Under the conditions of high temperature, high humidity and aerobic condition, organic matters in the excrement can be degraded and converted into stable humus matters without peculiar smell under the action of the compound microbial flora, and the process is a complex process of the interaction of various factors such as organic matters, microorganisms, moisture, oxygen and the like in the excrement. In the process, the microorganisms grow and reproduce and consume oxygen by taking the excrement as nutrition, mainly generate carbon dioxide, water and humus substances with high stability, release heat simultaneously, raise the temperature in the system to 45-55 ℃, promote the metabolism of the microorganisms, kill pathogenic microorganisms, parasite eggs, grass seeds and the like in the excrement at 55-70 ℃, and provide suitable conditions for the microorganisms from the aspects of the three-stage cattle farm excrement aerobic fermentation device, so that the excrement can reach the harmless degree in the shortest time.
The product after fermentation by the device completely meets the national harmless and sanitary standard of compost, namely the number of fecal escherichia coli (per gram) is less than or equal to 100, the death rate of ascarid eggs is 100 percent, and the germination index of seeds is more than 80 percent. Can be used as bedding for cowshed, organic fertilizer, flower nutrient soil, seedbed soil, edible fungus matrix, etc.

Claims (5)
1. A three-section cattle farm manure aerobic fermentation device is characterized by comprising a moisture regulation bin (1), a medium-temperature fermentation bin (2), a high-temperature fermentation bin (3), a bacteria feeder (4), an oxygen supply machine (6) and a biological heat collector (7); the moisture adjusting bin (1), the medium-temperature fermentation bin (2) and the high-temperature fermentation bin (3) are communicated with each other, and central axes of the moisture adjusting bin, the medium-temperature fermentation bin and the high-temperature fermentation bin are positioned on the same horizontal line; a bacterium adding device (4) is arranged on a connecting section between the moisture adjusting bin (1) and the moderate temperature fermentation bin (2); the high-temperature fermentation chamber (3) is communicated with an oxygen supply machine (6); one end of the biological heat collector (7) is connected with the high-temperature fermentation bin (3), and the other end is communicated with the moisture regulation bin (1);
the bin bodies of the moisture regulation bin (1), the medium-temperature fermentation bin (2) and the high-temperature fermentation bin (3) are made of FRP composite materials;
the moisture adjusting bin (1) is a swinging moisture adjusting bin; the medium-temperature fermentation chamber (2) is subjected to drum stirring fermentation;
a swinging device (9) is arranged outside the moisture adjusting bin (1); a rotating device (10) is arranged outside the middle-temperature fermentation bin (2);
a first pipeline (32) with holes and a second pipeline (33) with holes are arranged in the high-temperature fermentation bin (3); the first pipeline (32) with holes is positioned above the inside of the high-temperature fermentation bin (3) and is connected with the biological heat collector (7) through a closed pipeline; the second pipeline (33) with holes is positioned at the bottom inside the high-temperature fermentation bin (3) and is connected with the oxygen supply machine (6) through a closed pipeline;
a liquid collecting pool (5) is arranged below the moisture adjusting bin (1) and the medium temperature fermentation bin (2); a first liquid outlet (13) and a second liquid outlet (21) are respectively arranged below the moisture adjusting bin (1) and the medium temperature fermentation bin (2); the liquid discharged from the first liquid discharge port (13) and the second liquid discharge port (21) is collected by the liquid collecting tank (5).
2. Aerobic fermentation device according to claim 1, whereby a draining net (8) is arranged inside the moisture regulation chamber (1).
3. Aerobic fermentation device according to claim 1, whereby the inner wall of the mesophilic fermentation tank (2) is provided with a leachate tank (22).
4. Aerobic fermentation device according to claim 1, wherein the moisture regulation tank (1) is provided with a feed inlet (11), a heat inlet (12) and a first drainage port (13), inside of which a draining net (8) is arranged; a second liquid outlet (21) is arranged on the medium temperature fermentation chamber (2), and a leachate tank (22) is arranged on the inner wall; a discharge hole (31) is formed in the high-temperature fermentation bin (3); the other end of the biological heat collector (7) is communicated with the moisture regulating bin (1) through a heat inlet (12).
5. A method for aerobic fermentation using the aerobic fermentation device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
step one, regulating the moisture of the material by swinging a bin body of a moisture regulation bin (1) and simultaneously utilizing biological heat to ensure that the moisture content reaches 50-60%;
secondly, transferring the materials treated by the moisture regulation bin (1) into a medium-temperature fermentation bin (2), inoculating strains through a strain feeder (4), and performing drum stirring fermentation;
and step three, transferring the material fermented in the medium-temperature fermentation chamber (2) into a high-temperature fermentation chamber (3) for static fermentation, feeding oxygen by an automatic oxygen supply machine (6) in a high-temperature fermentation stage, and collecting and transmitting the biological heat generated by the fermentation in the high-temperature fermentation chamber (3) to a moisture regulation chamber (1) by using a biological heat collector (7).
