树脂涂层虽然可以起到一定的屏蔽作用将被保护金属与环境隔离,但是树脂涂层本身存在微观或者宏观的缺陷,在环境介质作用下发生物理化学变化,导致水、溶解氧、电解离子等成分接触到金属面,从而引起界面腐蚀。为了降低界面腐蚀,常见的做法是通过在树脂体系中添加片状防锈颜料,达到良好的防锈效果,由于腐蚀和锈化过程是两个密切相关的过程,这就要求涂料要兼具良好的防锈和防腐性能。传统的水性涂料大多分为底漆和面漆两种,涂刷时要分别使用,还要考虑底漆与面漆的配套性,增加了施工繁琐度,施工成本增加。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种水性金属底面合一漆及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种水性金属底面合一漆,包括以下重量百分数的组分:
水5%-6%、硅酸镁铝0.1%-0.4%、分散剂0.5%-0.6%、润湿剂0.1%-0.2%、消泡剂0.1%-0.3%、pH值调节剂AMP-950.2%-0.5%、R-760钛白粉12%-18%、磷酸锌2%-5%、1000目硫酸钡3%-5%、1000目云母粉1%-3%、水性丙烯酸工业乳液50%-55%、成膜剂Texano1 2%-3%、防闪锈剂0.5%-1%、防腐剂0.1%-0.5%、聚氨酯增稠剂0.1%-0.5%、基材润湿剂0.1%-0.2%,加水补足余量。
所述的分散剂为两亲嵌段共聚物乳液,其中两亲嵌段共聚物的质量分数为10-20%。
所述的润湿剂为二辛基磺基琥珀酸盐、二己基磺基琥珀酸盐、二丁基磺基琥珀酸盐、烷基萘磺酸钠、蓖麻油硫酸化物、十二烷基磺酸钠、硫酸月桂脂、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚、乙二醇聚氧乙烯烷基酯、乙二醇聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚、乙炔乙二醇中的至少一种。
所述的消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂或聚醚消泡剂。
所述的防闪锈剂为碳酸铵、苯甲酸钠、亚硝酸钠、硅酸钠、磷酸钠和三乙醇胺中的一种或者多种。
所述的防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮类、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、2,2-二溴一氰基乙酰胺、亚甲基双硫氰酸酯中的任一种或者一种以上以任意比例混合而成。
所述的基材润湿剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷。
所述的两亲嵌段共聚物中的亲水嵌段为聚丙烯酸或聚甲基丙烯酸,疏水性嵌段为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚丙烯酸丁酯、聚丙烯酸六氟丁酯或聚甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯。
所述的一种水性金属底面合一漆的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)制备分散剂:
按照质量配比将计量好的两亲嵌段共聚物投入油性有机溶剂中,搅拌使其完全溶解后置于超声振动装置中,开启超声振动,缓慢加入去离子水,加入速度为0.5-1ml/s,加入完毕后继续超声分散10-15min后即得,其中去离子水与油性有机溶剂的体积比为1:1;
(2)先将水、硅酸镁铝、分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、pH值调节剂AMP-95依次加入反应釜中,搅拌分散均匀备用;
(3)将R-760钛白粉、磷酸锌、1000目硫酸钡、1000目云母粉混合研磨5-10min后投入步骤(2)配制的体系中,高速分散20-30min后打浆,然后依次加入其它剩余组分,中速搅拌50-80min,最后加入水分调节浓度,即得。
所述的步骤(1)中的油性有机溶剂为正庚烷、甲苯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯或三氯甲烷。
本发明以水性丙烯酸工业乳液作为成膜基料,然后配以硅酸镁铝、聚氨酯增稠剂等成分,将无机增稠剂与有机增稠剂结合使用,极大的提升了体系的触变性和悬浮性,有利于颜填料在体系中的均匀分散性,提高涂料整体的防锈防腐稳定性,此外,本发明使用的分散剂为两亲嵌段共聚物高分子胶束乳液,是利用溶有两亲嵌段共聚物的有机溶剂在水中自组装而成的高分子胶束悬浮液,这种高分子胶束具有三维微纳米结构,具有良好的表面活性,可有效的提升胶乳的悬浮分散性,提升了乳胶粒子结合紧密性,达到良好的底面合一效果。
具体实施方式
一种水性金属底面合一漆,包括以下重量百分数的组分:
水5%、硅酸镁铝0.1%、分散剂0.5%、十二烷基磺酸钠0.1%、有机硅消泡剂0.1%、pH值调节剂AMP-95 0.2%、R-760钛白粉12%、磷酸锌2%、1000目硫酸钡3%、1000目云母粉1%、水性丙烯酸工业乳液50%、成膜剂Texano1 2.5%、碳酸铵0.5%、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮0.1%、聚氨酯增稠剂0.1%、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷0.1%,加水补足余量。
所述的分散剂为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-聚甲基丙烯酸两亲嵌段共聚物乳液,其中两亲嵌段共聚物的质量分数为10%。
