本发明公开了一种超纤头层革的制作方法,包括以下步骤:将聚酯树脂、聚酰胺树脂和助剂经高温熔融后混合均匀,纺丝并制成超纤基布;将N,N‑二甲基甲酰胺、木质粉、聚氨酯树脂、乳化硅油、脂肪酸盐表面活性剂、聚山梨酯和色浆份依次加入到液体研磨机中,充分研磨后过滤得聚氨酯浆料;将超纤基布喷湿,将聚氨酯浆料均匀涂敷在超纤基布表面,然后用压延机压平,得头皮革半成品;将头皮革半成品加入到凝固液中浸泡后,经水洗、烘干即得所需的超纤头层革。本发明所得超纤头皮革真皮仿真度高,其手感舒适度和纹路细腻度与真皮相同,不仅具有良好的柔软性、透气性、吸湿性和机械性能,还具有良好的耐光性、抗菌性、阻燃性和保健性能,值得推广。

本发明涉及皮革加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种超纤头层革的制作方法。
背景技术
头层革是动物身上的皮,动物皮革带有疤痕和皮革自然的折皱,用手按下去有皱纹,穿后也是有自然的皮革皱纹,且穿后不会发生断裂。头层革由于具有优良的天然特性被人们广泛用于生产日用品和工业品,但随着世界人口的增长,人类对皮革的需求倍增,数量有限的头层革早已不能满足人们这种需求。超纤皮即超细纤维增强皮革,其具有极其优异的耐磨性能,柔韧性、透气性和耐老化性能好,柔软舒适。超纤皮是最好的再生皮,皮纹与天然皮革十分相似,手感如天然皮革般柔软。超纤皮属于合成皮革中的一种新研制开发的高档皮革,属于新型的皮料种类。因其具有耐磨、耐寒、透气、耐老化、质地柔软、环保以及外观漂亮等优点,已成为代替天然皮革的最理想选择。现有技术中,超纤头层革的制作成本较高,且由于制作工艺的局限性,所得超纤头层革真皮仿真度低,手感舒适性差,不仅如此,其柔软性、透气性和吸湿性也不如真皮头层革。基于上述陈述,本发明提出了一种超纤头层革的制作方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的超纤头层革的制作方法。
超纤头层革的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将聚酯树脂、聚酰胺树脂和助剂在高温300~330℃的温度下加热熔融,并以350~450r/min的转速高速混合均匀,纺丝并制成超纤基布;
S2、按重量份计,将N,N-二甲基甲酰胺20~30份、木质粉3~5份、聚氨酯树脂10~15份、乳化硅油5~8份、脂肪酸盐表面活性剂1~2份、聚山梨酯1~2份、色浆10~18份依次加入到液体研磨机中,充分研磨混合均匀后过475~525目过滤器过滤得聚氨酯浆料;
S3、将步骤S1中所得的超纤基布喷湿至含水率为28~45%,按1.55~2.05Kg/m2的涂覆量,将步骤S2中所得的聚氨酯浆料均匀涂敷在超纤基布表面,然后在温度为150~200℃,压力为0.5~1.2MPa的条件下,用压延机压平,得头皮革半成品;
S4、将步骤S3中所得的头皮革半成品加入到温度为18~28℃的凝固液中浸泡15~30min后,经水洗、烘干即得所需的超纤头层革。
优选的,所述步骤S1中聚酯树脂、聚酰胺树脂和助剂的质量比为1:0.2~0.3:0.03~0.08。
优选的,所述步骤S1中助剂由纳米二氧化钛15~25wt%、远红外陶瓷粉15~25wt%、纳米银离子15~25wt%和余量的聚磷酸铵混合制成。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例一
本发明提出的超纤头层革的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按质量比1:0.3:0.08,将聚酯树脂、聚酰胺树脂和助剂在高温330℃的温度下加热熔融,并以450r/min的转速高速混合均匀,纺丝并制成超纤基布,其中助剂由纳米二氧化钛25wt%、远红外陶瓷粉25wt%、纳米银离子25wt%和余量的聚磷酸铵混合制成;
