Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于门驱动机构的导向滑块。
已公知在门驱动机构中,导向滑块容纳在C形结构中滑行。导向滑块在长度方向延伸有两个侧向开口,以容纳驱动绳索,该绳索例如为驱动链或驱动带。借助于可插入的锁定元件,导向滑块可与驱动链或驱动带联接,当需要时,借助于手柄,导向滑块可与驱动链或驱动带分开。在安装时,紧固突耳从导向滑块的下侧伸出,向下越过C形结构的界面。用于门的驱动棒固定到该紧固突耳上。导向滑块的这种不对称结构具有几个缺点。于是,由于具有不对称结构,导向滑块在存储和运输过程中的装卸就很不方便。从上面可以看出,伸出的紧固突耳还作为关键元件。
专利文献DE—U8710940公开了一种与本发明同一类型的导向滑块。
本发明的目的是改进上述导向滑块,使其具有紧密结构,同时由相对较少部件制成,可靠地履行各种功能。
上述目的的技术解决方案在于,这种用于门驱动机构的导向滑块可容纳地滑行在C形结构中,该导向滑块在其长度方向上延伸有两个侧向开口,以容纳驱动绳索;并带有锁定元件,用于和驱动绳索联接及分开,还带有用于使门移动的联接元件,其中导向滑块具有对称的外形,同时在安装时没有部件越过C形结构而伸出,以及导向滑块在其一个表面上设有连续的槽口,该槽口通过作为连接元件的锁栓来桥接,其中:锁栓可从外面放入到U形结构中,并可在末端通过紧固螺钉定位。
本发明的导向滑块的优点在于,结构紧凑,只具有较少的部件,而且能可靠地履行各种功能。
根据本发明,导向滑块具有对称外形,同时当安装时,没有部件越过C形结构而伸出。另外,导向滑块在一个表面上设有连续的槽口,该槽口与侧壁平行延伸。槽口通过作为联接元件的锁栓而桥接。于是,锁栓可牢固地锚定在导向滑块的壳体上,这样增加了由锁栓形成的紧固点的稳定性。
根据最佳实施例,锁栓可从外面推到U形结构的槽口中,并可在末端通过紧固螺钉固定到位。结果,当导向滑块已经安装到C形结构中时,很容易把锁栓放入。
导向滑块最好主要由两个模制塑料部分组成,这两个部分可彼此插入,并以可拆卸方式结合在一起。
插在导向滑块内部的锁定元件由可移动锁杆组成,该锁杆设计成可沿与导向滑块移动方向垂直的方向移动。最好,例如可设有模制到锁杆中的引导突耳,该引导突耳与设在弹簧加载移动件上的滑动引导件配合,弹簧加载的移动件可移动地安装在导向滑块中。移动元件的滑动引导件可借助于手柄抵抗弹簧力而被驱动,以使其和锁杆联接及分开。手柄可在导向滑块的中间槽中引导移出。于是该手柄可在导向滑块的任何安装位置从槽口向下移出。
为了确保和各种C形结构的高度适配,导向滑块的表面的至少一部分可由适配器来覆盖,该适配器以可拆卸方式固定到导向滑块上。对这个问题的解决要求单独的保护。
下面参照附图中示出的示意性的实施例,更详细地解释本发明的进一步细节、特征和优点,其中:

图1和图2示出了本发明的导向滑块10,该导向滑块可被引导地在C形轨道结构中滑动。在C形轨道结构12中侧向区域中被导引的例如是齿带(未示出),该齿带可通过驱动电机来驱动(未示出)。导向滑块10可通过锁杆14与齿带联接,在图2中示出了该锁杆。齿带经过设在导向滑块10长度方向上的侧向开口16和18滑行。通过把锁杆14推进开口18中,于是导向滑块10可联接到齿带(未示出)上,同时通过相应地把锁杆14拉回,导向滑块可与齿带分开。借助于手柄20可进行联接运动,图1和图2中示出了该手柄的一个例子的结构。在该实施例中,手柄是不对称的。
导向滑块10的中间的一个表面上设有槽口22。该槽口22通过侧向紧固锁栓24来连接。通过锁栓24,可固定用于门移动的连接棒(未示出)。根据另一个未示出的实施例,手柄20还可布置在槽口22的区域。这有个优点是,根据导向滑块10的安装位置,手柄20可从间隔180°的两个安装位置从C形轨道结构12向下移出。
图3示出了锁栓24是如何固定到导向滑块10上的。导向滑块10设有类似槽口的U形结构32,锁栓24可放置在该结构中,并可通过螺钉26和28定位。
