Abstract
本发明涉及一种改善MBS树脂粉末色泽的乳液组合物,该乳液组合物包括油相组分和水相组分,其中油相组分包括抗氧剂、紫外光吸收剂、热稳定剂、荧光增白剂和有机溶剂,水相组分包括乳化剂和水。使用时将其采用高速机械混合方式制得均一乳液状分散体,在凝聚过程中添加到MBS树脂乳液中,可大幅提高树脂的初期色泽与耐热性能,本发明的乳液组合物合成体现了不同助剂对于改善MBS树脂相同物性的互补与协同效应,使用效果优良。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于高分子化合物领域,涉及一种改善甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(MBS)树脂粉末色泽与耐热性的乳液组合物,以及采用该乳液组合物制备的含有该乳液干固物的MBS树脂混合物。
背景技术
MBS树脂是用于聚氯乙烯的透明抗冲改性剂,它可以在几乎无损PVC优异透明性的前提下,大幅提高制品的抗冲击性能,同时还可改善制品的耐寒性和加工流动性。由于MBS是典型的具有核壳结构的多元接枝共聚物,核层中含有丁二烯组份,富含大量双键,耐老化性能先天不足。此外,聚合过程中由于受基础胶乳粒径,核壳包裹均匀性等影响,容易出现橡胶核裸露,核壳结构包裹不均匀等情况,因而,其树脂色泽与耐老化性需要采取另外的措施予以保障。
改善MBS树脂初期色相与耐热性的资料报道主要集中在添加适当类型与用量的抗氧剂,如申请号为201410687852.2的专利文件与申请号为201010140886.1的专利文件均推荐了专用于MBS树脂的乳液型复合抗氧剂,所采用的抗氧剂包括酚类主抗氧剂如1076、245与Wingstay.L,含硫或亚磷酸酯类辅抗氧剂DLTP,以及硬脂酸或油酸钾进行配制,据称其抗氧化降解效能高,与MBS胶乳相容性好,对PVC制品性能无不良影响。
以及申请号为201110401750.6的专利文件提供的受阻酚/受阻胺分子内复合型抗氧剂,上述组分对MBS初期色相的改善效果均一般。
申请号为201310719422.X的专利文件介绍的在复合抗氧剂中加入0.01~1.0%的色粉,申请号为201610705396.9的专利文件介绍的两种主抗氧剂与一种辅抗氧剂复配的工艺,申请号为201410559265.5的专利文件介绍的以酚类主抗氧剂、含硫或亚磷酸酯类辅助抗氧剂和润滑剂为原料进行复配,上述工艺对于MBS色泽和耐老化性的改善均效果不佳。
此外,美国专利US 4443585介绍的在丁苯聚合过程中加入少量第四组份单体,如丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯等替代部分丁二烯,以改善MBS耐热性,此方法的改善效果同样有限,并且产品综合成本较高。
此外,用于PVC加工过程的含硬脂酸类稳定剂、有机锡、抗氧剂与长链醇、酯类的复合稳定剂专利如:申请号为201410770932.4、201110190646.7、201310014732.1、201310040221.7与201610521747.0的专利文件均不适合用于MBS凝聚等后处理过程中,不仅影响MBS树脂透明度,而且无益于树脂色泽与耐热性的改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种改善MBS树脂粉末色泽的乳液组合物及由其制得的树脂,只需使用少量该乳液组合物,即可大幅度提高MBS树脂的初期色泽,并具有很高的耐热稳定性。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案为:
一种改善MBS树脂粉末色泽的乳液组合物,包括:油相组分和水相组分,油相包括抗氧剂、紫外吸收剂、热稳定剂、荧光增白剂和有机溶剂,水相包括乳化剂和水,按重量百分比各组分组成为:
优选的,所述抗氧剂为1076/DLTP的混合物,1076/DLTP复配比例为2:1~1:2。
优选的,所述紫外光吸收剂为UV-327。
优选的,所述的荧光增白剂为OB。
优选的,所述热稳定剂为甲基锡热稳定剂或辛基锡类热稳定剂。
优选的,所述有机溶剂为增塑剂和芳香烃的复合体,两者的复配比例为5:1~1:5,优选2:1~1:2,其用量为总乳液量的重量百分比为10~20%。
