Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种塑料制的接嘴焊入件,用于焊接(连接)一个塑料容器部分,并特别是一种用于连接一个其结构为由薄膜塑料制的并用于贮存例如液体或膏状的清洁物质的再充填袋的焊入件。
因为,该接嘴焊入件是一个成形稳定的塑料成型件,所以由于容器部分之薄膜的柔软性,就在焊接不同的塑料时出现了困难,亦即,该薄膜料趋向于沿焊接区的纵向由于过热而撕裂。因此,原则上希望,为了传热好的原因或者避免过热,而将焊入件上设置的焊接肋尽可能为薄壁的结构。但是,薄壁的焊接肋在薄膜料上容易引起有缺口的焊接区。为此已经建议,在焊入件的一个后基壁前面进行焊接,为的是使该薄膜料在焊接过程中敷置在后壁上和可以支承其上。这种措施的缺陷是不能从焊接区很好地排热,也因此有使薄膜过热的危险。
本发明任务在于,设置一个属于开头类型的塑料接嘴焊入件,它能成本低廉地被制造和毫无困难被加工。特别是可以避免在焊接时薄膜发生撕裂并也能防止在以后的应用中此处的断裂。
按照本发明,提出了一种用于连接一个塑料容器部分、特别是一个由薄膜塑料制的容器部分的塑料接嘴焊入件,它具有至少一个沿管状颈部圆周延伸的焊接肋,其颈部围成一个排出通道,所述焊接肋有一个焊接边棱,该焊接边棱位于在焊接肋的肋基区的外边缘上成形的焊接脊上,所述焊接脊在厚度方向的尺寸小于所述肋基区的厚度。
依此,每个焊接肋具有一个相对厚壁的肋基区,它可以具有一个倒圆的外部周边缘,其上成形一个狭窄薄壁的焊接径或焊接脊,它的外部周边棱就形成焊接边棱。由于焊接脊的薄壁特性,要焊接薄膜的温度就可在焊接过程期间毫无疑问地被保持在一个这样的水平上,即有效地避免薄膜料的过热。这样就可获得一个牢固的焊接连接,因为该焊接过程可以如此被控制,即焊接脊在焊接时尽可能地熔化,所以,实际上它消融了,这样,该薄膜料与肋基区之倒圆的相对宽的周边缘形成一个支承接触。依此,在焊接时和以后应用时出现的作用力就能最大可能地在焊入件和薄膜袋之间传递并在焊接区不存在裂口后果。而且通过本发明可以令人惊讶及简单的装置实现一个有效的克服薄膜撕裂的措施。因为该焊入件的肋基区不参与或仅仅间接地参与焊接过程,因此它可以在从焊接区更好地传输热量方面作最佳化设置,进而它可在焊接区的范围内起到另一有效的防止裂口发生的措施。特别是每个焊接肋可以按照冷却肋的方式设有大的散热表面。同时为提高稳定性可在相邻的焊接肋之间设置一个薄膜的分隔壁,它将接焊接肋之径向和轴向的相互位置固定。另外,本发明接嘴焊入件可以沿一轴向平面,特别轴向中央平面被分割开,同时,每个分件具有一个排出通道。每个分件可以焊接一个单独的容器部分;而这两个分件然后可以相互连接,以便获得一个外部与本发明一个整体单件式接嘴焊入件相一致的结构。

该按照本发明一个优选实施例的接嘴焊入件是一个由成形稳定的塑料如聚乙烯,聚丙烯成型的整体,它可以被置入一个(未示出)予制的容器部分的隙缝形开口中和与其通过焊接,例如超声波焊接而永久连接。特别是,该容器部分可以由一种薄膜形的塑料制成,它例如逐渐更多地被应用于储备例如液体或膏状清洁剂或类似物的再填充袋以便减少废物。虽然在接嘴焊入件和容器部分之间的永久连接一般通过焊接实现,但是它也可以通过另外的热处理方法如热戳封或粘接来制成。可以理解,本发明既不局限在所描述的塑料上,也不限制在所述的应用目的上。而是可以类似有利的方式应用在那些希望的场合,即一个柔性的塑料(件)被以基本线形的方式与一成形稳定的塑料(件)相连接。
