Abstract
本发明公开了一种活动板房夹芯板,涉及建筑材料技术领域,该方法包括以下步骤:将发泡聚苯乙烯颗粒、份空心玻璃微珠、氢氧化铝、硅石、阻燃剂、抑烟剂混合搅拌均匀;加入把发泡剂和铝溶胶,均匀搅拌成黏稠胶状物;向黏稠胶状物加入水搅拌,得到的浆料浇注到模具中,浆料浇注速度控制在3~6ml/s,振动模具,振动频率为45~60Hz;浇注完成后,进行固化,在板材表面涂覆膨胀型防火涂;对彩钢板和芯板进行涂胶并组坯,将坯板在压力为0.85~1.2MPa的条件下,预压1~2h,再热压成型,热压压力为0.8~1.2MPa,温度为120~130℃。本发明解决了现有自重轻、强度大的活动板房夹芯板易燃,板材之间易分开的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑技术领域,尤其是一种活动板房夹芯板。
背景技术
夹芯板是一种常用的建筑板材,它是由两层成型面板和粘接在两侧面板之间的芯材组成的复合板材。而活动板房是在建工程中常见的临时搭设用于办公和住宿的临时性房屋,它是以轻钢为骨架,以夹芯板为围护材料,以标准模数系列进行空间合,构件采用螺栓连接,能快捷地进行组装和拆卸,可重复使用,移动、运输方便,被广泛用于各种工程工地的配套用房。活动板房夹芯板常采用彩钢夹芯板作为围护材料,因彩钢夹芯板的使用周期长达10~20年,保温效果好,外形美观大方。但是,彩钢夹芯板内部夹层普遍使用岩棉、聚氨脂或聚苯三种材料,岩棉的耐火性能是三种芯板中最强的,它具有超过1000℃的耐火能力,吸声效果显著,但其密度大,自重重,且强度低,在搬运和安装的过程中,稍有不慎就会产生变形,聚氨脂和聚苯乙烯芯板的自重轻、强度大、吸水率底、尺寸稳定性好等优点,聚氨脂、聚苯乙烯两种材料是易燃材料,一旦受热、遇到明火很容易燃烧并蔓延,而且在燃烧过程中会产生大量浓厚黑烟和毒气,易导致重大伤亡事故,目前,主要通过加强管理来避免火灾的发生。此外,现有夹芯板的制作方法是单独制作芯板后,再将彩钢板粘接在芯板的两面,但芯板的平面度较低,彩钢板和芯板的板层之间容易分开,造成开裂、变形,降低了夹芯板的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种活动板房夹芯板,这种夹芯板可以解决现有自重轻、强度大的活动板房夹芯板易燃,板材之间易分开的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种活动板房夹芯板的加工方法包括以下步骤:
1)将40~50份发泡聚苯乙烯颗粒、15~25份空心玻璃微珠、5~10份氢氧化铝、6~8份硅石、23~35份阻燃剂、8~12份抑烟剂混合搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为100~200r/min,时间为10~20min;
2)把2~4份发泡剂和20~30份铝溶胶加入步骤1)得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌成黏稠胶状物;
3)向黏稠胶状物加入水搅拌,水的加入量为30~35%重量的黏稠胶状物,搅拌速度为600~800 r/min,时间为15~25min;
4)将步骤3)得到的浆料浇注到模具中,浆料浇注速度控制在3~6ml/s,振动模具,振动频率为45~60Hz;
5)浇注完成后,加热至120~160℃,进行固化,固化时间为6~12h;
6)自然晾干8~10天后,在板材表面涂覆膨胀型防火涂层,常温干燥固化得到芯板;
7)对彩钢板和芯板进行涂胶并组坯,将坯板在压力为0.85~1.2MPa的条件下,预压1~2h,用热压机热压成型,热压压力为0.8~1.2MPa,温度为120~130℃。
上述活动板房夹芯板的加工方法的技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述抑烟剂为二茂铁、锡酸锌和富马酸中的一种或两种。
进一步的,步骤2)的搅拌速度为300~500 r/min,时间为20~30min。
进一步的,膨胀型防火涂层的厚度为0.2~0.4mm。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
采用发泡聚苯乙烯颗粒和惰性填料作为芯板的基材,确保夹芯板的自重轻、强度大、不易变形等优点,通过硅石对不燃物的稀释作用,氢氧化铝促进成炭,降低质量燃烧速度,有抑烟和阻燃作用,配合阻燃剂和抑烟剂的阻燃和抑烟作用,以及膨胀型涂层的延缓燃烧和抑烟的双重作用,使夹芯板的耐性达A级标准;制作芯板步骤的搅拌条件、浇注速度和振动步骤和频率的设置,使芯板的密度更均匀,获得高平面度的表面,确保后续与彩钢板的均匀压合;预压和热压的参数,使压合牢靠,避免彩钢板和芯板分开。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1
本实施例的活动板房夹芯板的加工方法包括以下步骤:
1)将40份发泡聚苯乙烯颗粒、15份空心玻璃微珠、5份氢氧化铝、6份硅石、23份阻燃剂、8份抑烟剂混合搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为100r/min,时间为20min;其中,抑烟剂为二茂铁;
2)把2份发泡剂和20份铝溶胶加入步骤1)得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌成黏稠胶状物,300 r/min,时间为30min;