优选的,所述乳化剂用量为总乳液量的重量百分比为0.1~1.0%。
优选的,所述乳液的总固物含量为10~40%。
优选的,在与MBS胶乳混合前采用机械设备进行高速剪切速率下的进一步混合,制得均一乳液。
本发明的一种MBS树脂混合物,所述MBS树脂混合物含有一种改善MBS树脂粉末色泽的乳液组合物的干固物,所述干固物占MBS干胶总重量的百分比为0.01~5.0%。
本发明的优异的发明效果为:
采用本发明推荐的合成配方与合成工艺,可制得专用于MBS胶乳后处理的复合抗氧剂乳液,其体现了不同助剂同一目的的协同与互补,与现有工艺制备的MBS树脂相比,采用本发明合成的MBS树脂的初期色相与包含静态、动态热稳定性的耐老化性能得以明显改善。
具体实施方式
为了进一步阐明本发明为了达到预期目标所采取的技术手段及效果,一下结合较佳实施例,对本发明进行详细说明。
概况而言,本发明的一种改善MBS树脂粉末色泽的乳液组合物,包括油相组分和水相组分,其中油相组分包括抗氧剂、紫外光吸收剂、热稳定剂、荧光增白剂和有机溶剂,水相组分包括乳化剂和水。使用时将上述油相组分与水相组分高速机械混合制得均一乳液状分散体,添加到凝聚前的MBS树脂乳液中,使两种乳液混合均匀。只需少量,即可大幅度提高MBS树脂的初期色泽,并具有很高的耐热稳定性。
具体而言,一种改善MBS树脂粉末色泽的乳液组合物,按重量百分比各组分组成为:
本发明乳液的有效组份是抗氧剂、紫外光吸收剂、热稳定剂及荧光增白剂。
可以使用的抗氧剂如酚类抗氧剂、二价硫化物类抗氧剂以及亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂,可使用常用的紫外光吸收剂,包括邻羟基二苯甲酮和邻羟基苯并三唑两类。
更加具体的,本发明中的抗氧剂包括如四[亚甲基-3-(3’,5’-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]丁烷(抗氧剂1010)、N-环己基-N’-苯基对苯二胺(抗氧剂4010)、2,2’-甲撑双(4-甲基-6叔丁基苯酚(抗氧剂2246)、β-(3,5-二叔丁基羟基苯基)丙酸十八碳酸酯(抗氧剂1076)、三(2,4-叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯(抗氧剂168)、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(抗氧剂264)、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯(抗氧剂DLTP)、硫代二丙酸双十八碳酯(抗氧剂DSTP)等,抗氧剂用量为总乳液重量的10~30%。
在本发明中,更优选的抗氧剂为1076/DLTP的混合物,并且复配比例为1076/DLTP=2:1~1:2。
可以使用的热稳定剂包括铅盐类、金属皂类、有机锡类稳定剂、液体复合与环氧化合物类、磷酸酯类及多元醇类等,上述热稳定剂均可以用于本发明,但由于本发明的MBS组合物制品要求是无毒的,同时该稳定剂最好能兼起溶剂作用,从上述考虑,优选的热稳定剂是有机锡类。可使用的荧光增白剂包括苯并三唑类、苯并噁唑类及噻吩类等。
热稳定剂包括硫醇甲基锡(181)、二月桂酸二丁基锡、二月桂酸二辛基锡、马来酸二丁基锡、马来酸二辛基锡等,热稳定剂用量为总乳液重量的1~10%,在本发明中,优选的,所述热稳定剂为甲基锡热稳定剂或辛基锡类热稳定剂,如181有机锡稳定剂。
紫外光吸收剂包括2-(3’-二叔丁基-2’-羟基-5’-甲基苯基)-5-氯苯并三唑(UV-326)、2-(2’-羟基-3’,5’-二叔丁基苯基)-5-氯苯并三唑(UV-327)、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮(UV-531)及2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮(UV-9)、2-(2’-羟基-5’-甲基苯基)苯并三唑(UV-P)等,紫外光吸收剂用量为总乳液重量的0.1~1%。
本发明中,更优选的紫外光吸收剂为UV-327。
