abstract
The invention relates to a composition with oral cleaning and treatment effects, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.0001-2 parts of sodium azulene sulfonate, 0.1-15 parts of scutellaria baicalensis extract and 0.1-25 parts of dandelion extract. The composition can be further made into toothpaste or mouthwash. The composition provided by the invention fully exerts the synergistic interaction effect among the components by utilizing different medicinal mechanisms of the components, so that the obtained composition can relieve gingival inflammation, accelerate the healing of oral ulcer and eliminate helicobacter pylori in oral cavity.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemical products, and particularly relates to a composition with oral cleaning and treatment effects.
Background
National epidemiological sampling surveys have shown that 70.87-92.43% of the adult population suffers from varying degrees of periodontitis. Periodontitis is a variety of diseases that occur in periodontal supporting tissues (cementum, alveolar bone, gingiva, periodontal ligament). Firstly, the gum is red and swollen, the permeability of the gum mucous membrane is enhanced, the gum mucous membrane develops into effusion, the probe is easy to bleed after being touched, if the treatment is not carried out in time, the gum atrophy, alveolar bone absorption, periodontal pocket formation, tooth looseness and displacement can occur, periodontal thickening and oral cavity peculiar smell can be caused, and finally, the tooth is dropped or pulled out. Periodontal disease is therefore the leading cause of tooth loss in adults.
The oral ulcer is the disease with the highest incidence rate in oral mucosa diseases, can be caused by accident under the conditions of common cold, dyspepsia, mental stress, depression and the like, and can be caused at any part of the mucosa, such as lips, cheeks, tongue margin and the like. The disease has the characteristics of periodicity, recurrence, self-limitation and the like.
Meanwhile, patients with gingival inflammation and oral ulcer provide places for survival of helicobacter pylori, the helicobacter pylori generally spreads in mouth, and after the helicobacter pylori is infected, the helicobacter pylori generally exists in dental plaque, oral mucosa, gum pocket and other parts, so that after the oral cavity is infected, odorous compounds can be directly generated to cause halitosis. After swallowing food or saliva into the stomach, chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer gradually develop.
Therefore, the use of ordinary oral preparations is far from sufficient, and in order to prevent gingival inflammation, oral ulcer and oral infection with helicobacter pylori, it is necessary to develop an oral product which not only cleans the oral cavity but also reduces gingival inflammation, accelerates the healing of oral ulcer, and eliminates helicobacter pylori in the oral cavity.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above background, the present invention is directed to a composition with oral cleaning and treatment effects, comprising the following components in parts by weight:
0.0001-2 parts of sodium azulene sulfonate
0.1-15 parts of scutellaria baicalensis extract
0.1-25 parts of dandelion extract;
preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.05-1 part of sodium azulene sulfonate
1.5-9 parts of scutellaria baicalensis extract
1-12 parts of dandelion extract.
The sodium azulene sulfonate is prepared by modifying the molecular structure of guaiazulene. The sodium azulene sulfonate has excellent effects of resisting inflammation, bacteria and allergy and promoting tissue regeneration, can promote healing of burn and scald wound surfaces and ulcer wound surfaces and granulation regeneration, has multiple effects of heat prevention, radiation protection, chapping prevention and the like, can be used for treating various diseases, has high safety, is widely applied to various pharmaceutical preparations, and particularly has remarkable effect on treatment and prevention of skin and oral diseases.
The scutellaria baicalensis extract comprises flavonoid compounds; wherein the total amount of baicalin, wogonoside, baicalein and wogonin in the brass compounds is not less than 85%; the Scutellariae radix extract can be used for treating damp heat, summer heat, chest distress, nausea, dampness, heat, abdominal fullness, dysentery, jaundice, cough due to lung heat, hyperpyrexia, polydipsia, blood heat, epistaxis, carbuncle, swelling, and skin sore.
The scutellaria baicalensis extract adopted by the invention is an alcohol extract or an aqueous extract of scutellaria baicalensis.
The dandelion extract comprises Taraxasterol (Taraxasterol), Choline (Choline), Inulin (Inulin), Pectin (Pectin), taraxolol (taraxolol), Stigmasterol (Stigmasterol), β -resinol (β -Amyrin), β -Sitosterol (β -Sitosterol), taraxerol (taraxolol), Taraxacin (Taraxacin), vitamin A, vitamin B and microorganism C, has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, removing swellings and dissipating binds, and inducing diuresis for treating stranguria, and has strong killing effect on staphylococcus aureus drug-resistant strains and hemolytic streptococcus.
The dandelion extract adopted by the invention is an alcohol extract or a water extract of dandelion.
The sodium azulene sulfonate, the scutellaria baicalensis extract and the dandelion extract are mutually compatible and act synergistically; on the basis, the proportion ratio is further explored, and the obtained composition effect is obviously improved.
The invention further provides that the composition also comprises one or more of honeysuckle, mint, rhubarb, areca nut, liquorice, purslane, astragalus, phellodendron, myrrh, purple daisy, sage, angelica, peony, raspberry, chastetree flower, forsythia, zedoary, cyperus rotundus, atractylodes, evodia, bitter orange, salvia and pseudo-ginseng powder.
When the composition further comprises honeysuckle; the composition further comprises 0.1-24 parts by weight of honeysuckle.
When the composition further comprises herba Menthae, radix et rhizoma Rhei, Arecae semen, and Glycyrrhrizae radix; the composition also comprises the following components in parts by weight:

