Abstract
本发明公开了一种仿皮毛复合吸花人造革面料的生产方法,依次包括如下步骤:选取底布;配制聚氯乙烯浆料,将其涂覆至离型纸并干燥;配制粘接浆料,将其涂覆至聚氯乙烯浆料上;超细纤维面料通过粘接浆料与聚氯乙烯浆料相贴合;分离离型纸;仿棉绒通过热熔胶与聚氯乙烯相复合;揉纹处理;吸花处理。发明所涉及的一种仿皮毛复合吸花人造革面料生产方法,主要用于改善沙发、座椅等家私面料的环保性能,真正的实现使用无毒害的原料,并且生产工艺简单,生产成本较低,在整个仿皮毛复合吸花人造革面料的生产过程中,对环境的污染较少,生产出来的皮革粘合性好,使用周期长,具备了真皮的柔软性、饱满度及厚实感和布艺面料的透气、亲肤的舒适感。

技术领域
本发明涉及仿皮毛人造革生产技术领域,尤其是一种仿皮毛复合吸花人造革面料的生产方法。
背景技术
现有沙发用人造皮革面料以PU或PVC做面料,生产过程中使用的原料含有甲醛、DMF等有毒害溶剂及有毒害重金属,无法彻底清除,使用的时候和人体皮肤近距离接触,长时间使用会导致皮肤潮红、发痒、过敏,甚至慢性中毒,有致癌等风险存在。在外观方面虽然做到了仿真皮效果,但透气性和柔软度、触感、质感等达不到真皮的效果,更没有布艺的舒适亲肤感。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种仿皮毛复合吸花人造革面料的生产方法,能够生产一种环保、不含有毒害溶剂、重金属,具有真皮的质感和布艺的触感的沙发面料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是这样实现的:
本发明所涉及的一种仿皮毛复合吸花人造革面料的生产方法,其特征在于,依次包括如下步骤:
步骤(1)、选取超细纤维面料作为底布;
步骤(2)、配制聚氯乙烯浆料,并将聚氯乙烯浆料涂覆至离型纸表面后进行干燥;
步骤(3)、将粘接浆料涂覆至干燥后的聚氯乙烯浆料上;
步骤(4)、将超细纤维面料通过粘接浆料与聚氯乙烯浆料相贴合;
步骤(5)、将离型纸分离;
步骤(6)、将仿棉绒通过热熔胶与聚氯乙烯浆料将相复合;
步骤(7)、将步骤(6)所得到的复合面料进行揉纹处理;
步骤(8)、对步骤(7)所得到的复合面料在超细纤维面料层进行吸花处理。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,所述步骤(2)中的聚氯乙烯浆料包含下述重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯树脂100份,增塑剂80份,填充剂60份,发泡剂3份,稳定剂5份,色膏10份,并将聚氯乙烯浆料的粘度调整到1000cps-2000cps。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,所述的超细纤维面料为涤纶超细纤维针织面料一面经起毛处理所得到。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,所述的超细纤维面料的厚度为0.4mm。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,步骤(2)中所述的聚氯乙烯浆料烘干后的厚度为0.25mm。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,步骤(6)所述的仿棉绒为单面仿棉绒,克重范围为150-220g/m2。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所涉及的一种仿皮毛复合吸花人造革面料生产方法,主要用于改善沙发、座椅 等家私面料的环保性能,真正的实现使用无毒害的原料,并且生产工艺简单,生产成本较低,在整个仿皮毛复合吸花人造革面料的生产过程中,对环境的污染较少,生产出来的皮革粘合性好,使用周期长,具备了真皮的柔软性、饱满度及厚实感和布艺面料的透气、亲肤的舒适感。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
在本发明中,若非特指,所有百分比均为重量单位,所有设备和原料均可从市场购得或是本行业常用的,下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域常规方法。
实施例
本实施例所涉及的一种仿皮毛复合吸花人造革面料的生产方法,依次包括如下步骤:
步骤(1)、选取超纤维面料作为底布。所选取的超细纤维面料为涤纶超细纤维针织面料,并对该针织面料一侧进行表面起毛处理。使得超细纤维面料表面有绒感。由于超细纤维面料经针织工艺制成,针织面料与机织面料相比较更为柔软舒适、透气性好等优点。