本发明中荧光增白剂包括1-(4-氨基磺酰基苯基)-3-(4-氯苯基)-1-吡啶啉(荧光增白剂DCB)、2,5-二[5’-叔丁基苯并恶唑-(2’)]-噻吩(荧光增白剂OB)、3-苯基-5,6-苯并香豆素(荧光增白剂OM)、4-苯氨基甲酰胺基-4’-(6-苯氨基-4-羟乙基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-氨基)-二苯乙烯-2,2’-二磺酸钠(荧光增白剂BR)、二苯乙烯双三嗪衍生物(荧光增白剂VBL)、4,4’-双(6-苯胺基-4-甲氧基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-氨基)-二苯乙烯2,2’-二磺酸钠(荧光增白剂PRS)等,荧光增白剂用量为总乳液重量的0.01~1.0%。
在本发明中,更优选的荧光增白剂为OB。
要使本发明的上述组分成为均匀溶液,需添加适宜的有机溶剂。本发明的有机溶剂可以是增塑剂类或芳香烃类,优选增塑剂和芳香烃的复合体系,两者的复配比例应介于5:1~1:5之间,最好是2:1~1:2之间。由于MBS树脂用作PVC透明抗冲改性剂,本体系中不希望出现影响透明性的物质,所选用的芳香烃类物质包括苯乙烯、α-甲基苯乙烯等,优选苯乙烯。增塑剂类物质包括各种羧酸酯类,如邻苯二甲酸、亚磷酸、己二酸、癸二酸等的甲酯、乙酯、丁酯、辛酯、异辛酯等,优选邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)。
有机溶剂的总用量为总乳液重量的5~50%,最好是10~20%之间。
本发明的有效组份用溶剂溶解制成油相组分后,还需与水相组分,即乳化剂溶液混合均匀。可选用的乳化剂有油酸钾、硬脂酸钾、歧化松香酸钾、十二烷基硫酸钠等。乳化剂的用量为总乳液重量的0.1~5.0%,最好是0.1~1.0%。
为了得到均一的乳液状分散体,可将上述混合溶液在高速剪切速率下进一步混合,混合设备没有特定限制,包括胶体磨、高速剪切泵、高速剪切器、均化器等。
本发明的乳液固含量为10~40%(重量),该乳液可保持30天内不破乳。
本发明的乳液可在MBS胶乳破乳前,与MBS胶乳进行混合,其添加量要使本发明乳液的干固量占MBS干胶重量的0.01~5.0%,混合均匀后在30~80℃温度下加入到破乳剂溶液中破乳,最后经熟化、离心、干燥制得MBS树脂。
与现有技术相比,本发明可大幅改善MBS树脂的初期色相与耐老化性能,同时树脂静态热稳定性和动态热稳定性也大大提高,此外,本发明合成工艺简单,使用方便,具有较好的可操作性。
为了更好的描述本发明的技术特点,特列出以下各实施例和比较例,但本发明并不局限于各实施例,如果没有违背本发明的构思,所作各种改变仍归属本发明的范畴。
如无特殊说明,下列实施例中除乳液浓度为重量%,其余各组分的量均指重量份。
实施例与比较例
实施例1~10
按表1所示,将实施例中乳液各组份按配制配方称量好后,用溶剂将其溶解,然后与乳化剂的水溶液进行混合。待混合均匀后,开启胶体磨或均化器,同时将混合物溶液倒入其中,乳化均匀后卸料。
室温、搅拌情况下,在MBS胶乳中加入MBS干胶重量0.5%的上述乳液干固物,混合均匀后在一定温度下加入硫酸的水溶液中进行破乳,之后升温至熟化温度将MBS树脂熟化,最后经离心干燥制得MBS树脂。目测其白度,然后在180℃下恒温箱中进行静态热稳定性的测定,在180℃双辊开炼机上进行动态热稳定性的测定。
比较例1
在实施例1中,去掉相应的紫外线吸收剂、荧光增白剂和溶剂,制得一种乳液。然后按与实施例1相同的步骤进行MBS树脂初期色相的对比。
比较例2
在实施例1中,去掉相应的紫外线吸收剂,制得乳液。然后按与实施例1相同的步骤进行MBS树脂初期色相的对比。
比较例3
在实施例1中,去掉相应的荧光增白剂,制得乳液。然后按与实施例1相同的步骤进行MBS树脂初期色相的对比。
比较例4
在实施例1中,去掉相应的有机锡稳定剂,制得乳液。然后按与实施例1相同的步骤进行MBS树脂初期色相的对比。
比较例5
在实施例1中,去掉相应的溶剂,改为加入等量的乙醇,制得乳液。然后按与实施例1相同的步骤进行MBS树脂初期色相的对比。
比较例6
在实施例1中,去掉相应的抗氧剂,制得乳液。然后按与实施例1相同的步骤进行MBS树脂初期色相的对比。