特别参照图4,带有对称外形的导向滑块10主要由两个模制塑料部分34和36组成,这两个部分可彼此插入并可以可拆卸方式结合在一起。通过侧向咬合突耳38,两个对半壳体34和36插入在一起,该突耳可通过咬合而方便地进行一起联接。为了固定而设有连接螺钉26、28和30,其中连接螺钉26、28同时如前所述还使锁拴24定位。在滑块10的底部模制塑料部分36,一体形成有用于锁杆14的引导部分40,该引导部分40形成的单独的模制塑料部分。该引导部分主要由两个平行部分组成,在两个部分之间锁杆14被引导而在纵向上变化位置。锁杆14的移动方向和导向滑块10的移动方向成90°。在顶部,引导突耳42模制到锁杆14上。该引导突耳42与滑动导向件44配合,该滑动导向件设在可移动元件46上。可移动元件46安装在导向滑块10上纵向移动,同时压靠在可使移动元件保持在开始位置的压缩弹簧上。移动元件46可借助于手柄20抵抗压缩弹簧48的力移动,该手柄20与移动元件上的附件48啮合。通过移动元件46的纵向移动,借助于突耳42,可改变锁杆14的位置。现在参照图5来描述。在图中示出了锁杆14,其中的位置是联接到了齿带联接件50上。在该位置锁杆14的引导突耳42位于滑动引导件4的位置1。为了释放锁杆14,移动元件46移动,直到锁杆14的引导突耳42达到滑动引导件44的顶点2。在释放手柄后,移动元件46通过弹簧压力在相对于手柄拉动方向的方向上移动,于是引导突耳42和锁栓14一起沿滑动引导件的曲面移动到位置3。在该位置,锁杆14沿图4的引导件40侧向拉动,向内进入到导向滑块10中,于是获得了释放位置。为了获得锁定,移动元件46借助于手柄再次向下移动。通过该滑动引导件40,锁杆于是再移动到开始位置1,于是可再移动到锁定位置。
在图6的实施例中,上述导向滑块可旋拧到可覆盖导向滑块部分的适配器52上。该适配器52为模制的塑料部分,可沿导向滑块10的整个宽度延伸并足够长,以确保在C形轨道结构中固定地滑动。借助于52的适当厚度,可获得C形轨道的适当高度。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于门驱动机构的导向滑块(10),该导向滑块可容纳地滑行在C形结构(12)中,该导向滑块在其长度方向上延伸有两个侧向开口(16,18),以容纳驱动绳索;并带有锁定元件,用于和驱动绳索联接及分开,还带有用于使门移动的联接元件,其中导向滑块具有对称的外形,同时在安装时没有部件越过C形结构而伸出,以及导向滑块(10)在其一个表面上设有连续的槽口,该槽口通过作为连接元件的锁栓(24)来桥接,其特征在于:锁栓(24)可从外面放入到U形结构(32)中,并可在末端通过紧固螺钉(26,28)定位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导向滑块,其特征在于:导向滑块(10)主要由两个模制的塑料部分(34,36)组成,这两个塑料部分可彼此插入并以可拆卸方式结合在一起。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的导向滑块,其特征在于:锁定部件由可移动锁杆(14)组成,该锁杆垂直于导向滑块(10)的移动方向而可移动地布置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的导向滑块,其特征在于:在锁杆(14)上设有引导突耳(42),该突耳和设在弹簧加载的移动元件上的滑动引导件(44)配合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的导向滑块,其特征在于:可移动元件的滑动引导件(44)可借助于手柄(20)抵抗弹簧力来驱动,以和锁杆(14)联接和分开。
6.根据权利要求5所述的导向滑块,其特征在于:手柄(20)从导向滑块(10)中间的槽口中被引导出来,于是该手柄可在导向滑块(10)的任何安装位置从槽口向下移出。
7.根据权利要求1所述的导向滑块,其特征在于:滑块(10)的表面的至少一部分可由适配器(52)来覆盖,该适配器以可拆卸方式固定到滑块(10)上,以确保和不同C形结构的高度适配。
