In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, the whole hub packaging assembly is composed of a base 200, a middle partition 100 and a cover plate (i.e. a cover body 302), wherein the base 200 mainly plays a role of supporting, the middle partition 100 of the first layer is placed on the base 200, an odd number of hubs (5 positions are added to the center positions at four corners) are placed on the first layer of partition, then the middle partition of the second layer is covered on the upper side, so as to realize secondary limit on the hubs on the first layer of partition, then even number of wheels (4 positions are added to the middle position of each side) are placed on the middle partition of the second layer of partition, and then the cover plate 302 is used for covering the base after stacking one layer to a certain height.
In this scheme, the position of putting at four angles and center of baffle is the convex position, and the position between two convex positions is the concave position, and the center of every position is the through-hole structure.
In addition, there is a partial overlap region between the concave location and the adjacent convex location, the convex location being occupied by the concave location.
Further, four through holes are formed in the cover plate so as to fix hubs on the baffle plates in the uppermost layer, and meanwhile, the through holes can be used for inserting the limiting rods into shaft holes of a plurality of vertically distributed hubs, so that the hubs are positioned, and the stability and reliability of the multi-layer hub after being packaged are further improved.
Optionally, the bottom support, the middle partition plate and the cover body in the hub packaging assembly are all made of plastic materials.
In summary, the hub packaging assembly provided by the application comprises the bottom support and at least one middle partition plate stacked above the bottom support, wherein the middle partition plate comprises the partition plate body, and the front and the back of the partition plate body are respectively provided with the first type hub table and the second type hub table, so that hubs can be respectively placed on the front and the back of the partition plate body, and the storage quantity of the hubs is increased. Through with first type wheel hub platform and second type wheel hub platform along horizontal direction and longitudinal direction set gradually alternately, and at least partial first type wheel hub platform overlaps with at least partial second type wheel hub platform, realized that the wheel hub alternately stacks, make the wheel hub that stacks on the septum compacter, and then can stack multilayer wheel hub in certain space neatly, improved stability and reliability after the multilayer wheel hub packing, further increased wheel hub's storage quantity, reduced the wheel hub and deposited shared space.

Claims (7)

1. A hub packaging assembly, comprising:
a bottom support;
at least one middle baffle, range upon range of in the top of collet, arbitrary the middle baffle includes:
a separator body;
the first type hub platforms and the second type hub platforms are respectively formed on the front surface and the back surface of the partition plate body, are sequentially and alternately arranged along the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction, and at least part of the first type hub platforms are overlapped with at least part of the second type hub platforms;
the shoe comprises: a shoe body;
the hub packaging assembly further comprises:
the side plate forms a circle of closed loop along the edge of the collet body;
wherein, the middle clapboard can be clamped on the inner side of the side plate;
the first limiting through hole is formed in the middle of the first type hub table; the first limiting groove is formed at the peripheral part of the first type hub table; a first supporting boss is arranged between the first limiting through hole and the first limiting groove;
the second limiting through hole is formed in the middle of the second type hub platform;
the periphery of the first limiting through hole is recessed towards one side provided with the second type hub table to form a first limiting boss, and a second limiting groove is formed between the first limiting boss and the second supporting boss;
the periphery of the second limiting through hole is recessed towards one side provided with the first type hub table to form a second limiting boss, and the first limiting groove is formed between the second limiting boss and the first supporting boss;
the parts of the shoe body corresponding to the first limiting through holes and/or the second limiting through holes are recessed downwards and protrude out of the lower surface of the shoe body so as to form a plurality of supporting feet;
the cover body is covered above the middle partition plate positioned on the top layer;
the cover body is covered on one side of the middle partition plate and is provided with the first type hub table or the second type hub table;
and a plurality of second bar-shaped reinforcing ribs formed on the cover body.
2. The hub packaging assembly of claim 1, wherein when the number of intermediate baffles is plural, the intermediate baffles of adjacent two layers are oppositely disposed.
3. The hub packaging assembly of claim 1, further comprising:
and the second limiting groove is formed at the peripheral part of the second type hub table.
4. The hub packaging assembly of claim 3,
the second supporting boss is arranged between the second limiting through hole and the second limiting groove.
5. The hub packaging assembly of claim 4, wherein,
the number of the first supporting bosses is multiple, and the first supporting bosses are in a circumferential array along the central axis of the first limiting through hole;
the number of the second supporting bosses is multiple, and the second supporting bosses are in a circumferential array along the central axis of the second limiting through hole.
6. The hub packaging assembly of claim 1, further comprising:
the first bar-shaped reinforcing ribs are formed on the shoe body.
7. The hub packaging assembly of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the spacer body is in the shape of a regular quadrilateral, the number of first type hub stations is five,
wherein, five of the first-type hub platforms have four arrays arranged at four corners of the baffle body, and a fifth of the first-type hub platforms is arranged at the center of the baffle body.
