Abstract
本发明涉及一种观赏石底座及其制作方法,具有安全、环保、便捷和经济的特点。这种制作方法观赏石底座与观赏石底部吻合度高,工艺流程更短,不用将观赏石自身运来运去,比较安全便捷。观赏石与底座之间活动连接,想拿起来把玩时也方便。

技术领域
本发明属于观赏石配底座技术领域,具体涉及一种观赏石底座及其制作方法。背景技术
观赏石的底部凸凹不平,形状各异,自身无法保持以某种特定的观赏角度平稳放置,因此需要底座。现有高端观赏石的底座大多是木头定制的,如红木、紫檀木等。木制底座不环保,不耐用,工序复杂,成本高,长期摆放在室内油漆或粘结剂中甲醛等小分子会挥发出来,对健康不利。现有底座也有塑料的,包括不透明的树脂基复合材料的和高透明度的亚克力的。与木制底座相比,塑料底座,尤其是可循环使用的亚克力材质的底座,更加安全,环保。但是塑料底座的微观变形能力没有木制底座好,观赏石摆放在上面没有木制底座那种嵌入的效果,容易打滑,这对于某些易碎的观赏石是非常危险的。所以,目前的解决方法是用各种胶把观赏石和底座粘结。这种粘结方式既不美观也不便于再将观赏石与底座分开,所以不方便把玩和运输。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供另一种观赏石底座的制作方法,无需采用昂贵的工业扫描仪及专业的建模技术,也无需仿型铣床等专用设备,具有安全、环保、便捷和经济的特点。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:
一种观赏石底座,与观赏石接触的一面是凹凸不平的,与观赏石底部相吻合。在观赏石和底座之间设有防滑层。防滑层的厚度不超过1mm,材质选自水,透明胶,油泥,橡皮泥,橡胶中的一种或几种。这样的底座,观赏石可以安稳地保持某种特定观赏角度展示。
观赏石底座与观赏石底部相吻合的凹凸不平的面制造方法,包括以下四个步骤:
第一步 制作模具:用木板,纸板或橡胶板围成所需尺寸的模具;
第二步 准备观赏石:在观赏石底部涂抹一层薄薄的脱模剂,晾干;
第三步 将液态塑料与引发剂按比例调配均匀,半固态的时候注入模具,抹平,固化;
第四步 将观赏石底部压放或悬挂在半固态的混合物上,留下清晰凹坑,80%以上固化后再抬起;
可选的辅助处理步骤,包括裁切,倒角,抛光,标识等,最终制成一件合格的观赏石底座。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:观赏石底座与观赏石底部吻合度高,工艺流程更短,不用将观赏石自身运来运去,比较安全便捷。观赏石与底座之间活动连接,想拿起来把玩时也方便。不需要专业的三维扫描设备和建模知识,也不需要第三方提供仿形铣床,只需购买相关材料自己就可以动手操作。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
具体实施例1:
第一步 制作模具:用木板围成所需尺寸的模具;
第二步 准备观赏石:在观赏石底部涂抹一层薄薄的脱模剂,晾干,固化;
第三步 将液态塑料与引发剂按比例调配均匀,半固态的时候注入模具,抹平,固化;
第四步 将观赏石底部压放或悬挂在半固态的混合物上,留下清晰凹坑,80%以上固化后再抬起;
可选的辅助处理步骤,包括裁切,倒角,抛光,标识等,最终制成一件合格的观赏石底座。
其中,第一步所述的木板还可以替换为纸板,橡胶板等作为模具材料。
其中,第三步液态塑料为甲基丙烯酸甲酯。其调配和/或凝固过程在抽气室当中进行,以便排出液体塑料中的气体和空气中异味。

Claims (7)
1.一种观赏石底座,其特征在于:与观赏石接触的一面是凹凸不平的,与观赏石底部相吻合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种观赏石底座,其特征在于:在观赏石和底座之间设有防滑层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种观赏石底座,其特征在于:所述防滑层的厚度不超过1mm。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种观赏石底座,其特征在于:所述防滑层的材质选自水,透明胶,油泥,橡皮泥,橡胶中的一种或几种。
5.一种制造如权利要求1所述的观赏石底座凹凸不平面的方法,其特征在于,
制作模具:用木板,纸板或橡胶板围成所需尺寸的模具,
准备观赏石:在观赏石底部涂抹一层薄薄的脱模剂,晾干,
将液态塑料与引发剂按比例调配均匀,半固态的时候注入模具,抹平,固化,
将观赏石底部压放或悬挂在半固态的混合物上,留下清晰凹坑,80%以上固化后再抬起。
6.根据权利要求5所述的观赏石底座凹凸不平面的方法,其特征在于:液态塑料与引发剂的调配和/或固化过程在抽气室中进行。
7.根据权利要求5所述的观赏石底座凹凸不平面的方法,其特征在于:所述液态塑料为甲基丙烯酸酯。