a second object of the present invention is to provide a toothpaste comprising the composition of any of the above;
preferably, the toothpaste further comprises a solvent and a functional auxiliary agent, wherein the functional auxiliary agent is selected from two or more of an abrasive agent, a humectant, a foaming agent, a thickening agent, a sweetening agent, an essence, a preservative and an appearance modifier;
more preferably, the functional assistant consists of the following components:
preferably, the abrasive is selected from one or more of silicon dioxide, hydrated calcium hydrophosphate, anhydrous calcium hydrophosphate, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide and calcium pyrophosphate;
the humectant is selected from one or more of sorbitol, glycerol, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol-8 and butanediol;
the foaming agent is selected from one or more of sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, sodium cocoyl glycinate, sodium acyl glutamate and sodium cocoyl methyl taurate;
the thickening agent is selected from one or more of cellulose and derivatives thereof, guar gum, sodium alginate, xanthan gum, guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, carrageenan and locust bean;
the sweetener is selected from one or more of saccharin sodium, sucralose, xylitol, sodium cyclamate, aspartame, stevioside and mogroside;
the essence is selected from one or more of vanilla essence, spearmint, mint and wintergreen mint;
the preservative is selected from one or more of benzoic acid and salts thereof, sorbic acid and salts thereof and parabens;
the appearance modifier is one or more selected from titanium dioxide, food pigment, food color lake and tooth cleaning particle.
The invention provides a preferable scheme, and the toothpaste comprises the following components in 100 parts:
a third object of the present invention is to provide a mouthwash comprising the composition of any of the above;
preferably, the mouthwash further comprises a solvent and a functional aid, wherein the functional aid is two or more selected from a humectant, a surfactant, a thickener, ethanol, a flavoring essence and a coloring agent;
more preferably, the functional assistant consists of the following components:
the humectant is selected from one or more of sorbitol, propylene glycol, glycerol and polyethylene glycol-8;
the surfactant is selected from one or more of poloxamer 407, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and sodium cocoyl methyl taurate;
the thickening agent is selected from one or more of cellulose, carbomer and carrageenan;
the edible essence is selected from one or more of flos Caryophylli, cortex Cinnamomi, flos Osmanthi Fragrantis, oleum Menthae Dementholatum, herb Hierochloes Adoratae essence, herba Menthae Rotundifoliae, herba Menthae Haplocalycis, and herba Menthae Dementholati;
the colorant is selected from one or more of green, blue and red.
The invention provides a preferable scheme, and the mouthwash comprises the following components in 100 parts:
the composition provided by the invention fully exerts the synergistic interaction effect among the components by utilizing different medicinal mechanisms of the components, so that the obtained composition can relieve gingival inflammation, accelerate the healing of oral ulcer and eliminate helicobacter pylori in oral cavity.

Test example 1
Examples 15 to 20 were compared with comparative examples 11 to 13.
1. Human body test (for gingivitis treatment)
Volunteers with gingival swelling and bleeding symptoms are selected to participate in the human body trial test of the toothpaste, the test samples are randomly divided into 25 persons in each group, the toothpaste in the embodiment and the comparative example is used for each group, the group is used once in the morning and at night every day, and the gingivitis treatment effect is investigated after four weeks.
The criteria for therapeutic effect are as follows:

2. Human body test (curative effect on canker sore)
Selecting more than 1 year with the history of oral ulcer; recurrent attacks, at least once a month; in the attack stage, and the attack time is within 48 hours; meanwhile, patients accompanied with halitosis participate in the test of the treatment effect of the toothpaste on the oral ulcer, the treatment effect is randomly divided into groups according to the number of test samples, 25 persons are respectively used in each group, the toothpaste in the embodiment and the comparative example is respectively used in the morning and the evening of each day, and the helicobacter pylori clearance in the oral cavity, the halitosis phenomenon disappearance rate and the treatment effect of the oral ulcer are detected after 8 weeks.

The above results show that the combined use of sodium azulene sulfonate, scutellaria baicalensis extract and dandelion extract has significantly better effect than the combined use of cetylpyridinium chloride, scutellaria baicalensis extract and dandelion extract under the condition of the same amount of effective components.

Examples 21 to 23 were compared with comparative examples 14 to 16 in the same manner as in test example 1.
