Abstract
一种环保型防紫外回潮针织布的制备方法,属于针织布领域。所述制备方法包括以下步骤:取500目天然托玛琳粉末用高压气流粉碎机粉碎,溶于无水乙醇并磁力搅拌;向磁力搅拌后的混合溶液中加入羟苯基三嗪、正硅酸乙酯和叶酸,边反应边搅拌;向反应后的物料中加入3‑哌嗪丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,搅拌均匀后加热,反应完成后冷却至室温;在室温下将蛋白质水凝胶、琼脂糖、丙三醇、水和上述冷却后的混合物料搅拌均匀;将制备的针织布浸入上述搅拌均匀后的混合物中二浸二轧,取出后烘干。制备的针织布回潮速度快并且回潮率较高,大大增加了针织布料的透气性和舒适性;在保持凉感的同时还能有效防御紫外线,尤其适合作为夏季的衣物面料。

技术领域
本发明属于针织布技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型防紫外回潮针织布的制备方法。
背景技术
凡是能赋予纺织品某种实用功能的整理加工统称为功能整理。功能整理是工业发展的需要,能够使织物具有医疗、保健和抵御外侵的功能,能够使织物的穿着功能延伸。功能整理是提升纺织品服用性能、增加纺织品附加值的重要手段,主要包括防紫外、防起毛起球、防皱、抗菌、拒水、拒油、防毡缩、阻燃、柔软等。由于每种功能整理的机理各不相同,因此往往需要采用不同的整理助剂。随着消费需求的迅速发展,对纺织品功能性要求不断提高,特别对纺织品同时具有多功能性的要求逐渐增加。
凉爽舒适的面料是近一两年根据市场流行趋势,目前凉爽面料一般有两种方法,一种方法是通过采用相变材料对面料进行凉感整理,另外一种是采用具有凉感的材料如玉石纤维等等,这些都不是真正意义上的提高面料的回潮率,且对人体散发的汗液并不能吸收,凉感作用缓慢。并且夏天人们穿着比较清凉,对紫外线的防御需求也更加强烈。因此,研发一种集回潮与防紫外于一体的环保型针织布很有必要。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种环保型防紫外回潮针织布的制备方法,制备的针织布回潮率高且回潮速度快,面料接触凉感,同时还具备显著的防紫外能力。
技术方案:一种环保型防紫外回潮针织布的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一.称取2~6质量份500目天然托玛琳粉末用高压气流粉碎机粉碎到10000~12500目,溶于20~30质量份无水乙醇,磁力搅拌15~20min;
步骤二.向磁力搅拌后的混合溶液中加入2~4质量份羟苯基三嗪、0.1~0.5质量份正硅酸乙酯和1~2质量份叶酸,然后升温至65~80℃,边反应边搅拌30~60min;
步骤三.向步骤二反应后的物料中加入4~8质量份3-哌嗪丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和0.5~1.5质量份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,搅拌均匀后加热到110~125℃,反应1~2h后冷却至室温;
步骤四.在室温下将10~12质量份蛋白质水凝胶、2~4质量份琼脂糖、5~8质量份丙三醇、150~180质量份水和步骤三冷却后的混合物料搅拌均匀;
步骤五.将制备的针织布浸入步骤四搅拌均匀后的混合物中二浸二轧,取出后在90~110℃温度下烘干3~5min,然后升温至130~145℃温度下继续烘1~2min,取出后冷却至室温,最终制备所述环保型防紫外回潮针织布。
作为优选,所述步骤一中称取4质量份500目天然托玛琳粉末用高压气流粉碎机粉碎到12000目,溶于25质量份无水乙醇,磁力搅拌20min。
作为优选,所述步骤二中向磁力搅拌后的混合溶液中加入3质量份羟苯基三嗪、0.4质量份正硅酸乙酯和1.5质量份叶酸,然后升温至70℃,边反应边搅拌45min。
作为优选,所述步骤三中向步骤二反应后的物料中加入6质量份3-哌嗪丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和1质量份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,搅拌均匀后加热到115℃,反应1.5h后冷却至室温。
作为优选,所述步骤四中在室温下将11质量份蛋白质水凝胶、3质量份琼脂糖、7质量份丙三醇、160质量份水和步骤三冷却后的混合物料搅拌均匀。
作为优选,所述步骤五中取出后在100℃温度下烘干4min,然后升温至140℃温度下继续烘1min。
