本发明涉及一种鲜花保鲜剂,鲜花保鲜剂包含葡萄糖、杀菌抑菌剂、柠檬酸、氯化钠和1‑甲基环丙烯,其中以每1g鲜花保鲜剂兑水100mL配制鲜花保鲜液。葡萄糖86‑88%,杀菌抑菌剂7‑8%,柠檬酸3.5‑5%,氯化钠0.5‑0.8%,1‑甲基环丙烯0.2‑0.3%。本发明的鲜花保鲜剂能够延缓开花速度,延长花期100%,增大花朵开放程度,同时对环境友好,不会造成污染,制备方法简单,方便易得,生产成本低廉,易于推广使用,而且使用过程不需剪根换水,能够有效保持水体质量,促进水体吸收。

本发明涉及花卉保鲜领域,特别是一种适合切花的鲜花保鲜剂。
背景技术
如今鲜切插花的消费越来越多,但是插花花期过短,花苞开放不完全、水质易恶化等问题急需解决。
鲜花的衰老机理是:(1)微生物污染导致水分失去平衡。鲜花是植株很娇弱的部分,如果得不到充分的水分就会萎蔫。只有当其细胞保持一定的膨压,使其保持一定的紧张度,才能维持正常的代谢活动,并保持鲜花的固有形态,只有在吸水速度大于蒸腾速度时才能获得。如果木质部的导管部分被堵塞,使吸水减少,造成鲜花衰老凋萎。失水的主要原因有:(a)微生物的繁殖封闭了导管,从而造成导管堵塞,影响花吸收水分,并产生乙烯和其他有毒物质而加速花衰老。(b)微生物代谢产物被花枝吸收而封闭了木质部导管,干扰对水的吸收,导致鲜切花失水调萎;
(2)缺乏能源物质。鲜花衰老的另一主要原因是鲜花缺乏生命活动必须的能量-糖,以致影响正常代谢而使鲜花凋萎;
(3)乙烯促进鲜花衰老,乙烯是植物自身产生的一种内源激素,也可由衰老和受伤的植物组织产生,是鲜花衰老的重要的内部原因。
申请号85106211公开了一种切花保鲜剂,由8-羟基喹啉、柠檬酸、蔗糖、硝酸银、硫酸铝、磷酸二氢钾等组成。申请号201110082069.X的发明专利公开了一种鲜花保鲜剂,由蔗糖,8-羟基喹啉硫酸盐,1-甲基环丙烯、赤霉素、硝酸钙、大蒜提取物、橄榄叶提取物、柠檬酸、6-苄氨基嘌呤和水组成。申请号03133519.5公开了一种切花保鲜剂,主要成分为蔗糖、8-羟基喹啉硫酸盐、硫代硫酸银、细胞分裂素、柠檬酸。申请号为201010595424.9的专利公开了一种鲜花保鲜剂,主成分为水杨酸,山梨酸、乙醇、甲醛、及甲壳素、葡萄糖、硅藻土等。虽然上述保鲜剂均有不同程度的保鲜效果,但组成成分复杂,杀菌剂多为8-羟基喹啉或其盐、乙烯抑制剂为硝酸银、硫代硫酸盐等,其杀菌剂和乙烯抑制剂均具备一定的毒性,不够安全环保。
现有技术中保鲜剂组成成分复杂,采用的杀菌剂或乙烯抑制剂有一定毒性,不环保或者保鲜组分中缺乏有效的抑菌成分,未有效避免微生物繁殖对鲜花导管的封闭,从而导致鲜花不能完全开放、鲜花容易凋谢、水质易恶化等问题。
发明内容
本发明是针对上述现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种鲜花保鲜剂,本发明的保鲜剂配方简单,具有显著的延长花期、灭菌杀藻、增强养分吸收、促进吸水、防止导管堵塞,抑制花朵弯头的功效,而且无需多次剪根换水,可有效抑制水质恶化。
为实现本发明目的,在一个技术方案中,一种鲜花保鲜剂,其特征在于:鲜花保鲜剂组成为:A、葡萄糖;B杀菌抑菌剂;C柠檬酸;D氯化钠;E1-甲基环丙烯。
其中,所述杀菌抑菌剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵或十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵;本鲜花保鲜剂,以质量分数计,C组分的用量不超过5%。
其中,鲜花保鲜剂使用时,以1g鲜花保鲜剂兑水100mL配制。
其中,以鲜花保鲜剂的重量计,杀菌抑菌剂的质量分数为7-8%。
其中,鲜花保鲜剂的各组成的重量百分数为:葡萄糖86-88%,杀菌抑菌剂7-8%,柠檬酸3.5-5%,氯化钠0.5-0.8%,1-甲基环丙烯0.2-0.3%。
本发明制备的保鲜剂具有如下优点:
1、通过选用十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵或十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵为杀菌抑菌剂,与1-甲基环丙烯配伍,能够进一步延缓开花速度,增大花朵的花序直径,可延长花期100%,减缓鲜花的萎蔫。
2、本发明保鲜剂对环境友好,不会造成污染,制备方法简单,方便易得,生产成本低廉,易于推广使用,而且使用过程不需剪根换水,能够有效保持水体质量,促进水体吸收。
