Abstract
本发明公开一种超亚光人造板制作工艺,能够将常规亚光板面的光泽度范围为20‑30GS转变成光泽度范围为3‑5GS的三聚氰胺装饰纸表面的超亚光人造板。超亚光板面比常规亚光板面的反射光线能力弱,经光泽度测定仪测量,常规亚光板面的光泽度范围为20‑30GS,超亚光板面的光泽度范围为3‑5GS。低光泽的板面,使超亚光饰面板板面图案和质感更具有真实感和亲和力,以满足消费者追求原生态家居的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造板制作工艺,尤其涉及一种超亚光人造板制作工艺。
背景技术
追求原生态家居生活,已成为消费者日益关注的重点。目前,亚光人造板产品的光亮效果已满足不了消费者个性化的追求。现有常规亚光板面的光泽度范围为20-30GS(光泽度单位),还是有明显的反光效果,带来的缺点是: 1、应用领域受到限制;2、仿真效果不突出。其缺点的导致原因是:1、亮光板面制成的家具或室内装饰材料,因反射光线的能力较强,在卧室、书房等安静场所中无法大面积使用。2、未进行表面处理的天然木材
纹理是不具亮光效果的,因此亮光面饰面板和常规亚光板面无法将天然木材的纹理更真实地表现出来,仿真效果不突出。
因此,有必要提供一种超亚光人造板制作工艺,以克服现有技术的缺点与不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种超亚光人造板制作工艺,其超低光泽的板面,使超亚光饰面板板面图案和质感更接近真实感和触摸感更具有亲和力,以满足消费者追求原生态家居的要求。。
为实现该目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种超亚光人造板制作工艺,以中密度板为基板,
首先将基板两面在温度为210-230摄氏度下通过热压贴三聚氰胺装饰纸;
第二,用UV底漆涂装在三聚氰胺装饰纸表面上,以增加附着力;
第三,沙光涂覆在三聚氰胺装饰纸表面上的UV底漆,以调整平整度;
第四,将上述沙光后的板材进行除尘后,再滚涂亚光涂料并进行波长为172微米UV紫外线光雾化后,再留置干燥20%后进行准分子灯照射并冲入液体纯氮气处理,使涂料中的亚光分子排列整齐,从而达到从原有的亚光度亚光柒变成无光亚光柒;
第五,最后用波长为172微米紫外线固化。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备如下优点:
本发明采用的热压工艺比常规亚光板面饰面板生产工艺热压温度高5℃ -10℃、热压时间短5s-10 s,可进一步实现短周期压贴生产。现有的亚光胶膜纸光泽度范围为20-30GS
(光泽度单位),本发明工艺处理后的三聚氰胺装饰纸纸的光泽度范围为3-5GS(光泽度单位)。低光泽的板面,使超亚光饰面板板面图案和质感更真实和自然,用手触摸起来更具有亲和力,以满足消费者追求原生态家居的要求。
【具体实施方式】
本发明一种超亚光人造板制作工艺,以中密度板为基板,
首先将基板两面在温度为210-230摄氏度下通过热压贴三聚氰胺装饰纸;
第二,用UV底漆涂装在三聚氰胺装饰纸表面上,以增加附着力;
第三,沙光涂覆在三聚氰胺装饰纸表面上的UV底漆,以调整平整度;先用320#沙袋进行打磨;然后用400#沙袋进行打磨;接着用600#沙袋进行打磨;最后用800#沙袋进行打磨。
第四,将上述沙光后的板材进行除尘后,再滚涂亚光涂料并进行波长为172微米UV紫外线光雾化后,再留置干燥20%后进行准分子灯照射并冲入液体纯氮气处理,使涂料中的亚光分子排列整齐,从而达到从原有的亚光度亚光柒变成无光亚光柒;
第五,最后用波长为172微米紫外线固化。经过修边、冷却平衡后,获得超亚光饰面板成品。
本发明采用的热压工艺比常规亚光板面饰面板生产工艺热压温度高5℃ -10℃、热压时间短5s-10 s,可进一步实现短周期压贴生产。现有的亚光胶膜纸光泽度范围为20-30GS
(光泽度单位),本发明工艺处理后的三聚氰胺装饰纸纸的光泽度范围为3-5GS(光泽度单位)。低光泽的板面,使超亚光饰面板板面图案和质感更真实和自然,用手触摸起来更具有亲和力,以满足消费者追求原生态家居的要求。
因此,上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但并不仅仅受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,均包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (2)
1.一种超亚光人造板制作工艺,以中密度板为基板,其特征在于:
首先将基板两面在温度为210-230摄氏度下通过热压贴三聚氰胺装饰纸;
第二,用UV底漆涂装在三聚氰胺装饰纸表面上,以增加附着力;
第三,沙光涂覆在三聚氰胺装饰纸表面上的UV底漆,以调整平整度;
第四,将上述沙光后的板材进行除尘后,再滚涂亚光涂料并进行波长为172微米UV紫外线光雾化后,再留置干燥20%后进行准分子灯照射并冲入液体纯氮气处理,使涂料中的亚光分子排列整齐,从而达到从原有的亚光度亚光柒变成无光亚光柒;
第五,最后用波长为172微米紫外线固化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超亚光人造板制作工艺,其特征在于:所述第三步包括以下步骤:先用320#沙袋进行打磨;然后用400#沙袋进行打磨;接着用600#沙袋进行打磨;最后用800#沙袋进行打磨。