有益效果:本发明制备的针织布回潮速度快并且回潮率较高,大大增加了针织布料的透气性和舒适性;在保持凉感的同时还能有效防御紫外线,尤其适合作为夏季的衣物面料。本发明所述方法在于各试剂的配合作用,其用量可以在较宽的范围内进行调节,并对效果没有太大影响,从而使得生产条件简化,工艺过程不苛刻。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种环保型防紫外回潮针织布的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一.称取2质量份500目天然托玛琳粉末用高压气流粉碎机粉碎到10000目,溶于20质量份无水乙醇,磁力搅拌15min;
步骤二.向磁力搅拌后的混合溶液中加入2质量份羟苯基三嗪、0.1质量份正硅酸乙酯和1质量份叶酸,然后升温至65℃,边反应边搅拌30min;
步骤三.向步骤二反应后的物料中加入4质量份3-哌嗪丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和0.5质量份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,搅拌均匀后加热到110℃,反应1h后冷却至室温;
步骤四.在室温下将10质量份蛋白质水凝胶、2质量份琼脂糖、5质量份丙三醇、150质量份水和步骤三冷却后的混合物料搅拌均匀;
步骤五.将制备的针织布浸入步骤四搅拌均匀后的混合物中二浸二轧,取出后在90℃温度下烘干3min,然后升温至130℃温度下继续烘1min,取出后冷却至室温,最终制备所述环保型防紫外回潮针织布。
实施例2
一种环保型防紫外回潮针织布的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一.称取6质量份500目天然托玛琳粉末用高压气流粉碎机粉碎到12500目,溶于30质量份无水乙醇,磁力搅拌20min;
步骤二.向磁力搅拌后的混合溶液中加入4质量份羟苯基三嗪、0.5质量份正硅酸乙酯和2质量份叶酸,然后升温至80℃,边反应边搅拌60min;
步骤三.向步骤二反应后的物料中加入8质量份3-哌嗪丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和1.5质量份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,搅拌均匀后加热到125℃,反应2h后冷却至室温;
步骤四.在室温下将12质量份蛋白质水凝胶、4质量份琼脂糖、8质量份丙三醇、180质量份水和步骤三冷却后的混合物料搅拌均匀;
步骤五.将制备的针织布浸入步骤四搅拌均匀后的混合物中二浸二轧,取出后在110℃温度下烘干5min,然后升温至145℃温度下继续烘2min,取出后冷却至室温,最终制备所述环保型防紫外回潮针织布。
实施例3
一种环保型防紫外回潮针织布的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一.称取4质量份500目天然托玛琳粉末用高压气流粉碎机粉碎到12000目,溶于25质量份无水乙醇,磁力搅拌20min;
步骤二.向磁力搅拌后的混合溶液中加入3质量份羟苯基三嗪、0.4质量份正硅酸乙酯和1.5质量份叶酸,然后升温至70℃,边反应边搅拌45min;
步骤三.向步骤二反应后的物料中加入6质量份3-哌嗪丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和1质量份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,搅拌均匀后加热到115℃,反应1.5h后冷却至室温;
步骤四.在室温下将11质量份蛋白质水凝胶、3质量份琼脂糖、7质量份丙三醇、160质量份水和步骤三冷却后的混合物料搅拌均匀;
步骤五.将制备的针织布浸入步骤四搅拌均匀后的混合物中二浸二轧,取出后在100℃温度下烘干4min,然后升温至140℃温度下继续烘1min,取出后冷却至室温,最终制备所述环保型防紫外回潮针织布。
对比例1
同实施例3,区别在于不添加正硅酸乙酯,具体制备步骤如下:
步骤一.称取4质量份500目天然托玛琳粉末用高压气流粉碎机粉碎到12000目,溶于25质量份无水乙醇,磁力搅拌20min;
步骤二.向磁力搅拌后的混合溶液中加入3质量份羟苯基三嗪和1.5质量份叶酸,然后升温至70℃,边反应边搅拌45min;
步骤三.向步骤二反应后的物料中加入6质量份3-哌嗪丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和1质量份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,搅拌均匀后加热到115℃,反应1.5h后冷却至室温;
