Abstract
The invention relates to a milling process for precisely controlling the appearance of a substrate, and provides a whole substrate to be milled, wherein the whole substrate comprises at least two forming units, and the milling process further comprises the following steps: s1, measuring the expansion and contraction condition of the substrate outline dimension; s2, positioning the routing board, and positioning the substrate; s3, setting parameters, inputting positioning data, inputting substrate data, and setting processing parameters; s4, carrying out rough routing and grooving, and carrying out inner groove grooving on the inner side of the forming unit through a rough routing knife; s5, fine gong cutting, namely cutting the inner grooves and the periphery of the forming units by a fine gong cutter; s6, confirming the size of the first cut forming unit, and entering mass production when the size meets the requirement; and S7, carrying out QA sampling inspection in the production process. The invention reduces the scrappage problem caused by the unqualified size, improves the appearance quality, reduces the scrappage rate, and meets the size requirement of a customer with low cost input and high quality output.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of circuit board processing, in particular to a routing process for precisely controlling the appearance of a substrate.
Background
With the development of electronic technology, the PCB board has replaced the connection mode of the traditional electronic components and is widely applied to electronic products.
At present, in the PCB processing industry, in order to facilitate mass production and improve production efficiency, it is often necessary to first manufacture a whole PCB (also referred to as a whole printed circuit board) including a plurality of PCB single boards (also referred to as single PCS boards or printed circuit boards); then, the whole PCB is processed to form a plurality of single PCB boards and/or a PCB connecting board (also called a printed circuit connecting board) which is convenient for board division.
The method for processing the appearance of the whole PCB mainly comprises V-CUT, beer board and gong board. The V-CUT is to CUT a V-shaped straight line shallow groove at the position of the whole PCB board needing board splitting, and the PCB single board can be broken off with the help of the V-shaped shallow groove in a labor-saving way. The beer board is also called as punching type, which is to punch a PCB connecting board or a plurality of PCB single boards by a punch press, and the required shape can be punched by the method, and the method is suitable for mass production. The beer board has the defects that the mould opening is needed, the time and the labor are wasted, the edge roughness of the board after the board separation is larger, and the board scraps are more. The routing is to use the routing machine to route the predetermined shape on the monoblock PCB board, in order to form PCB and link the board or a plurality of PCB single-boards, the routing machine is the milling machine that can carry on the appearance processing to the PCB board, in the invention, do not distinguish between "routing" and "milling". Because the PCB produced by the routing mode has smooth edges and accurate size, the time and the cost can be greatly saved in the aspects of small batch and sample plate output, and therefore the routing mode is the preferred mode of the PCB appearance processing technology.
The PCB routing is an important process in the PCB manufacturing process, and the PCB routing refers to cutting a substrate according to a processing program of engineering design by a routing tool so as to obtain a forming unit. The accuracy of routing determines the dimensional accuracy of the forming units in the substrate, and further determines whether the subsequent processing causes the circuit board to be a defective product due to the dimensional accuracy. Therefore, how to control the precision of the routing process of the substrate is important to control the size of the forming unit.

s3, setting parameters, inputting positioning data, inputting substrate data, and setting processing parameters; the deflection degree of a main shaft of the gong machine is firstly tested during production, and the deflection of each shaft is less than 30 mu m;
s4, carrying out rough routing and grooving, and carrying out inner groove grooving on the inner side of the forming unit through a rough routing knife;
s5, fine gong cutting, namely cutting the inner grooves and the periphery of the forming units by a fine gong cutter;
s6, confirming the size of the first cut forming unit, and entering mass production when the size meets the requirement;
and S7, carrying out QA sampling inspection in the production process.
Wherein the diameter range of the coarse routing knife is 1.5 mm-2.4 mm. The tolerance of the coarse routing knife in the diameter range for routing is +/-0.03 mm.
Wherein the diameter range of the fine gong knife is 0.8 mm-1.2 mm. The tolerance of the milling cutter in the diameter range is +/-0.02 mm.
When a coarse routing knife is used for slotting, the rotation speed of the routing knife is 32-33 krpm, the feed speed is 1.5-1.6 m/min, the return speed is 10m/min, the advancing speed is 12-14 mm/s, the blade length is 8.5-10.5 mm, the total thickness of the laminated plate is less than or equal to 4mm, and the number of the laminated plates is less than or equal to 2.
When the fine routing knife is used for slotting, the rotation speed of the routing knife is 38-39 krpm, the feed speed is 0.8-1.0 m/min, the return speed is 10m/min, the advancing speed is 2-4 mm/s, the blade length is 5.0-6.0 mm, the total thickness of the laminated plate is less than or equal to 4mm, and the number of the laminated plates is less than or equal to 2.
When the board is milled, the tolerance is controlled to be +/-0.05 mm so as to prevent the problem of batch external dimension; and measuring the three-dimensional element of the substrate once every two times of routing, and measuring the edge size and the peripheral size of the hole of the substrate by using a caliper at each time.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention reduces the scrappage problem caused by the unqualified size, improves the appearance quality, reduces the scrappage rate, and meets the size requirement of a customer with low cost input and high quality output.
