本发明公开了一种高强度冲压模具钢,包括以下重量份的原料组成:碳1‑3份;硅15‑25份;锰0.2‑0.4份;铝0.1‑0.3份;镁0.1‑0.3份;铁30‑50份;铬1‑2份;钼0.05‑0.1份;塑料0.01‑0.03份。本发明在原料组分中添加有塑料,能够提高模具钢的强度,而且塑料中掺杂有少量的硅灰石,能够显著改善模具钢的耐腐蚀性能和热稳定性,大大提高模具的使用寿命,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及模具技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强度冲压模具钢。
背景技术
模具钢是用来制造冷冲模、热锻模压铸模等模具的钢种。模具是机械制造、无线电仪表、电机、电器等工业部门中制造零件的主要加工工具。模具的质量直接影响着压力加工工艺的质量、产品的精度产量和生产成本、而模具的质量与使用寿命除了靠合理的结构设计和加工精度外,主要受模具材料和热处理的影响。目前,国内各厂家生产的模具钢,耐磨性和强度不高,通常会加入玻璃纤维、碳纤维等的工程塑料材料,单纯使用这种材料,不能改善模具的使用寿命,不能满足各行各业的需求,成本较高。
因此,为了解决上述存在的技术问题,本发明提供了一种新的技术。

本发明的目的是提供了一种性能优异、使用寿命长以及成本低的高强度模具钢。
