And the external shooting unit is used for shooting the front vehicle through a front camera of the shooting carrier vehicle to obtain a second front vehicle picture if the number of the front vehicle detected in real time is the reference number of the license plate within a second preset time after the preset voice is played through the broadcasting system, obtaining the picture containing the number of the front vehicle from the license plate snapshot machine, and taking the second front vehicle picture and the picture containing the number of the front vehicle as a vehicle snapshot record.

Claims (10)
1. A method of capturing a vehicle, comprising:
after monitoring the license plate number of a vehicle in front of a shooting carrier vehicle through a license plate snapshot machine, taking the monitored license plate number as a reference license plate number, and detecting whether the license plate number of the vehicle in front is the reference license plate number in real time through the license plate snapshot machine;
within a first preset time after the reference license plate number is determined, if the license plate numbers of the front vehicles detected in real time are all the reference license plate numbers, playing preset voice through a broadcasting system, photographing the front vehicles through a front camera of the photographing carrier vehicle to obtain a first front vehicle picture, and taking the first front vehicle picture as a vehicle snapshot record;
within a second preset time after preset voice is played through the broadcasting system, if the license plate numbers of front vehicles detected in real time are the reference license plate numbers, a front camera of the shooting carrier vehicle shoots the front vehicles to obtain a second front vehicle picture, a picture containing the license plate numbers of the front vehicles is obtained from the license plate snapshot machine, and the second front vehicle picture and the picture containing the license plate numbers of the front vehicles are used as vehicle snapshot records.
2. The vehicle snapshot method of claim 1, wherein within a first preset time after the reference license plate number is determined, if the license plate numbers of the front vehicles detected in real time are all the reference license plate numbers, the snapshot method further comprises:
and recording a video of a third preset time for the front vehicle through a front camera of the shooting carrier vehicle, and taking the video as a vehicle snapshot record.

The vehicle snapshot method of claim 1, wherein within a second predetermined time after a predetermined voice is played by the broadcasting system, if the license plate numbers of the front vehicles detected in real time are all the reference license plate numbers, the snapshot method further comprises:
shooting the interior of the vehicle through the built-in camera of the shooting carrier vehicle to obtain the picture of the interior of the shooting carrier vehicle, and taking the picture of the interior of the vehicle as a vehicle snapshot record.
4. The vehicle snapshot method of claim 1, wherein when detecting in real time by the license plate snapshot machine whether the license plate number of the preceding vehicle is a reference license plate number, the snapshot method further comprises:
if the license plate number of the front vehicle detected by the license plate snapshot machine in real time is not the reference license plate number, taking the currently detected license plate number of the front vehicle as the reference license plate number, and detecting whether the broadcasting system is currently playing preset voice and whether the camera is currently recording video;
if the broadcasting system is currently playing the preset voice, stopping playing;
and if the camera is currently recording the video, stopping recording.
5. The method for snapping a vehicle according to any of the claims 1 to 4, wherein after obtaining a vehicle snap record, the method further comprises:
and taking the obtained vehicle snapshot record as a vehicle violation record to be uploaded to a traffic violation system.
6. A snapshot apparatus of a vehicle, comprising:
the monitoring unit is used for taking the monitored license plate number as a reference license plate number after monitoring the license plate number of a vehicle in front of a shooting carrier vehicle through a license plate snapshot machine, and detecting whether the license plate number of the vehicle in front is the reference license plate number or not in real time through the license plate snapshot machine;

and the external shooting unit is used for shooting the front vehicle through a front camera of the shooting carrier vehicle to obtain a second front vehicle picture if the number of the front vehicle detected in real time is the reference number within a second preset time after the preset voice is played through the broadcasting system, obtaining the picture containing the number of the front vehicle from the license plate snapshot machine, and taking the second front vehicle picture and the picture containing the number of the front vehicle as vehicle snapshot records.