按照图1至3表明的本发明第一实施例,该接嘴焊入件包括一个具有适当轴向延伸长度的基本管形的颈部1,它被一个轴向通道3所贯穿。该通道3在该接嘴焊入件与容器部分相连接时,构成在容器部分(未示出)的内部和外部环境之间的连通。
在靠近颈部1之一个轴向端部的外圆周部分上可以成形一个螺纹2,其上可以拧装一个(未示出)的螺纹封闭盖以封住通道3。还可以不用螺纹2,在颈部1上设置一个后卡箍,以便通过碰扣方式在接嘴焊入件上结构吻合地固定一个封闭盖。
沿颈部1的轴向并在其另一端部的部段上成形一个或多个在本实施例中为4个在轴向上相互间隔平行的焊接肋4。每个焊接肋4都位于一个相对接嘴焊入件的中央纵轴线为径向的平面中并包括一个相对厚壁的肋基区6以及在其外周棱或边缘上成形的焊接脊7,它同样位于该厚壁肋基区6的径向平面中。
该焊接脊7和肋基区6相比无论在径向还是在轴向都具有一个明显较小的尺寸。特别是该焊接脊7具有一个比肋基区6较小的厚度。已经确定,焊接脊7的厚度和肋基区6的厚度相比应该位于1∶10和1∶3之间,最好在约1∶5,以便在焊接过程中有效地避免切口现象和发生撕裂。
该焊接脊7的自由端面构成一个沿整个焊接肋4周边延伸的焊接边棱8。在肋基区6的外部周边棱应该被倒圆的同时,该焊接边棱8最好是缓斜的结构或者向外收缩成尖端例如屋顶形的结构。
该焊接脊7可以沿其整个的周边延伸长度上具有相同的尺寸。与此相反,每个焊接肋4的肋基区6,正如从图3可特别看出的那样,可以包含一对相对于该焊入件的颈部1为直径上相反对置的并在一径向平面中楔形向外收缩的部分A,B,它们以其外周边切向地过度到颈部1中并构成一个连续的减少切口现象的过度结构以适用于要焊接的薄膜袋,此时,该焊入件被装入一个薄膜袋的隙缝开口中。
参见图1,一个在轴向中央平面中所处的分隔壁5在径向上从颈部1的直径位置向外伸出并在中央通过每个焊接肋4的楔形延伸的部分A,B。该分隔壁5在相邻的焊接肋4之间形成一个支承壁,其用于使得这些焊接肋在焊接过程中或者以后应用中出现应力情况下保持相对颈部1之规定的径向和轴向位置。由于分隔壁5的稳定作用,该肋基区6的厚度尺寸就可以被设计得一个最佳的焊接区散热,同时有良好的支承特性以用于待焊接的薄膜材料。该分隔壁5最好具有一个较小的厚度,为的是它仅仅不明显地减小了焊接肋4的自由表面,因此,通过该焊接肋4的热传递,实质上不会被损害。
在本发明前述的实施例中,该分隔壁5终止在一个离颈部1的径向距离上,这个距离仅仅稍短于每个焊接肋4的肋基区6的径向距离。参见图1。当希望时,该分隔壁还可径向上通过焊接肋4往外加长一个适当不长的外延伸,为的是在要焊接的薄膜材料在焊接肋4的区域内被张开之前支承它。另外该分隔壁之向外伸出的部分与在焊接肋内部所处的部分相比可以具有一个较小的厚度。
在图4至6中表明本发明塑料一接嘴焊入件之另一个实施结构方案。这个实施方案和前述的在图1至3中表明的实施例之基本不同在于,该焊入件沿前述实施方案的一个轴向平面,最好是分隔壁5的平面被分割开。因此,形成两个半拉,它们是对称相同的结构,在图4至6中仅表明一个半拉。

每个半拉10设有完全一致的结构措施,例如相互配准的销颈/孔连接结构,其中,仅表明一个半拉的销颈18,为的是使两个半拉可拆卸地相互连接,其中,一个半拉的销颈18被插进另外半拉之相关的凹孔(未示出)中。在组装的状态时,该接嘴焊入件的成形结构就与图1至图3的相应结构基本一致。由此在颈部11的合成完整的螺纹12上可以拧装上一个可封闭两个通道13的封闭盖(未示出)。