具体实施方式

为插花提供养分,改善营养状况,促使芽体进一步发育,促进生命活动,保护细胞中线粒体结构和功能,并且可以在一定程度上起到推迟花苞开放、并且使花苞开放更充分,花叶不易枯萎和凋零。
基于鲜花保鲜剂的总重量,葡萄糖的质量分数为86-88%;此范围内的用量,制备的鲜花保鲜剂对于促进花苞充分开放、延缓鲜花枯萎是有利的。
[杀菌抑菌剂]
作为上述的杀菌抑菌剂,杀菌抑菌剂选自十二烷基甲基苄基溴化铵或十二烷基苄基氯化铵,加入杀菌抑菌剂能够有效控制微生物生长繁衍,降低微生物对切花的危害作用,防止花茎堵塞,保证养分供给,能够明显提高花朵开放程度,延缓鲜花枯萎是有利的;
基于鲜花保鲜剂的总重量,杀菌抑菌剂质量分数为7-8%;此用量范围内,制备的鲜花保鲜剂对于延缓开花速度,提高花朵开放程度,延缓鲜花枯萎是有利的。
[柠檬酸]
加入适量的柠檬酸可以调节培养液的pH值,抑制微生物滋生,阻止花茎维管束的堵塞,促进花枝吸水;还可作为抗氧剂适当改善水质,在温度较高的情况下使花茎浸泡在培养液中不易腐烂,还可防止长时间培养水质腐败而散发恶臭味;
基于鲜花保鲜剂的总重量,柠檬酸的质量分数为3.5-5%;此范围内的用量,制备的鲜花保鲜剂对于防止培养液出现异味,延缓开花速度,提高花朵开放程度,延缓鲜花枯萎是有利的。
[氯化钠]
加入氯化钠能有效地维持渗透压,可增加溶液的渗透压,促进养分从培养液中向花朵中正向输入,还可增加切花花瓣的膨压,保持切花的水分平衡,防止花茎变软及“弯茎”现象发生。
基于鲜花保鲜剂的总重量,氯化钠的质量分数为0.5-0.8%;此用量范围内,制备的鲜花保鲜剂对于防止花茎变软,延缓鲜花枯萎是有利的。
[1-甲基环丙烯]
加入1-甲基环丙烯作为植物生长调节剂延缓花朵绽放速率,延长花期,抑制乙烯促使鲜花过早绽放和缩短花期的作用。
基于鲜花保鲜剂的总重量,1-甲基环丙烯的质量分数为0.2-0.3%;此用量范围内,制备的鲜花保鲜剂延缓开花速度,提高花朵开放程度,延缓鲜花枯萎是有利的。
采用含1-甲基环丙烯的包结物干粉,气体包结质量分数为3.3%。使用时,核算空气中1-甲基环丙烯气体浓度为1-3ppm。
以下,通过实施例对本发明进行更详细的说明,但本发明不因这些实施例而受到任何的限定。应予说明,以下的实施例和对比例中采用的评价方法如下所示。
本发明中采用大红香石竹进行试验,随机选择粗度相近,无病虫害及机械损伤的大红香石竹进行试验。
实施例1:
1、配制鲜花保鲜剂5g,其中葡萄糖4.3g,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.4g,柠檬酸0.25g,氯化钠0.04g,1-甲基环丙烯0.01g。
2、配制鲜花保鲜液,将配制好的鲜花保鲜剂加入干净的花瓶中,以1g鲜花保鲜剂兑水100mL的量加入相应量的清水,搅拌均匀;
3、保鲜浸泡处理,将8枝香石竹试验的花枝基部茎端5cm以30°倾斜角剪切,将鲜切香石竹插入步骤2中配置好的鲜花保鲜液中,花茎进入培养液深度为12-14cm;保鲜处理温度为24-29°,相对湿度为40-60%。
实施例2:
1、配制鲜花保鲜剂5g,其中葡萄糖4.35g,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.375g,柠檬酸0.225g,氯化钠0.04g,1-甲基环丙烯0.01g。
2、配制鲜花保鲜液,将配制好的鲜花保鲜剂加入干净的花瓶中,以1g鲜花保鲜剂兑水100mL的量加入相应量的清水,搅拌均匀;
3、保鲜浸泡处理,将8枝香石竹试验的花枝基部茎端5cm以30°倾斜角剪切,将鲜切香石竹插入步骤2中配置好的鲜花保鲜液中,花茎进入培养液深度为12-14cm;保鲜处理温度为24-29℃,相对湿度为40-60%。
实施例3:
1、配制鲜花保鲜剂5g,其中葡萄糖4.4g,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.375g,柠檬酸0.18g,氯化钠0.03g,1-甲基环丙烯0.015g。
2、配制鲜花保鲜液,将配制好的鲜花保鲜剂加入干净的花瓶中,以1g鲜花保鲜剂兑水100mL的量加入相应量的清水,搅拌均匀;
3、保鲜浸泡处理,将8枝香石竹试验的花枝基部茎端5cm以30°倾斜角剪切,将鲜切香石竹插入步骤2中配置好的鲜花保鲜液中,花茎进入培养液深度为12-14cm;保鲜处理温度为24-29℃,相对湿度为40-60%。