S2、按重量份计,将N,N-二甲基甲酰胺30份、木质粉5份、聚氨酯树脂15份、乳化硅油8份、脂肪酸盐表面活性剂2份、聚山梨酯2份、色浆18份依次加入到液体研磨机中,充分研磨混合均匀后过525目过滤器过滤得聚氨酯浆料;
S3、将步骤S1中所得的超纤基布喷湿至含水率为45%,按2.05Kg/m2的涂覆量,将步骤S2中所得的聚氨酯浆料均匀涂敷在超纤基布表面,然后在温度为200℃,压力为1.2MPa的条件下,用压延机压平,得头皮革半成品;
S4、将步骤S3中所得的头皮革半成品加入到温度为28℃的凝固液中浸泡30min后,经78℃的水洗后,置于140℃的烘箱内烘干即得所需的超纤头层革。
实施例二
S1、按质量比1:0.2:0.03,将聚酯树脂、聚酰胺树脂和助剂在高温300℃的温度下加热熔融,并以350r/min的转速高速混合均匀,纺丝并制成超纤基布,其中助剂由纳米二氧化钛15wt%、远红外陶瓷粉15wt%、纳米银离子15wt%和余量的聚磷酸铵混合制成;
S2、按重量份计,将N,N-二甲基甲酰胺20份、木质粉3份、聚氨酯树脂10份、乳化硅油5份、脂肪酸盐表面活性剂1份、聚山梨酯1份、色浆10份依次加入到液体研磨机中,充分研磨混合均匀后过475目过滤器过滤得聚氨酯浆料;
S3、将步骤S1中所得的超纤基布喷湿至含水率为28%,按1.55Kg/m2的涂覆量,将步骤S2中所得的聚氨酯浆料均匀涂敷在超纤基布表面,然后在温度为150℃,压力为0.5MPa的条件下,用压延机压平,得头皮革半成品;
S4、将步骤S3中所得的头皮革半成品加入到温度为18℃的凝固液中浸泡15min后,经40℃的水洗后,置于100℃的烘箱内烘干即得所需的超纤头层革。
实施例三
S1、按质量比1:0.25:0.05,将聚酯树脂、聚酰胺树脂和助剂在高温315℃的温度下加热熔融,并以400r/min的转速高速混合均匀,纺丝并制成超纤基布,其中助剂由纳米二氧化钛20wt%、远红外陶瓷粉20wt%、纳米银离子20wt%和余量的聚磷酸铵混合制成;
S2、按重量份计,将N,N-二甲基甲酰胺25份、木质粉4份、聚氨酯树脂12份、乳化硅油6份、脂肪酸盐表面活性剂1.5份、聚山梨酯1.5份、色浆14份依次加入到液体研磨机中,充分研磨混合均匀后过500目过滤器过滤得聚氨酯浆料;
S3、将步骤S1中所得的超纤基布喷湿至含水率为37%,按1.8Kg/m2的涂覆量,将步骤S2中所得的聚氨酯浆料均匀涂敷在超纤基布表面,然后在温度为180℃,压力为0.8MPa的条件下,用压延机压平,得头皮革半成品;
S4、将步骤S3中所得的头皮革半成品加入到温度为24℃的凝固液中浸泡22min后,经58℃的水洗后,置于120℃的烘箱内烘干即得所需的超纤头层革。
分别测试本发明实施例一~三中制备的超纤头层革的性能,得出如下参数:

S2、按重量份计,将N,N-二甲基甲酰胺20~30份、木质粉3~5份、聚氨酯树脂10~15份、乳化硅油5~8份、脂肪酸盐表面活性剂1~2份、聚山梨酯1~2份、色浆10~18份依次加入到液体研磨机中,充分研磨混合均匀后过475~525目过滤器过滤得聚氨酯浆料;
S3、将步骤S1中所得的超纤基布喷湿至含水率为28~45%,按1.55~2.05Kg/m2的涂覆量,将步骤S2中所得的聚氨酯浆料均匀涂敷在超纤基布表面,然后在温度为150~200℃,压力为0.5~1.2MPa的条件下,用压延机压平,得头皮革半成品;
S4、将步骤S3中所得的头皮革半成品加入到温度为18~28℃的凝固液中浸泡15~30min后,经水洗、烘干即得所需的超纤头层革。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超纤头层革的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中聚酯树脂、聚酰胺树脂和助剂的质量比为1:0.2~0.3:0.03~0.08。