按照图4至6的本发明实施方案可以实现,在每个半拉10上以前述方式或其它方式焊接或固定一个单独的由薄膜材料制成的容器部分。在将半拉10插装以后,两个容器部分的内函物可以通过其上施加的作用力通过通道13被排出,以便例如达到使两个组分置于希望的混合以实现反应,或者同时涂置在一个基体上。
在焊接时,输入的能量导致薄的焊接脊7和17的熔化,同时,每个焊接肋4的较厚的肋基区6或16则在外部周边棱上基本保持它的倒圆的形状,因此,该薄膜材料就可以当焊接脊7,17熔化掉时敷置在肋基区6上并不会有损坏的切口效应。
在前面已经描述了本发明一个接嘴焊入件,其带有相对于颈部的中央纵轴线作径向延伸的焊接肋4,14。该焊接肋可以当希望时,相对所述中央纵轴线成一夹角地设置。另外,希望的话,该焊接脊7,17可以代替每个焊接肋4,14沿圆周地连续延伸,而是沿周边被分成部段。最后,关于另外的接嘴焊入件的结构方案可以实现不同的方式,它们对于普通技术人员来说借助已给出的技术原则就可想到。例如,在焊入件之颈部中的通道可以不用螺纹拧装的盖件或插扣盖件而是通过一个具有可撕裂翼缘的成形盖件来封闭。一种拧装或插扣盖件可以通过一个肋接法兰在颈部上一体成形制成并且密闭地将用于排出和存入的通道封住。在将肋接法兰完全分开以后就如一般公知那样应用拧装或插扣盖以用于封闭由于分离过程而释放的通道。
Claims (10)
1、用于连接一个塑料容器部分、特别是一个由薄膜塑料制的容器部分的塑料接嘴焊入件,具有至少一个沿管状颈部(1,11)圆周延伸的焊接肋(4,14),所述颈部围成一个排出通道(3,13),所述焊接肋有一个焊接边棱,其特征在于:该焊接边棱位于在焊接肋(4,14)的肋基区(6,16)的外边缘上成形的焊接脊(7,17)上,所述焊接脊在厚度方向的尺寸小于所述肋基区的厚度。
2、按权利要求1所述的接嘴焊入件,其特征在于:多个焊接肋(4,14)以间距相互平行地设置。
3、按权利要求2所述的接嘴焊入件,其特征在于:在相邻的焊接肋(4,14)之间,成形一个从颈部(1,11)离开的分隔壁(5,15)。
4、按前述权利要求之一所述的接嘴焊入件,其特征在于:每个焊接肋(4,14)具有在直径上相反对置的并在俯视图中基本为楔形配置的部分(A,B)。
5、按权利要求1所述的接嘴焊入件,其特征在于:该焊接肋(4,14)之肋基区(6,16)的外周边缘被倒圆。
6、按权利要求1所述的接嘴焊入件,其特征在于:该焊接脊(7,17)的厚度相对于肋基区(6,16)之厚度的比例为1∶3至1∶10之间。
7、按权利要求1所述的接嘴焊入件,其特征在于:该焊接脊(7,17)的厚度相对于肋基区(6,16)的厚度之比例为1∶5。
8、按权利要求1所述的接嘴焊入件,其特征在于:该焊入件被沿一个轴向平面、特别是轴向中央平面分割开;每个分件具有一个排出通道(13)。
9、按权利要求8所述的接嘴焊入件,其特征在于:该分件是可以相互连接的,以便完整构成一个颈部的结构,在该颈部上可以固定一个封闭盖以便封闭该分件的两个排出通道(13)。
10、一个由薄膜塑料制的容器部分、特别是一个再充填袋与一个由成形稳定的塑料制作的接嘴焊入件构成的组合件,该接嘴焊入件具有至少一个沿管状颈部(1,11)圆周延伸的焊接肋(4,14),所述颈部围成一个排出通道(3,13),所述焊接肋有一个焊接边棱,其特征在于:该焊接边棱位于在焊接肋(4,14)的肋基区(6,16)的外边缘上成形的焊接脊(7,17)上,所述焊接脊在厚度方向的尺寸小于所述肋基区的厚度。