对比例1:与实施例3相比,不加入1-甲基环丙烯,配制鲜花保鲜剂5g,其中葡萄糖4.4g,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.39g,柠檬酸0.18g,氯化钠0.03g;其余步骤相同。
对比例2:与实施例3相比,各组分用量不变,采用十二烷基三甲基氯化铵代替十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵。
对比例3:与实施例1相比,柠檬酸用量为5.5%,配制鲜花保鲜剂5g,其中葡萄糖4.3g,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.4g,柠檬酸0.275g,氯化钠0.015g,1-甲基环丙烯0.01g。
实施例和对比例中花序直径的测量:对实施例1-3以及对比例1-3每隔4天测量一次花序直径,每实施例以8朵花直径平均值记录,测量方法为用游标卡尺测量垂直于花朵纵轴两个方向(除最外层花瓣)的最大距离,取平均值。

试验结果表明,实施例3与对比例1比较可知,1-甲基环丙稀的加入,大大延缓开花速度,增大花序直径,延长花期8-12天;实施例3、对比例1与对比例2的比较可知,杀菌抑菌剂十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵与1-甲基环丙烯具备协同作用,对于进一步延缓开花速度,增大花序直径,延长花期均是有利的;实施例1与对比例3的比较可知,柠檬酸用量超过5%,对于延缓开花速度和延长花期是不利的。

试验结果表明,实施例3与对比例1、对比例2比较可知,明显延缓开花速度,延长花期8-12天,增加鲜花观赏价值,说明本发明中杀菌抑菌剂十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵与1-甲基环丙烯具备协同作用。同时,实施例1与对比例3的比较可知,柠檬酸含量高于5%会对香石竹瓶插寿命造成影响。
水质与培养液余量检测:
在试验过程中,对每个实施例和对比例中培养液的水质进行观察,发现对比例1-3在第12天水开始变浑浊,第16天少量絮状物出现,第24天培养液散发出异味,对比例中吸水均在130mL-135mL之间。本发明中的实施例1-3中,第16天水体依然澄清,第20天略显浑浊,之后没有观察到进一步混浊,实施例1-3中吸水均在170-180mL之间。
通过以上观察可得出结论,本鲜花保鲜剂能够明显延缓香石竹花苞开放,促进花苞开放,增大开放程度,延长插花寿命,保持水体质量,促进水体吸收等功效。
Claims (5)
1.一种鲜花保鲜剂,其特征在于:主要组成为:
A、葡萄糖;B杀菌抑菌剂;C柠檬酸;D氯化钠;E 1-甲基环丙烯;
其中,所述杀菌抑菌剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵或十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,以质量分数剂,组分C的用量不超过5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鲜花保鲜剂,其特征在于:以质量分数计,主要组成为:
葡萄糖86-88%,杀菌抑菌剂7-8%,柠檬酸3.5-5%,氯化钠0.5-0.8%,1-甲基环丙烯0.2-0.3%。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的鲜花保鲜剂,其特征在于:鲜花保鲜剂使用时,以1g鲜花保鲜剂兑水100mL配制。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的鲜花保鲜剂的使用方法,其特征在于,制备步骤为:
(1)按照配比配置鲜花保鲜剂;
(2)配制鲜花保鲜液,将配制好的鲜花保鲜剂加入干净的花瓶中,以1g鲜花保鲜剂兑水100mL的量加入相应量的清水,搅拌均匀;
(3)保鲜浸泡处理,将鲜花的花枝基部茎端5cm处以30°倾斜角剪切,将鲜花插入步骤2中配置好的鲜花保鲜液中,花茎进入培养液深度为12-14cm。
5.根据权利要求3所述的使用方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中的保鲜处理温度为24-29°,相对湿度为40-60%。
