为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合附图及具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
具体实施例1:如图1和图2一种防滑垫,该防滑垫包括三层结构,顶层为PVC发泡材料构成的防滑层1,中层为特斯林网布2,底层为植物胶垫3。
斯特林网布包括纵横交错编织的经线6与纬线7,该纬线与经线均选用特斯林线,该经线与纬线间均无间隙。
经线与纬线纵横交错编织重叠位置利用熔接的方式将两者相互固定。
底层下表面上设置有若干防滑点4,上表面设有若干方形凸块5,方形凸块与斯特林网的经线与纬线组成的方格配合。
底层与中层通过增韧剂与胶黏剂按1:1混合剂进行粘合。
在防滑层表面涂抹一层无毒植物胶,冷却后,即可使用,更换时,微加热即可撕掉;
一种涂抹在防滑垫表面的无毒植物胶,无毒植物胶包括,辣椒素5份,大蒜素2份,甲基烯丙基硫醚5份,黄酮苷5份,菊酯5份,薄荷精油1份,扩散剂10份,润湿剂5份,乙醇5份,丙二醇丙二醇10份,E-42环氧树脂89-份,酚醛-丁晴橡胶共聚物89份,丙酮66份,乙二胺10份,改性氢化蓖麻油5份、膨润土6份。
菊酯的制备是菊花中萃取得3,3-二甲基-4-戊烯酸乙酯用环丁酮法合成二氯菊酸,经转位及碱作用下环缩小而得二氯菊酸。丙烯腈与四氯化碳进行加成反应、水解、用氯化亚砜进行酰氯化,得四氯丁酰氯,在三乙胺作用下,与异丁烯进行环加成反应,得2-氯代环丁酮,加热进行Cine分子重排,得4-氯代环丁酮,再在强碱作用下,进行Favorskii反应,得菊酯。

1.一种防滑垫,其特征在于:该防滑垫包括三层结构,顶层为PVC发泡材料构成的防滑层,中层为特斯林网布,底层为植物胶垫,防滑层表面涂抹一层无毒植物胶。
2.一种涂抹在防滑垫表面的无毒植物胶,其特征在于:无毒植物胶包括,辣椒素5-20份,大蒜素2-15份,甲基烯丙基硫醚5-10份,黄酮苷5-10份,菊酯5-10份,薄荷精油1-10份,扩散剂10-12份,润湿剂5-10份,乙醇5-10份,丙二醇丙二醇10-25份,E-42环氧树脂89-99份,酚醛-丁晴橡胶共聚物89-99份,丙酮66-75份,乙二胺10-15份,改性氢化蓖麻油5-6份、膨润土6-10份。
3.根据权利要求2中所述的一种涂抹在防滑垫表面的无毒植物胶,其特征在于:所述菊酯的制备是菊花中萃取得3,3-二甲基-4-戊烯酸乙酯用环丁酮法合成二氯菊酸,经转位及碱作用下环缩小而得二氯菊酸。丙烯腈与四氯化碳进行加成反应、水解、用氯化亚砜进行酰氯化,得四氯丁酰氯,在三乙胺作用下,与异丁烯进行环加成反应,得2-氯代环丁酮,加热进行Cine分子重排,得4-氯代环丁酮,再在强碱作用下,进行Favorskii反应,得菊酯。
4.根据权利要求2中所述的一种涂抹在防滑垫表面的无毒植物胶,其特征在于:所述大蒜素的制备是大蒜粉碎在萃取压力18MPa,萃取温度为25℃,萃取剂流量2.0L/分钟,萃取时间3小时,得大蒜素制剂。
5.根据权利要求2中任意一项所述的一种涂抹在防滑垫表面的无毒植物胶的制备方法,其特征在于:在上述配方中增加防裂添加剂,包括,对氨基苯甲酸25-100份,氢氧化钠4-16份、甘露醇2-8份,硝酸钙3-12份,水50-60份,氧化锌10-12份,抗静电剂6-9份。
6.根据权利要求5中所述的一种涂抹在防滑垫表面的无毒植物胶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的防裂添加剂制备方法为,在搅拌器中依次加入水、对氨基苯甲酸、氢氧化钠、甘露醇、搅拌至完全溶解;然后加入硝酸钙、氧化锌,搅拌混合溶解后静置、过滤,所得滤液加入抗静电剂混合均匀,即得成品。
