Claims (7)
1.一种羊毛帽子专用拒水抗起球整理液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:交联淀粉3-15份、含硅丙烯酸树脂3-10份、牛奶蛋白2-10份、丝素肽1-5份、改性石墨烯10-25份、六羟甲基三聚氰胺1-5份、氨基甲酸乙酯3-10份、甘油2-10份、聚氧乙烯辛基苯基醚2-5份、大豆卵磷脂0.3-2份、纳米微晶纤维素1-3份、增强剂0.3-2份、有机酸0.3-2份、水100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述羊毛帽子专用拒水抗起球整理液,其特征在于,所述改性石墨烯按照以下工艺进行制备:将过硫酸铵和硫酸铁加入水中搅拌均匀得到溶液A;将氧化石墨烯加入水中配置成分散液,调节pH值为3-4,然后加入苄乙烯基三甲基氯化铵和2-(全氟辛基)乙基甲基丙烯酸酯,超声震荡30-50min后加入溶液A,通入保护性气体,在室温下搅拌反应30-45h,反应结束后过滤、洗涤、干燥得到所述改性石墨烯。
3.根据权利要求2所述羊毛帽子专用拒水抗起球整理液,其特征在于,氧化石墨烯、苄乙烯基三甲基氯化铵、2-(全氟辛基)乙基甲基丙烯酸酯的重量比为2-10:3-8:2-9。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述羊毛帽子专用拒水抗起球整理液,其特征在于,加入的溶液A中过硫酸铵的重量为氧化石墨烯重量的1-3%;硫酸铁的重量为氧化石墨烯重量的0.3-1.2%。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述羊毛帽子专用拒水抗起球整理液,其特征在于,所述增强剂为六羟甲基三聚氰胺、N,N,N’,N’-四甲基-1,6-己二胺、1,3,5-三氧杂环己烷中的一种或者多种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述羊毛帽子专用拒水抗起球整理液,其特征在于,所述有机酸为冰醋酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸、苹果酸中的一种或者多种的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述羊毛帽子专用拒水抗起球整理液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:交联淀粉10份、含硅丙烯酸树脂7份、牛奶蛋白5份、丝素肽3份、改性石墨烯21份、六羟甲基三聚氰胺3份、氨基甲酸乙酯7份、甘油8份、聚氧乙烯辛基苯基醚3.5份、大豆卵磷脂1.6份、纳米微晶纤维素2份、六羟甲基三聚氰胺1.6份、柠檬酸0.3份、酒石酸1份、水100份。