步骤四.在室温下将11质量份蛋白质水凝胶、3质量份琼脂糖、7质量份丙三醇、160质量份水和步骤三冷却后的混合物料搅拌均匀;
步骤五.将制备的针织布浸入步骤四搅拌均匀后的混合物中二浸二轧,取出后在100℃温度下烘干4min,然后升温至140℃温度下继续烘1min,取出后冷却至室温,最终制备所述环保型防紫外回潮针织布。
对实施例1-3和对比例1制备的针织布进行性能测试。
1.用回潮度对面料进行性能评价,测试条件:在20℃、65%RH的恒温恒湿环境中测试织物回潮率,回潮率=(织物湿重-织物干重)/织物干重×100%。
回潮率测定结果如下:
从表中可以看出实施例3的回潮率最好,对比例1的回潮率远远低于实施例3.
2.根据《GB/T 18830-2009纺织品防紫外线性能的评定》,使用Lambda 750UV/VISSpectrometer(铂金埃尔默仪器(上海)有限公司)测试纺织品防紫外线性能。
具体测试结果参见下表:

从表中可以看出本发明制备的针织布UPF值大大提升,防紫外能力得到增强。
Claims (6)
1.一种环保型防紫外回潮针织布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一.称取2~6质量份500目天然托玛琳粉末用高压气流粉碎机粉碎到10000~12500目,溶于20~30质量份无水乙醇,磁力搅拌15~20 min;
步骤二.向磁力搅拌后的混合溶液中加入2~4质量份羟苯基三嗪、0.1~0.5质量份正硅酸乙酯和1~2质量份叶酸,然后升温至65~80℃,边反应边搅拌30~60 min;
步骤三.向步骤二反应后的物料中加入4~8质量份3-哌嗪丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和0.5~1.5质量份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,搅拌均匀后加热到110~125℃,反应1~2 h后冷却至室温;
步骤四.在室温下将10~12质量份蛋白质水凝胶、2~4质量份琼脂糖、5~8质量份丙三醇、150~180质量份水和步骤三冷却后的混合物料搅拌均匀;
步骤五.将制备的针织布浸入步骤四搅拌均匀后的混合物中二浸二轧,取出后在90~110℃温度下烘干3~5min,然后升温至130~145℃温度下继续烘1~2min,取出后冷却至室温,最终制备所述环保型防紫外回潮针织布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型防紫外回潮针织布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中称取4质量份500目天然托玛琳粉末用高压气流粉碎机粉碎到12000目,溶于25质量份无水乙醇,磁力搅拌20 min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型防紫外回潮针织布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二中向磁力搅拌后的混合溶液中加入3质量份羟苯基三嗪、0.4质量份正硅酸乙酯和1.5质量份叶酸,然后升温至70℃,边反应边搅拌45 min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型防紫外回潮针织布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三中向步骤二反应后的物料中加入6质量份3-哌嗪丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和1质量份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,搅拌均匀后加热到115℃,反应1.5 h后冷却至室温。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型防紫外回潮针织布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四中在室温下将11质量份蛋白质水凝胶、3质量份琼脂糖、7质量份丙三醇、160质量份水和步骤三冷却后的混合物料搅拌均匀。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型防紫外回潮针织布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤五中取出后在100℃温度下烘干4 min,然后升温至140℃温度下继续烘1 min。
