发明内容

图3至图4中示意性地示出了本文大体描述类型的示例性安装系统/图片悬挂条带。图片悬挂条带/胶带构造10包括由两个可分离连接件系统16和100连接在一起的第一拉伸释放胶带结构12和第二拉伸释放胶带结构14。第一拉伸释放粘合剂结构12通过可分离连接件系统16与第二拉伸释放胶带结构14连接,其中第一衬件18覆盖胶带10的一面并且第二衬件20覆盖胶带10的另一面。
在一些实施方案中,第一拉伸释放粘合剂结构12包括背衬层22以及背衬层22的相反主表面上的相同或不同压敏粘合剂组合物的粘合剂层24和26。图的各层的厚度相对于彼此未按比例绘制。在一些实施方案中,第二拉伸释放粘合剂结构14同样包括背衬层28以及背衬层28的相反主表面上的相同或不同压敏粘合剂组合物的粘合剂层30和32。在一些实施方案中,第一拉伸释放胶带结构12和第二拉伸释放胶带结构14的粘合剂层24和32的外表面分别覆盖有衬件18和20。在一些实施方案中,可针对最终应用调整一个或多个层的厚度。例如,可增大一个或多个层的厚度以确保安装系统的总厚度大于框撑或框托的厚度。
在一些实施方案中,背衬层22和28如图所示包括可拉伸聚合物泡沫层。在一些实施方案中,背衬层22和28可另选地包括可拉伸聚合物膜层。聚合物泡沫或聚合物膜的选择取决于胶带10的具体应用。
在一些实施方案中,第一拉伸释放胶带结构12和第二拉伸释放胶带结构14中的每一个优选地分别包括突片34和36。在一些实施方案中,突片34和36分别有利于胶带结构12和14中每一个胶带结构的拉伸释放。突片34优选以背衬层12的延伸部的形式提供。即,背衬层22在纵向比粘合剂层24或26延伸得更远。突片36包括在纵向比粘合剂层30和32延伸得更远的背衬28的延伸部。优选地,粘合剂层24、26、30和32各自分别覆盖背衬层22和28的类似区域。在一些实施方案中,突片34和36还可特别成形以有利于轻松抓持以便拉伸释放,如下所述。在使用固体粘合剂的情况下,可能还希望使突片为非粘性的。这可通过遮蔽粘合剂表面或通过使粘合剂表面为非粘性的(即,去除粘合剂表面的粘性)中的任何方式来实现。
在一些实施方案中,可分离连接件系统16优选地包括第一连接件部件38和第二连接件部件40。在一些实施方案中,第一连接件部件38通过粘合剂层26的表面粘结到第一拉伸释放胶带结构12。在一些实施方案中,第二连接件部件40通过粘合剂层30的表面粘结到第二拉伸释放胶带结构14。在一些实施方案中,第一连接件部件38和第二连接件部件40优选地与类似于粘合剂层24、26、30和32的区域共延并将该区域覆盖。
在一些实施方案中,可分离连接件系统16或100可包括已知或已开发出的任何可重复使用的连接件系统,以便将第一拉伸释放胶带结构12和第二拉伸释放胶带结构14连接在一起。优选地,可分离连接件系统16允许沿一般平面可重用地分离和连接拉伸释放胶带结构12和14。连接件系统16可包括包括例如机械式紧固件,包括互锁系统、相互啮合系统(具有连接而无宏观机械变形或干涉)、可释放接触响应紧固件等。在一些实施方案中,拉伸释放胶带结构12和14为可分离的,使得在分离连接件系统16之后,第一连接件部件38与第一拉伸释放胶带结构12保持在一起并且第二连接件部件40与第二拉伸释放胶带结构14保持在一起。

在一些实施方案中,可分离连接件系统16或100的连接区域和类型优选经过选择,使得使用者能轻松施加将胶带10分成第一拉伸释放胶带结构12和第二拉伸释放胶带结构14所需的力。此类力在基本垂直于连接件系统的一般平面的方向上施加,也可作为剥离力、裂解力、它们的组合或其它释放机构施加。所施加力的类型很大程度上取决于粘合在一起的物体。对于柔性非常强的材料,剥离力将可能是用于释放可分离连接件系统16的主要力。对于刚性材料,可能主要施加裂解力;即人员从框架的底部边缘牵拉(从而导致角位移),以释放定位在顶部的胶带10的可分离连接件系统16和/或100。如果框架被牵拉成在垂直方向释放,则施加垂直力。此外,连接件系统16或100应沿其分离的一般平面提供足够的强度,使得根据具体应用,可分离连接件16或100将不基于多个物体之间的胶带10的使用而分离。在诸如图片框架的物体安装到竖直墙壁表面的情况下,连接件系统16或100应在其分离的一般平面方向上具有足够的强度,使得在施加期间或随时间推移图片框架将不向下移动。可分离连接件系统16或100在平行于粘合剂层24和32的表面方向上提供内部静态剪切强度,以便支撑在该方向上在其之间附接有胶带10的物体。即,连接件系统16或100的剪切强度优选地等于或大于压敏粘合剂与其被施加至的表面能形成的最高剪切力(例如,约6磅每平方英寸(0.041MPa))。
图5示出了图4中以横截面示出的安装系统的光学级别前视图。图6A示意性地示出了安装系统10。图6B以横截面示意性地示出了现有技术的图片悬挂条带。
如图7和图8示意性地示出,胶带10可定位在第一物体50(墙壁)与第二物体52(图片框架)之间,并且第一物体50和第二物体52之间未延伸出胶带10的任何部分。图片框架可由定位成向墙壁提供平衡支撑的单个胶带10连接;然而,可使用任何数量的胶带10(例如,图7和图8中使用两个本文所述类型的安装系统)。此外,促进将物体重新定位在一起的能力以便精确对准和平衡定位。
对由端值限定的所有数值范围的表述旨在包括归入该范围内的所有数字(即,1至10的范围包括例如1、1.5、3.33和10)。