步骤(2)、配制聚氯乙烯浆料,并将聚氯乙烯浆料涂覆至离型纸表面后进行干燥。在浆料配制室配制聚氯乙烯浆料,该聚氯乙烯浆料包括如下质量份的原料:聚氯乙烯树脂100份,增塑剂80份,填充剂60份,发泡剂3份,稳定剂5份,色膏10份。将上述原料混合搅拌均匀,并将聚氯乙烯浆料的粘度调整到1000cps-2000cps。调整至该粘度可使得将该聚氯乙烯浆料涂覆至离型纸上时更为容易。在本实施例中所涉及的增塑剂、填充剂、发泡剂、稳定剂以及色膏均可在市场上购买所得,现有的增塑剂、填充剂、发泡剂、稳定剂以及色膏均可使用。将聚氯乙烯浆料涂覆至离型纸上是采用干法涂布装置,干法涂布装置以18m/min匀速运行,将聚氯乙烯浆料涂覆至离型纸上后在180℃温度下进行烘干,干燥后聚氯乙烯浆料的厚度为0.25mm。
步骤(3)、待上一步骤所涂覆的聚氯乙烯浆料冷却至3-5℃时,将粘接浆料涂覆至干燥后的聚氯乙烯浆料上。粘接浆料为水性聚氯乙烯粘结浆料,为外购得到。
步骤(4)、将超细纤维面料通过粘接浆料与聚氯乙烯浆料相贴合。超细纤维面料通过粘接浆料与聚氯乙烯浆料进行贴合时,所采用的压力为0.5kg,并在140℃温度下进行烘干。
步骤(5)、将离型纸分离。待上述步骤(4)所得到半成品冷却至3-5℃时,将离型纸分离,并将超细纤维面料与聚氯乙烯浆料复合面料进行打卷,所分离出的离型纸也进行打卷。
步骤(6)、仿棉绒通过聚氨酯热熔胶与聚氯乙烯相复合。在此步骤中先将聚氨酯热熔胶在120℃条件下加热熔化,涂覆至聚氯乙烯浆料层的另一面上。再将仿棉绒的光面通过聚氨酯热熔胶与聚氯乙烯浆料进行贴合,贴合的速度为25m/min。在此步骤中所选择的仿棉绒为单面仿棉绒,一面经过处理具有绒感,另一面为光面未经处理。所选择的单面仿棉绒的克重为150-220g/m2,在本实施例中所优选为180g/m2。
步骤(7)、将步骤(6)所得到的复合面料进行揉纹处理。将复合后的面料在连续性揉纹机上进行揉纹处理,处理温度为90℃,揉纹处理时的风量为45%,处理速度为9m/min。在上述揉纹处理条件下可把复合后的面料揉纹处理至手感柔软。
步骤(8)、对步骤(7)所得到的复合面料在超细纤维面料层进行吸花处理。将步骤(7)所得到的复合面料经过真空吸花机进行吸花处理,该吸花处理可使得超细纤维层的表面具有设计好的花型。
经过上述步骤,可得到一种仿皮毛复合吸花人造革面料,该面料包括一层超细纤维面料、一层聚氯乙烯浆料、一层粘接浆料层、一层单面棉绒和一层聚氨酯热熔胶。

Claims (6)
1.一种仿皮毛复合吸花人造革面料的生产方法,其特征在于,依次包括如下步骤:
步骤(1)、选取超细纤维面料作为底布;
步骤(2)、配制聚氯乙烯浆料,并将聚氯乙烯浆料涂覆至离型纸表面后进行干燥;
步骤(3)、将粘接浆料涂覆至干燥后的聚氯乙烯浆料上;
步骤(4)、将超细纤维面料通过粘接浆料与聚氯乙烯浆料相贴合;
步骤(5)、将离型纸分离;
步骤(6)、将仿棉绒通过热熔胶与聚氯乙烯浆料相复合;
步骤(7)、将步骤(6)所得到的复合面料进行揉纹处理;
步骤(8)、对步骤(7)所得到的复合面料在超细纤维面料层进行吸花处理。
2.如权利要求1所述的仿皮毛复合吸花人造革面料的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的聚氯乙烯浆料包含下述重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯树脂100份,增塑剂80份,填充剂60份,发泡剂3份,稳定剂5份,色膏10份,并将聚氯乙烯浆料的粘度调整到1000cps-2000cps。
3.如权利要求1所述的仿皮毛复合吸花人造革面料的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的超细纤维面料为涤纶超细纤维针织面料一面经起毛处理所得到。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的仿皮毛复合吸花人造革面料的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的超细纤维面料的厚度为0.4mm。
5.如权利要求1所述的仿皮毛复合吸花人造革面料的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的聚氯乙烯浆料烘干后的厚度为0.25mm。
6.如权利要求1所述的仿皮毛复合吸花人造革面料的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤(6)所述的仿棉绒为单面仿棉绒,克重范围为150-220g/m2。