该实施例的水性金属底面合一漆的制备方法的步骤如下:
(1)制备分散剂:
按照质量配比将计量好的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-聚甲基丙烯酸两亲嵌段共聚物投入三氯甲烷中,搅拌使其完全溶解后置于超声振动装置中,开启超声振动,缓慢加入去离子水,加入速度为0.5ml/s,加入完毕后继续超声分散10min后即得,其中去离子水与三氯甲烷的体积比为1:1;
(2)先将水、硅酸镁铝、分散剂、十二烷基磺酸钠、有机硅消泡剂、pH值调节剂AMP-95依次加入反应釜中,搅拌分散均匀备用;
(3)将R-760钛白粉、磷酸锌、1000目硫酸钡、1000目云母粉混合研磨5min后投入步骤(2)配制的体系中,高速分散20min后打浆,然后依次加入其它剩余组分,中速搅拌50min,最后加入水分调节浓度,即得。
Claims (10)
1.一种水性金属底面合一漆,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分数的组分:
水5%-6%、硅酸镁铝0.1%-0.4%、分散剂0.5%-0.6%、润湿剂0.1%-0.2%、消泡剂0.1%-0.3%、pH值调节剂AMP-950.2%-0.5%、R-760钛白粉12%-18%、磷酸锌2%-5%、1000目硫酸钡3%-5%、1000目云母粉1%-3%、水性丙烯酸工业乳液50%-55%、成膜剂Texano1 2%-3%、防闪锈剂0.5%-1%、防腐剂0.1%-0.5%、聚氨酯增稠剂0.1%-0.5%、基材润湿剂0.1%-0.2%,加水补足余量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种水性金属底面合一漆,其特征在于,所述的分散剂为两亲嵌段共聚物乳液,其中两亲嵌段共聚物的质量分数为10-20%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种水性金属底面合一漆,其特征在于,所述的润湿剂为二辛基磺基琥珀酸盐、二己基磺基琥珀酸盐、二丁基磺基琥珀酸盐、烷基萘磺酸钠、蓖麻油硫酸化物、十二烷基磺酸钠、硫酸月桂脂、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚、乙二醇聚氧乙烯烷基酯、乙二醇聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚、乙炔乙二醇中的至少一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种水性金属底面合一漆,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂或聚醚消泡剂。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种水性金属底面合一漆,其特征在于,所述的防闪锈剂为碳酸铵、苯甲酸钠、亚硝酸钠、硅酸钠、磷酸钠和三乙醇胺中的一种或者多种。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种水性金属底面合一漆,其特征在于,所述的防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮类、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、2,2-二溴一氰基乙酰胺、亚甲基双硫氰酸酯中的任一种或者一种以上以任意比例混合而成。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种水性金属底面合一漆,其特征在于,所述的基材润湿剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷。
8.如权利要求2所述的一种水性金属底面合一漆,其特征在于,所述的两亲嵌段共聚物中的亲水嵌段为聚丙烯酸或聚甲基丙烯酸,疏水性嵌段为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚丙烯酸丁酯、聚丙烯酸六氟丁酯或聚甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯。
9.如权利要求1-8任一所述的一种水性金属底面合一漆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)制备分散剂:
按照质量配比将计量好的两亲嵌段共聚物投入油性有机溶剂中,搅拌使其完全溶解后置于超声振动装置中,开启超声振动,缓慢加入去离子水,加入速度为0.5-1ml/s,加入完毕后继续超声分散10-15min后即得,其中去离子水与油性有机溶剂的体积比为1:1;
(2)先将水、硅酸镁铝、分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、pH值调节剂AMP-95依次加入反应釜中,搅拌分散均匀备用;
(3)将R-760钛白粉、磷酸锌、1000目硫酸钡、1000目云母粉混合研磨5-10min后投入步骤(2)配制的体系中,高速分散20-30min后打浆,然后依次加入其它剩余组分,中速搅拌50-80min,最后加入水分调节浓度,即得。
10.如权利要求9所述的一种水性金属底面合一漆的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(1)中的油性有机溶剂为正庚烷、甲苯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯或三氯甲烷。
