In an embodiment, one end of the body 1 is provided with a positioning portion 11, which is used for positioning and fixing the chain when detecting whether the chain is short of pieces, and the positioning portion 11 can extend into the middle of the two pin shafts to achieve the positioning effect.
In addition, the detection block 2 and the body 1 can be in sliding connection through the matching of a sliding rail and a sliding block, preferably, a sliding groove 12 is arranged on the body 1, and the detection block 2 is arranged in the sliding groove 12, so that the horizontal movement of the detection block 2 can be more stable, and the volume of the detection device provided by the invention can be smaller.
The sensor 3 is fixed on the body 1, the detection block 2 is close to the sensor 3, the sensor 3 sends a signal to the control device to indicate that no part is missing, otherwise, if no signal is sent to the control device, the part is missing; of course, if the sensor 3 is disposed at a relatively long distance from the detection block 2, the distance between the sensor 3 and the detection block 2 can be reduced by providing an extension block on the detection block 2.

As shown in fig. 1 again, in a specific embodiment, the elastic member 3 may use a thrust spring, one end of which is connected to the body 1 and the other end of which is connected to the detection block 2, so that the detection block is always located at the end of the body 1.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the elastic member 3 may use a tension spring, one end of which is connected to the end of the body 1, and the other end of which is connected to the detecting block 2, so that the detecting block is always located at the end of the body 1.
When the chain missing piece detection device is used, a chain to be detected is still, the driving device pushes the body 1 to move to the position of the chain to be detected, and the positioning part 11 extends into the chain to position the chain.
When no part is missing, the body 1 moves for a specified distance, the chain does not lack the part, the detection block 2 is jacked and approaches to the sensor 3, the sensor 3 senses that the detection block 2 approaches, and a signal is given to the control device to indicate that the part is not missing.
When the part is absent, after the body 1 moves for a specified distance, the detection block 2 does not block the part because of no object, so that the detection block 2 does not approach the sensor 3, and the sensor 3 does not transmit a signal to the control device, thereby explaining the absence of the part.
The chain part missing detection device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, can quickly judge whether a chain is missing or not, is high in accuracy, and ensures the assembling quality of the chain.
