本发明公开了一种外墙保温装饰一体板材的安装结构及其安装方法，其安装结构，包括保温装饰板、“T”型支架和“L”型支架，所述“L”型支架通过螺钉固定在墙面上，“T”型支架通过螺母与“L”型支架固定连接，保温装饰板通过复合挂件槽与“T”型支架固定连接。本发明的有益效果是，在使用的过程中，不仅安装简单方便，而且保温装饰板不易掉落。

一种外墙保温装饰一体板材的安装结构及其安装方法
技术领域
本发明涉及装修建材领域，特别涉及一种外墙保温装饰一体板材的安装结构及其安装方法。
背景技术
现有的外墙保温装饰板，是通过在墙面上开槽，然后将保温板通过胶水一层层的粘贴在墙面的，这样安装比较复杂，而且保温板时间久了容易脱落。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种不仅安装简单，且不易掉落的外墙保温装饰一体板材的安装结构及其安装方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种外墙保温装饰一体板材的安装结构，包括保温装饰板、“T”型支架和“L”型支架，所述“L”型支架通过螺钉固定在墙面上，“T”型支架通过螺母与“L”型支架固定连接，保温装饰板通过复合挂件槽与“T”型支架固定连接。
由本发明的一种优选方案所述，保温装饰板包括石材面板、保温材料和复合背板，保温材料设置在石材面板和复合背板之间。
由本发明的一种优选方案所述，复合挂件槽上设有胶孔。
由本发明的一种优选方案所述，“L”型支架与墙体接触的侧面上设有防滑点，防滑点可以防止“L”型支架晃动还可以防止螺钉松动。
由本发明的一种优选方案所述，“T”型支架和“L”型支架的接触面上设有齿口，齿口用于防止“T”型支架和“L”型支架之间打滑。
本发明还提供了一种外墙保温装饰一体板材的安装方法，包括如下步骤：
提供“T”型支架与“L”型支架，首先在墙体上将“L”型支架进行螺钉固定，然后将“T”型支架通过螺母与“L”型支架固定，调整“T”型支架与“L”型支架的位置，使“L”型支架与墙体紧密贴合，使“T”型支架的垂直面与墙面保持水平；
提供石材面板、保温材料、复合背板和复合挂件槽，首先将复合挂件槽和保温材料固定在石材面板和复合背板的之间，然后将复合挂件槽挂置在“T”型支架上，采用挂件专用复合胶进行填充，使其与“T”型支架固定连接，再在墙体与复合背板之间填充粘结砂浆。
由本发明的一种优选方案所述，粘结砂浆的粘结面积大于保温装饰板面积二分之一。
本发明的有益效果是，在使用的过程中，不仅安装简单方便，而且保温装饰板不易掉落。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种外墙保温装饰一体板材的安装结构，包括保温装饰板1、“T”型支架2、和“L”型支架3，保温装饰板1包括石材面板1-1、保温材料1-2和复合背板1-3，保温材料1-2设置在石材面板1-1和复合背板1-3之间。所述“L”型支架3通过螺钉4固定在墙面5上，“T”型支架2和“L”型支架3的接触面上设有齿口，齿口用于防止“T”型支架和“L”型支架之间打滑。所述“L”型支架3与墙体5接触的侧面上设有防滑点，防滑点可以防止“L”型支架3晃动还可以防止螺钉4松动。“T”型支架2通过螺母6与“L”型支架3固定连接，保温装饰板1通过复合挂件槽7与“T”型支架2固定连接，复合挂件槽7上设有胶孔7-1。
本发明还提供了一种外墙保温装饰一体板材的安装方法，包括如下步骤：
提供“T”型支架2与“L”型支架3，首先在墙体5上将“L”型支架3进行螺钉4固定，然后将“T”型支架2通过螺母6与“L”型支架3固定，调整“T”型支架2与“L”型支架3的位置，使“L”型支架3与墙体5紧密贴合，使“T”型支架2的垂直面与墙面5保持水平；
提供石材面板1-1、保温材料1-2、复合背板1-3和复合挂件槽7，首先将复合挂件槽7和保温材料1-2固定在石材面板1-1和复合背板1-3的之间，然后将复合挂件槽7挂置在“T”型支架2上，采用挂件专用复合胶进行填充，使其与“T”型支架2固定连接，再在墙体5与复合背板1-3之间填充粘结砂浆8。粘结砂浆8的粘结面积大于保温装饰板面积二分之一。
本发明的有益效果是，在使用的过程中，不仅安装简单方便，而且保温装饰板不易掉落。
本发明并不局限于上述实施例，在本发明公开的技术方案的基础上，本领域的技术人员根据所公开的技术内容，不需要创造性的劳动就可以对其中的一些技术特征作出一些替换和变形，这些替换和变形均在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种外墙保温装饰一体板材的安装结构，包括保温装饰板、“T”型支架和“L”型支架，所述“L”型支架通过螺钉固定在墙面上，“T”型支架通过螺母与“L”型支架固定连接，保温装饰板通过复合挂件槽与“T”型支架固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙保温装饰一体板材的安装结构，其特征在于，保温装饰板包括石材面板、保温材料和复合背板，保温材料设置在石材面板和复合背板之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙保温装饰一体板材的安装结构，其特征在于，复合挂件槽上设有胶孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙保温装饰一体板材的安装结构，其特征在于，“L”型支架与墙体接触的侧面上设有防滑点，防滑点可以防止“L”型支架晃动还可以防止螺钉松动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙保温装饰一体板材的安装结构，其特征在于，“T”型支架和“L”型支架的接触面上设有齿口，齿口用于防止“T”型支架和“L”型支架之间打滑。
6.本发明还提供了一种外墙保温装饰一体板材的安装方法，包括如下步骤：
