因此,膜29容易地紧固在平面屏幕7的后部上,特别是因为其覆盖具有要定位的单个部件的紧固脚17。当紧固螺钉21通过膜29接合时,后者可以被压缩,并且显示模块的沿着方向z的位置,以及因此距离D,可以相对于壳体9的基准点27被非常精确地调节。
应当注意到,旋拧螺钉21的操作不是基于扭矩而是基于要提供在显示模块3和一个或多个基准27之间的距离D来停止。膜29可以因此被压缩以补偿显示装置1的各种元件的制造误差或公差。
另外,壳体9的底壁23的面31具有凸起33,印刷电路卡35位于在该凸起33上,该卡例如用于控制触摸板5并通过多导体扁平电缆(未示出)电连接到其上。
因此,印刷电路卡35位于弹性材料的膜29和壳体9的底壁23之间。
因此,膜29还用于保护印刷电路卡35,特别是防止灰尘,并用作密封件。
与凸起33接触的印刷电路卡35的至少一个区域,特别地中心区域33C,是导电的并且用作印刷电路卡35的接地和壳体9之间的电连接,以便将任何静电放电引导到地面,从而防止对触摸板5的损坏。
为了确保甚至在困难的条件下也能够提供该功能,特别是在强振动的情况下,膜29至少在凸起33C的位置处包括压缩螺柱37,以将印刷电路卡35压靠在壳体9的底壁23的该凸起33C上。
膜29的压缩螺柱37确保甚至在存在显示装置1可能受到的强烈振动的情况下也提供和维持接地连接。
为了组装上述显示装置1,通过紧固螺钉21穿过壳体9的底壁23,通过与紧固脚17中的螺纹孔相互作用,所述平面屏幕7被紧固,以及一方面平面屏幕7或位于平面屏幕7上的触摸板5和另一方面在壳体9的底壁23的后面上的基准27之间的距离D被调节到预定值。
也提供以测量在旋拧操作期间的距离D,以及在达到预定值时停止旋拧。因此,组装过程可以是自动的,并且基于距离D的测量来控制旋拧。
显然,根据本发明的显示装置1可以以较小的制造尺寸误差来制作。膜29不仅用作使制造公差得到控制的缓冲器,而且还用于一方面保护印刷电路卡35免受灰尘,以及另一方面防止静电放电的潜在有害影响。
Claims (12)
1.一种用于机动车辆的显示装置(1),包括:
平面屏幕(7)的显示模块(3),该平面屏幕(7)在其后表面上具有紧固脚(17),每个紧固脚(17)具有用于接收紧固螺钉(21)的螺纹孔,以及
容纳所述显示模块(3)的壳体(9),所述壳体(9)具有底壁(23),所述平面屏幕(7)的紧固脚(17)通过旋拧被紧固到所述底壁,
弹性材料的膜(29),该弹性材料的膜被放置在紧固脚(17)之间并且覆盖每个紧固脚(17),以便插入在紧固脚(17)和壳体(9)的底壁(23)之间,用于紧固所述平面屏幕(7)的螺钉(21)穿过底壁(23)和弹性材料的膜(29),以与每个紧固脚(17)的螺纹孔相互作用,其中,所述弹性材料的膜(29)在紧固脚(17)之间延伸;
且其中,该显示装置还包括印刷电路卡(35),该印刷电路卡(35)位于抵靠所述平面屏幕(7)的后表面定位的所述弹性材料的膜(29)和壳体(9)的底壁(23)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,弹性材料的膜(29)由弹性体制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,弹性材料的膜(29)由硅酮制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述膜(29)的弹性材料具有40至60的范围内的肖氏硬度。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述膜(29)的弹性材料具有50的肖氏硬度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(9)由金属制成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(9)由镁制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述壳体的底壁(23)包括凸起(33),该凸起与用作接地连接的所述电路卡(35)的面接触,以及在于,所述膜(29)至少在所述壳体(9)的底壁(23)的凸起(33C)之一的位置处包括用于将印刷电路卡(35)朝向述壳体(9)的底壁(23)的该凸起(33C)压紧的压缩螺柱(37)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述显示模块(3)还包括紧固到所述平面显示屏幕(7)的触摸板(5)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述触摸板(5)通过双面粘合剂(11)被紧固到所述平面显示屏幕(7)。
11.一种用于组装如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的显示装置的方法,其特征在于,通过紧固螺钉(21)穿过所述壳体(9)的底壁(23)、通过与所述紧固脚(17)中的螺纹孔相互作用来紧固所述平面屏幕(7),以及在一方面所述平面屏幕(7)或位于该平面屏幕(7)上的触摸板(5)和另一方面所述壳体(9)的底壁(23)的后表面上的基准(27)之间的距离(D)被调节为预定值。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,在一方面所述平面屏幕(7)或位于所述平面屏幕(7)上的触摸板(5)和另一方面所述壳体的底壁(23)的后表面上的基准(27)之间的距离(D)是在旋拧操作期间被测量的,以及当达到预定值(D)时所述旋拧停止。
