Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an automatic water changing system for jellyfish cultivation and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of aquaculture equipment.
Background
Large edible jellyfish (Rhopilema esculentum) is an important fishing object in Chinese fishery all the time due to higher economic value, with the remarkable reduction of the fishing yield of the jellyfish from the middle of the 70 th to the middle of the 80 th in the 20 th century, more jellyfish proliferation and releasing activities are developed continuously in China coastal from the 90 th in the 20 th century, the jellyfish pond culture and import and export trade are rapidly developed after the 21 st century, the research work of industrial jellyfish seedling culture is rapidly developed, and the jellyfish culture industry is gradually developed into the support industry of aquaculture.
The Liaoning province and the Shandong province in China are big provinces in jellyfish cultivation, wherein the Liaoning province pioneers the jellyfish cultivation industry, the cumulative area of jellyfish pond cultivation reaches 111.7 ten thousand mu, the cumulative yield is 20.56 million tons, and the output value is 22.9 million yuan in the end of 2012. The jellyfish breeding development enables a large amount of idle breeding ponds in the landslide of the shrimp farming industry to be effectively utilized, and a new breeding industry is generated. The artificial breeding and estuary cultivation test of jellyfishes in Dongkong City of Liaoning province starts from 2001, the jellyfishes become one of the important species for seawater pond cultivation in 2010, and by 2016, the jellyfishes cultivation area in Dongkong city reaches more than 15 ten thousand mu, only the jellyfishes yield exceeds 8 million tons, and the output value exceeds 4 hundred million yuan.
The life history of jellyfish is quite complex and consists of the generation line and generation line of the scyphistoma stage of the benthic life and the jellyfish stage of the planktonic life, the mature scyphistoma generates cross-section reproduction under the appropriate environmental condition to release planktonic disc-shaped larvae with the umbrella diameter of about 2-5mm, the central opening of the disc-shaped larvae is closed when the disc-shaped larvae grow to about 1-2 cm in water to become young jellyfish, and the jellyfish finally grows to the diameter of about 30-50 cm to form jellyfish. The swimming ability of the jellyfish stage is weak, especially the shape of a dish, that is, the smaller the individual is, the weaker the swimming ability is. Swimming ability cannot compensate for the displacement caused by slight water flow, i.e., the individual shifts with the water flow. Similar problems exist in the larval rearing period of some ornamental jellyfishes.
The dish-shaped bodies and the young jellyfishes are the stages which are necessary to be experienced by jellyfish seedling raising, water changing of a culture pond is a necessary working part in the culture period, and the jellyfish dish-shaped bodies are gathered along with water flow and attached to a filter screen (a bolting silk net) due to the fact that the jellyfish dish-shaped bodies are only 2-5mm in size and very weak in swimming capability, so that the jellyfish dish-shaped bodies and the young jellyfishes are blocked by meshes or discharged out of the pond along with the water flow to cause loss. Therefore, the daily affair of jellyfish industrial seedling culture, namely the replacement of the water body in the culture pond, becomes the obstruction or the difficulty of the juvenile jellyfish, particularly the stage culture of the plate-shaped bodies.
In addition, with the development of jellyfish breeding industry in recent years, people summarize the successful experience of 'enlarging seedlings, having high success rate, high survival rate and good benefit' through continuously summarizing the experience. At present, most ponds adopt the modes of seedling amplification, multiple stocking and batch fishing. 30-80 large-size jellyfish seedlings (commonly called yolk seedlings) with the length of more than 4cm are placed at one time, the seedlings are generally placed 3-5 times and are fished for 3-5 times and the maximum jellyfish is fished for 6-7 times from ten days to 10 months in the middle of 5 months. Therefore, the fry cultivation time of the jellyfish young jellyfish stage in the seedling cultivation room is increased.
At present, a water changing method for a dish-shaped body and a young jellyfish in the jellyfish industrial seedling raising process is a net cage siphon method, namely a net cage with the side length of about 50 x 50cm is placed beside a culture pond, the dish-shaped body and the young jellyfish are isolated outside the net cage, a long water ladle is used for stirring and scooping water, a siphon is used during large amount of water changing, workers are required to stir the siphon manually or control the siphon to change water at the central position of a bolting silk frame all the time, and the water changing work is time-consuming and labor-consuming. For large ornamental jellyfishes, the existing jellyfish tanks are all suitable for young jellyfishes with the diameter of more than 1cm, the diameter of a jellyfish disk umbrella just released is only 2-5mm, and a water changing method for a laboratory aiming at small disk-shaped bodies is to sort the jellyfish disks into fresh seawater one by one, which wastes time and labor.
In conclusion, the fry cultivation is an important link and a key technology of jellyfish cultivation, the technical problem of water changing in the cultivation period of jellyfish dishes and young jellyfish can be solved practically, and the efficient automatic water changing device is urgently needed to improve the original labor mode, reduce the labor burden, innovate the production technology and improve the production efficiency.
