背景技术
咽干舌燥、痰黄咳嗽或干咳无痰等不适通常是由于肺热或者阴虚所导致的一系列症状,这些咽喉不适可能直接引起刺激性咳嗽、口干懒言、咽喉炎症等,目前中国大部分人都有咽炎的经历,覆盖人群之广和危害健康的程度不容忽视。现有相关清肺润喉的药物虽然能有效治疗咽炎咳嗽等症状,但是很多人是使用抗生素类药物来治疗,其副作用、不良反应和耐药性也威胁患者的安全和健康,或者采用传统中成药来治疗,无论抗生素类或中成药这些药的药性都比较猛,“是药三分毒”,不适宜长期使用。
现在,有现有技术描述了利用茶与其它原料组合配制的保健茶饮料等产品,获得了人们广泛注意。例如中国专利(授权公告号CN 102743558B)公开了一种解烟清肺茶,其由辅料和茶叶组成,辅料为酸枣、金银花、甘草、蒲公英、山楂、决明子、虫草、山药、桑叶,结合传统茶文化与饮茶习惯,解烟清肺效果好。中国专利(授权公告号CN 102177998B)公开了一种清咽利喉保健茶,由茶叶、胖大海、甘草、玄参、麦冬、金银花、板蓝根和菊花组成,慢性咽炎患者长期服用疗效较好。尽管这些产品具有许多优点,但是,目前的现有技术仍存在两个主要缺陷,其一,茶叶与其它原料配伍不尽完善,其二,茶叶与其它原料的生理活性成分没有得到充分的发挥,因此其饮用效果不十分明显。
尽管目前关于润喉清肺的茶品种很多,但由于有前面所指出的这些缺陷,所以仍有必要研制新的饮用茶,以满足人们对保健茶的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种清肺润喉茶,以红茶为主要原料,辅以金银花、百合、蒲公英、菊花、罗汉果、薄荷、栀子和甘草,有效缓解各种咽喉不适症状。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种清肺润喉茶,其特征在于,所述清肺润喉茶包括下列重量百分比的原料:红茶45-55%、金银花8-12%、百合10-15%、蒲公英8-12%、菊花5-8%、罗汉果2-4%、薄荷1-3%、栀子2-4%、甘草3-5%。
本发明经过研究,红茶具有生津清热作用,红茶含有的多酚类、醣类、氨基酸、果胶等成分能与口涎产生化学反应,且剌激唾液分泌,导致口腔觉得滋润,并且产生清凉感。红茶还有消炎杀菌作用,红茶中的多酚类化合物具有消炎的效果,再经由实验发现,儿茶素类能与单细胞的细菌结合,使蛋白质凝固沉淀,藉此抑制和消灭病原菌。红茶中的茶多碱能吸附重金属和生物碱,并沉淀分解,这对饮水和食品受到工业污染的现代人而言红茶还可以解毒。红茶具有养胃护胃作用,普通茶叶中所含的重要物质——茶多酚具有收敛性,对胃有一定的刺激作用,在空腹的情况下刺激性更强,而红茶则不同,它是经过发酵烘制而成的,红茶不仅不会伤胃,反而能够养胃。
在传统医学“药食同源”的理论指导下,本发明是在红茶的基础上添加了药食同源的金银花、百合、蒲公英、菊花、罗汉果、薄荷、栀子、甘草为原料。各原料的协同作用,使得茶叶润喉效果显著。
金银花味甘,性寒,归肺、心、胃经,可清热解毒,疏散风热。百合味甘,性寒,归心、肺经养阴润肺,清心安神。蒲公英味苦、甘,性寒,归肝、胃经,清热解毒,消肿散结,利尿通淋,抗炎作用很明显,而且没副作用,是较天然抗炎中药。菊花味甘、苦,性微寒,归肺、肝经,散风清热,平肝明目,清热解毒,除了可以平肝明目以外,菊花有特殊清香,对于茶的整体味道比较适合。罗汉果味甘,性凉,归肺、大肠经,清热润肺,利咽开音,滑肠通便,对本茶的整体功能制作有明显的指向。薄荷味辛,性凉,归肺、肝经,疏散风热,清利头目,利咽,透疹,疏肝行气,且薄荷对咽喉有特殊的清凉感,对于茶的整体味道比较适合。栀子味苦,性寒,归心、肺、三焦经,泻火除烦,清热利湿,凉血解毒。甘草味甘,性平,归心、肺、脾、胃经,补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止,调和诸药。
