Four lock catch positioning blocks, groined tightening grooves and four positioning pin columns which are distributed in a cross shape are arranged at the upper part of the double-layer top cover; four recovery positioning holes distributed in a cross shape and a plurality of circular rib holes distributed in an array manner are formed in the lower portion of the double-layer crown cap; and coaming limiting grooves are formed in the peripheral edges of the lower part of the double-layer crown cap.
Four locks are arranged at the upper part of the double-layer ground cover, and the locks are arranged in a position matching with the lock positioning blocks; limiting holes are formed in the centers of the foot piers between the sides of the double-layer ground cover, and the limiting holes are matched with the positioning pin columns in position; the leg pier of double-deck ground lid upper portion is provided with bounding wall fixed block and leg pier strengthening rib in, the limit groove of bounding wall is provided with on the limit of the periphery of double-deck ground lid upper portion.

Four lock catches 12 are arranged at the upper part of the double-layer ground cover 10, and the lock catches 12 are arranged in a position matching manner with a lock catch positioning block 21; a limiting hole 13 is formed in the center of the foot pier 11 between the sides of the double-layer ground cover 10, and the limiting hole 13 is arranged in a position matching mode with the positioning pin 23; the leg pier 11 on the upper portion of the double-layer ground cover 10 is internally provided with coaming fixing blocks 18 and leg pier reinforcing ribs 19, and the periphery of the upper portion of the double-layer ground cover 10 is provided with coaming limiting grooves 17.
