本发明涉及一种小型农用泵,所述泵体(4)密封连接电机(1),所述电机(1)主轴上装有叶轮(10),泵体(4)内部设有进水腔(12)和出水腔(13),所述出水腔(13)开回流孔(14),液体由回流孔(14)回流到叶轮(10),所述泵体(4)上设有进水口(7)、出水口(5),所述进水口(7)与泵体(4)之间设置有拍门式止回阀(6),位于叶轮(10)正前方的泵体(4)上设置有耐磨板(9),所述泵体(4)下方设置有放水阀(8);本发明结构新颖、简单,设计合理,解决普通农用泵体积庞大、移动困难问题,且增加耐磨板提高强度,使小型农业用泵更加轻便,值得推广应用。

Description

一种小型农用泵
[技术领域]
本发明涉及一种水泵技术领域,具体地说是一种小型农用泵。
[背景技术]
目前,水泵在日常生活中和农业生产中被广泛使用,现有的普通农用泵普遍存在结构复杂、体积庞大、移动困难,且吸程低,泵体磨损后需要整体更换维修价格高昂,不适用于山区、大棚、小型河道取水等小型农业生产中。
[发明内容]
本发明的目的就是要解决上述的不足,而提供一种小型农用泵,通过工艺结构的改进提高泵的技术性能,其特点是水泵泵体设有进水腔和出水腔,出水腔开回流孔,液体由回流孔回流到叶轮使整个泵体体积缩小,结构紧凑;在泵体和叶轮间设置有耐磨板,使水泵泵体免受损伤,维修时只需更换耐磨板即可;在进水口设置拍门式止回阀防止泵腔水回流,减少客户在进水管路上加装止回阀的麻烦;叶轮为红冲工艺制作提高了力学性能强度,红冲后金属坯料经过加热、挤压、冷却,其金属结构发生变化,消除了原来因铸造或拉拔而造成的缺陷,同时金属内部晶粒得到了细化,增强了金属的致密度,提高了零件抗蚀能力,经久耐用,而且生产效率高、制件品质优良,适宜大批量生产。进出水口为螺纹连接口,水管连接方便。结构新颖简单。
为实现上述目的设计一种小型农用泵,包括电机1、泵体4及底座11,所述泵体4密封连接电机1,所述电机1主轴上装有叶轮10,泵体4内部设有进水腔12和出水腔13,所述出水腔13开回流孔14,液体由回流孔14回流到叶轮10,所述泵体4上设有进水口7、出水口5,所述进水口7与泵体4之间设置有拍门式止回阀6,位于叶轮10正前方的泵体4上设置有耐磨板9,所述泵体4下方设置有放水阀8,所述泵体4和电机1安装在底座11上。
所述电机1和泵体4间设有密封圈3形成密封结构,所述电机1主轴上装有机械密封2。
所述叶轮10采用红冲工艺制作而成,红冲后金属坯料经过加热、挤压、冷却工艺。
所述放水阀8为O型圈密封带双耳式结构。
本发明同现有技术相比,结构新颖、简单,设计合理,解决普通农用泵体积庞大、移动困难问题,且增加耐磨板提高强度,使小型农业用泵更加轻便,值得推广应用。

[具体实施方式]
下面结合附图对本发明作以下进一步说明:
如附图1所示,本发明包括电机1、泵体4及底座11,所述泵体4设有进水口7、出水口5,所述泵体4和进水口7之间设置有拍门式止回阀6,所述拍门式止回阀6为阻止停泵时水泵的水从进水口排出,减少客户在进水管路上加装止回阀的麻烦,所述进出水口7为螺纹连接。所述泵体4内部设有进水腔12和出水腔13,所述出水腔13开回流孔14,液体由回流孔14回流到叶轮10使整个泵体体积缩小,结构紧凑。
所述电机1和泵体4间设有密封圈3形成密封结构,所述电机1主轴上装有机械密封2、叶轮10,所述叶轮10为红冲工艺制作提高了力学性能强度,红冲后金属坯料经过加热、挤压、冷却工艺,其金属结构发生变化,消除了原来因铸造或拉拔而造成的缺陷,同时金属内部晶粒得到了细化,增强了金属的致密度,提高了零件抗蚀能力,经久耐用,而且生产效率高。所述泵体4上位于叶轮10正前方处设置有耐磨板9,使水泵泵体免受损伤,维修时只需更换耐磨板即可;所述泵体4下方设置有放水阀8,所述放水阀8设计为O型圈密封带双耳式结构,拆装时只需用手就可以松开拧紧无需借助其他工具方便操作;所述泵体4和电机1连接装配到底座11上。
本发明并不受上述实施方式的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种小型农用泵,包括电机(1)、泵体(4)及底座(11),其特征在于:所述泵体(4)密封连接电机(1),所述电机(1)主轴上装有叶轮(10),泵体(4)内部设有进水腔(12)和出水腔(13),所述出水腔(13)开回流孔(14),液体由回流孔(14)回流到叶轮(10),所述泵体(4)上设有进水口(7)、出水口(5),所述进水口(7)与泵体(4)之间设置有拍门式止回阀(6),位于叶轮(10)正前方的泵体(4)上设置有耐磨板(9),所述泵体(4)下方设置有放水阀(8),所述泵体(4)和电机(1)安装在底座(11)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的小型农用泵,其特征在于:所述电机(1)和泵体(4)间设有密封圈(3)形成密封结构,所述电机(1)主轴上装有机械密封(2)。
3.如权利要求1所述的小型农用泵,其特征在于:所述叶轮(10)采用红冲工艺制作而成,红冲后金属坯料经过加热、挤压、冷却工艺。
4.如权利要求1所述的小型农用泵,其特征在于:所述放水阀(8)为O型圈密封带双耳式结构。