将红茶、金银花、百合、蒲公英、菊花、罗汉果、薄荷、栀子、甘草配伍,共显清肺润喉作用,另外该茶在清肺润喉同时还能够清热解毒,利咽通便,还有缓解醉酒,有益身体健康。
作为优选,所述清肺润喉茶由下列重量百分比的原料组成:红茶50-55%、金银花9-10%、百合10-12%、蒲公英9-11%、菊花5-6%、罗汉果2-3%、薄荷1-2%、栀子3-4%、甘草4-5%。
作为优选,所述清肺润喉茶由下列重量百分比的原料组成:红茶50%、金银花10%、百合12%、蒲公英10%、菊花6%、罗汉果3%、薄荷2%、栀子3%、甘草4%。
此配方为本发明清肺润喉茶的最优配方,各原料以此含量进行混合得到的清肺润喉茶具有更优的缓解咽炎症状的效果。
本发明的另一个目的,采用以下技术方案:一种清肺润喉茶的制备方法,按照配比称取原料,将红茶、金银花、百合、蒲公英、菊花、罗汉果、薄荷、甘草分别在70-90℃下干燥,栀子于180-220℃下清炒,然后密封焖20-50min,处理后将各原料混合粉碎,分别过16目筛、22目筛,取筛上物分装而得。栀子在清炒后进行焖制,能有效保留住栀子中有效成分栀子苷的含量,提高栀子药效。
本发明的清肺润喉茶口感好、耐泡、风味独特,具有清肺化痰、生津润喉、利咽通便的作用,能有效缓解咽喉不适和醉酒症状,且该茶无任何毒副作用,与药物相比更易于广大群众所接受,可以作为养生茶饮或食品长期饮用,不影响消费者的正常饮食习惯。
本发明的清肺润喉茶制备工艺简单,适合生产化,成本低。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步描述说明。如果无特殊说明,本发明的实施例中所采用的原料均为本领域常用的原料,实施例中所采用的方法,均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1
本实施例中100g清肺润喉茶由下列重量百分比的原料组成:红茶45g、金银花10g、百合10g、蒲公英11g、菊花8g、罗汉果4g、薄荷3g、栀子4g、甘草5g。
按上述配比称取原料,将称量好的红茶、金银花、百合、蒲公英、菊花、罗汉果、薄荷、甘草分别在70℃下干燥,栀子于180℃下清炒,然后密封焖30min,处理后将各原料混合粉碎,分别过16目筛、22目筛,取筛上物分装而得。
实施例2
本实施例中100g清肺润喉茶由下列重量百分比的原料组成:红茶55g、金银花8g、百合15g、蒲公英8g、菊花5g、罗汉果2g、薄荷2g、栀子2g、甘草3g。
按上述配比称取原料,将称量好的红茶、金银花、百合、蒲公英、菊花、罗汉果、薄荷、甘草分别在70℃下干燥,栀子于180℃下清炒,然后密封焖30min,处理后将各原料混合粉碎,分别过16目筛、22目筛,取筛上物分装而得。
实施例3

按上述配比称取原料,将称量好的红茶、金银花、百合、蒲公英、菊花、罗汉果、薄荷、甘草分别在78℃下干燥,栀子于200℃下清炒,然后密封焖30min,处理后将各原料混合粉碎,分别过16目筛、22目筛,取筛上物分装而得。
对比例1
对比例1与实施例4的区别在于,对比例1中100g清肺润喉茶由下列重量百分比的原料组成:红茶40g、金银花20g、百合12g、蒲公英10g、菊花6g、罗汉果3g、薄荷2g、栀子3g、甘草4g。其它与实施例4相同。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例4的区别在于,对比例2中100g清肺润喉茶由下列重量百分比的原料组成:红茶30g、金银花10g、百合12g、蒲公英10g、菊花6g、罗汉果13g、薄荷2g、栀子3g、甘草14g。其它与实施例4相同。
对比例3
对比例3与实施例4的区别在于,对比例3中100g清肺润喉茶由下列重量百分比的原料组成:红茶30g、金银花10%、百合12%、蒲公英10%、菊花6%、罗汉果23%、薄荷2%、栀子3%、甘草4%。其它与实施例4相同。
对比例4
