Referring to fig. 1 and 4, a through hole 8 is formed in the bottom of the tail car 1, a steel wire rope 3 passes through the through hole 8, a plurality of pulley 13 assemblies 5 are arranged at the bottom of the tail car 1, a clamp 9 for wrapping the steel wire rope 3 is arranged at the pulley 13 assemblies 5, and the pulley 13 assemblies 5 are arranged at the bottom of the tail car 1 at the through hole 8.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the end of the jack 4 is provided with a connecting piece 10, the connecting piece 10 is in a plate-shaped structure, one end of the connecting piece 10 is fixed relative to the end of the jack 4 through bolts, the other end of the connecting piece 10 is provided with a fixing frame 12, the steel wire rope 3 passes through the fixing frame 12, the side wall of the connecting piece 10 is provided with a positioning bolt communicated with the fixing frame 12, and the steel wire rope 3 is fixed by the positioning bolt.
As shown in fig. 2, the fastener 6 comprises two clamping blocks 16, wherein one clamping block 16 is vertically and downwardly arranged at the bottom of the tail car 1, the other clamping block 16 is hinged relative to the bottom of the tail car 1, the two clamping blocks 16 are arranged on a vertical surface, a fixing frame 12 is arranged at the bottom of the clamping block 16, a fastening bolt 14 penetrates through the fixing frame 12, the end part of the fastening bolt 14 is fixed through a nut, an arc-shaped groove 17 is formed in the inner side of the clamping block 16, and a rubber layer 18 is arranged in the inner side of the clamping block.
As shown in fig. 3, the derailment preventing device 15 includes two fixing frames disposed at the bottom of the tail car 1, the fixing frames are hinged relative to the bottom of the tail car 1, the fixing frames are in L-shaped structures, pulleys 13 are disposed at the bottom ends of the fixing frames, the pulleys 13 are clamped at grooves of the i-shaped track 2, fixing frames 12 are disposed at horizontal positions on the side walls of the fixing frames, fastening bolts 14 penetrate through the fixing frames 12, and the end portions of the fastening bolts 14 are fixed through nuts.
The steel wire rope is tightly stretched by lifting the jack, and then is clamped by the clamping block of the fastener, so that the steel wire rope is in a tight state, and meanwhile, the fixing frame of the derailing prevention device is fixed on the track, so that the whole tail car is prevented from falling off from the track in high-speed movement.
The endless rope trailer with the structure can effectively lock the steel wire rope by the trailer rope tightener, keep the steel wire rope between the trailer and the shuttle car tight, and simultaneously reduce derailment accidents of the trailer in the transportation process by matching with the derailment prevention device.