3)向黏稠胶状物加入水搅拌,水的加入量为30%重量的黏稠胶状物,搅拌速度为600 r/min,时间为25min;
4)将步骤3)得到的浆料浇注到模具中,浆料浇注速度控制在3ml/s,振动模具,振动频率为60Hz;
5)浇注完成后,加热至120℃,进行固化,固化时间为12h;
6)自然晾干8天后,在板材表面涂覆膨胀型防火涂层,常温干燥固化得到芯板,膨胀型防火涂层的厚度为0.2mm;
7)对彩钢板和芯板进行涂胶并组坯,将坯板在压力为0.85MPa的条件下,预压2h,用热压机热压成型,热压压力为0.8MPa,温度为120℃。
实施例2
本实施例的活动板房夹芯板的加工方法包括以下步骤:
1)将45份发泡聚苯乙烯颗粒、22份空心玻璃微珠、8份氢氧化铝、7份硅石、28份阻燃剂、10份抑烟剂混合搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为180r/min,时间为15min;其中,抑烟剂为锡酸锌;
2)把3份发泡剂和25份铝溶胶加入步骤1)得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌成黏稠胶状物,400 r/min,时间为25min;
3)向黏稠胶状物加入水搅拌,水的加入量为32%重量的黏稠胶状物,搅拌速度为700 r/min,时间为20min;
4)将步骤3)得到的浆料浇注到模具中,浆料浇注速度控制在5ml/s,振动模具,振动频率为55Hz;
5)浇注完成后,加热至150℃,进行固化,固化时间为10h;
6)自然晾干9天后,在板材表面涂覆膨胀型防火涂层,常温干燥固化得到芯板,膨胀型防火涂层的厚度为0.3mm;
7)对彩钢板和芯板进行涂胶并组坯,将坯板在压力为1MPa的条件下,预压1.5h,用热压机热压成型,热压压力为1MPa,温度为125℃。
实施例3
本实施例的活动板房夹芯板的加工方法包括以下步骤:
1)将50份发泡聚苯乙烯颗粒、25份空心玻璃微珠、10份氢氧化铝、8份硅石、35份阻燃剂、12份抑烟剂混合搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为200r/min,时间为10min;其中,抑烟剂为二茂铁和富马酸,二茂铁和富马酸重量比为2:1;
2)把4份发泡剂和30份铝溶胶加入步骤1)得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌成黏稠胶状物,500 r/min,时间为20min;
3)向黏稠胶状物加入水搅拌,水的加入量为35%重量的黏稠胶状物,搅拌速度为800 r/min,时间为15min;
4)将步骤3)得到的浆料浇注到模具中,浆料浇注速度控制在6ml/s,振动模具,振动频率为45Hz;
5)浇注完成后,加热至160℃,进行固化,固化时间为6h;
6)自然晾干10天后,在板材表面涂覆膨胀型防火涂层,常温干燥固化得到芯板,膨胀型防火涂层的厚度为0.4mm;
7)对彩钢板和芯板进行涂胶并组坯,将坯板在压力为1.2MPa的条件下,预压1h,用热压机热压成型,热压压力为1.2MPa,温度为130℃。
按照GB8624-2006《建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级》的A级标准检测芯板防火等级,实施例1至3制得的芯板防火等级均达到A级。
Claims (4)
1.一种活动板房夹芯板的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)将40~50份发泡聚苯乙烯颗粒、15~25份空心玻璃微珠、5~10份氢氧化铝、6~8份硅石、23~35份阻燃剂、8~12份抑烟剂混合搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为100~200r/min,时间为10~20min;
2)把2~4份发泡剂和20~30份铝溶胶加入步骤1)得到的混合物中,均匀搅拌成黏稠胶状物;
3)向黏稠胶状物加入水搅拌,水的加入量为30~35%重量的黏稠胶状物,搅拌速度为600~800 r/min,时间为15~25min;
4)将步骤3)得到的浆料浇注到模具中,浆料浇注速度控制在3~6ml/s,振动模具,振动频率为45~60Hz;
5)浇注完成后,加热至120~160℃,进行固化,固化时间为6~12h;
6)自然晾干8~10天后,在板材表面涂覆膨胀型防火涂层,常温干燥固化得到芯板;
7)对彩钢板和芯板进行涂胶并组坯,将坯板在压力为0.85~1.2MPa的条件下,预压1~2h,用热压机热压成型,热压压力为0.8~1.2MPa,温度为120~130℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的活动板房夹芯板的加工方法,其特征在于:所述抑烟剂为二茂铁、锡酸锌和富马酸中的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的活动板房夹芯板的加工方法,其特征在于:步骤2)的搅拌速度为300~500 r/min,时间为20~30min。
4.根据权利要求3所述的活动板房夹芯板的加工方法,其特征在于:膨胀型防火涂层的厚度为0.2~0.4mm。