对比例4与实施例4的区别在于,对比例3中清肺润喉茶由下列重量百分比的原料组成:红茶50g、金银花5g、百合12g、蒲公英10g、菊花6g、罗汉果3g、薄荷2g、栀子3g、甘草9g。其它与实施例4相同。
对比例5
对比例5与实施例4的区别在于,对比例5中清肺润喉茶不包含金银花和薄荷。其它与实施例4相同。
对比例6
对比例6与实施例4的区别在于,对比例6中清肺润喉茶不包含栀子。其它与实施例4相同。
对实施例1-4和对比例1-6的清肺润喉茶进行口感评估,口感评估主要以酸甜度、有无苦涩感作为评估标准,总分100分,酸甜可口无苦涩味(90-100分)、口感较好无苦涩味(80-89分)、口感一般无苦涩味(70-79分)、口感一般带有苦涩味(60-69分)、口感差苦涩味重(<60分)。评估小组由10人组成,评分取平均值,评分结果如表1所示。

实施例1-4的口感良好无涩味,更容易被消费者接受。而对比例1-6因各组分含量不协调,表现出差于实施例的口感。
对实施例1-4和对比例1-6的清肺润喉茶进行清肺润喉效果的评估,选取具有咽干舌燥、痰黄咳嗽等症状的年龄体质相仿的患者作为实验对象,每组评估人数为50人,分别治疗1周、2周后以咽喉舒服感和呼吸顺畅感作为主要评估标准。试验结果如表2所示。

表2的治疗结果显示,实施例3-4具有最优的治疗效果,有效率分别为94%和96%,比市场上慢严舒柠咽炎片治疗效果更优异,且其治疗效果快,在饮用一周后可达优异效果,可见本发明清肺润喉茶具有清肺化痰、润喉生津的功效,实施例1-2也具有显著的治疗效果,但因其原料含量不在最优配比内,呈现的治疗效果不如实施例3-4。对比例1-4的原料配比不协调,对比例5-6缺乏必要成分,因此对比例1-6治疗效果差,有效率大幅度下降。
另外,本发明要求保护的技术范围中点值未穷尽之处以及在实施例技术方案中对单个或者多个技术特征的同等替换所形成的新的技术方案,同样都在本发明要求保护的范围内;同时本发明方案所有列举或者未列举的实施例中,在同一实施例中的各个参数仅仅表示其技术方案的一个实例(即一种可行性方案)。
本文中所描述的具体实施例仅仅是对本发明精神作举例说明。本发明所属技术领域的技术人员可以对所描述的具体实施例做各种修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代,但并不会偏离本发明的精神或者超越所附权利要求书所定义的范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种清肺润喉茶,其特征在于,所述清肺润喉茶包括下列重量百分比的原料:红茶45-55%、金银花8-12%、百合10-15%、蒲公英8-12%、菊花5-8%、罗汉果2-4%、薄荷1-3%、栀子2-4%、甘草3-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清肺润喉茶,其特征在于,所述清肺润喉茶由下列重量百分比的原料组成:红茶50-55%、金银花9-10%、百合10-12%、蒲公英9-11%、菊花5-6%、罗汉果2-3%、薄荷1-2%、栀子3-4%、甘草4-5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种清肺润喉茶,其特征在于,所述清肺润喉茶由下列重量百分比的原料组成:红茶50%、金银花10%、百合12%、蒲公英10%、菊花6%、罗汉果3%、薄荷2%、栀子3%、甘草4%。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的清肺润喉茶的制备方法,其特征在于,按照配比称取原料,将红茶、金银花、百合、蒲公英、菊花、罗汉果、薄荷、甘草分别在70-90℃下干燥,栀子于180-220℃下清炒、密封焖20-50min,处理后将各原料混合粉碎,分别过16目筛、22目筛,取筛上物分装而得。