应当理解,连接件系统可具有许多使它们特别适于某些应用或适于将某些类型物体连接在一起的不同特性。因此,根据本发明,可使用任何此类连接件系统,但有利的是,可基于使它们特别适于具体应用或适于将某些类型物体连接在一起的特性选择所选的连接件系统。
本领域中的技术人员将会知道,可在不脱离本公开基本原理的前提下对上述实施方案和实施方式的细节做出许多改变。另外,在不脱离本公开实质和范围的前提下,对本公开的各种修改和变更将对本领域技术人员显而易见。因此,本公开的范围应当仅由以下权利要求书确定。
Claims (16)
1.一种安装系统,包括:
第一粘合剂结构,所述第一粘合剂结构包括:
第一背衬层,所述第一背衬层具有第一主表面和第二主表面以及第一端部和第二端部;
第一粘合剂层和第二粘合剂层,所述第一粘合剂层位于所述第一背衬层的所述第一主表面的至少一部分上方用于粘结到物体的表面,所述第二粘合剂层位于所述第二主表面的至少一部分上方;
其中所述第一背衬层的所述第二主表面借助所述第二粘合剂层的表面粘结到第一可分离连接件部件,所述第一可分离连接件部件具有覆盖所述第一背衬层的所述第二主表面的至少一部分的主表面;
第二粘合剂结构,所述第二粘合剂结构包括:
第二背衬层,所述第二背衬层具有第一主表面和第二主表面以及第一端部和第二端部;
第一粘合剂层,该第一粘合剂层位于所述第二背衬层的所述第一主表面的至少一部分上方用于粘结到另一物体的表面;和
第二可分离连接件部件,所述第二可分离连接件部件具有覆盖所述第二背衬层的所述第二主表面的至少一部分的第二可分离连接件表面;
其中所述第二背衬层和其第一粘合剂层能够一起拉伸,以在所述第二背衬层的第一粘合剂层粘结到所述另一物体之后通过沿所述第二背衬层的位于其第一端部和第二端部之间的延伸部向所述第二背衬层的所述第一端部施加力来实现该第一粘合剂层从所述另一物体的渐进式脱粘;
第三层,所述第三层具有第一主表面和第二主表面,该第一主表面包括能够可释放地连接到所述第一可分离连接件部件的第三可分离连接件部件,该第二主表面具有能够可释放地连接到所述第二可分离连接件部件的第四可分离连接件部件,其中当所述系统组装时,所述第三层设置在所述第一粘合剂结构和第二粘合剂结构之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安装系统,其中所述第三可分离连接件部件和所述第四可分离连接件部件中的至少一者包括位于其两个主表面中的至少一个主表面上的环接合部分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的安装系统,其中所述第三可分离连接件部件具有介于0.05英寸和1.0英寸之间的厚度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的安装系统,其中所述安装系统具有介于0.15英寸和5英寸之间的厚度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的安装系统,其中所述安装系统的厚度大于图片或照片框架上的框撑或框托的厚度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的安装系统,其中所述第三可分离连接件部件附接或附着到所述第一粘合剂结构或所述第二粘合剂结构中的一者。
7.根据权利要求1所述的安装系统,其中所述第一粘合剂结构为可拉伸释放的。
8.根据权利要求7所述的安装系统,其中所述第一背衬层为可拉伸的。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的安装系统,还包括:
非粘性可手动接合的突片部分,所述非粘性可手动接合的突片部分位于所述第一端部和所述第二端部中的一者处以有利于移除所述第一背衬层。
10.根据权利要求9所述的安装系统,其中所述突片部分有利于所述第一背衬层的拉伸。
11.根据权利要求1所述的安装系统,其中所述第一粘合剂结构和所述第二粘合剂结构中的至少一者包括压敏粘合剂。
12.根据权利要求1所述的安装系统,其中所述第一粘合剂结构的第一可分离连接件部件和所述第三层的第三可分离连接件部件限定第一可分离连接件系统,其中所述第二粘合剂结构的第二可分离连接件部件和第三层的第四可分离连接件部件限定第二可分离连接件系统,其中第一可分离连接件系统和第二可分离连接件系统均包括机械式紧固件或环接合紧固件材料中的至少一者。
13.根据权利要求12所述的安装系统,其中所述第一可分离连接件系统和第二可分离连接件系统的至少一者包括钩元件和环元件,并且所述钩元件中的至少一些具有蘑菇形、钩形、棕榈树形、钉形、T形或J形中的至少一者。
14.根据权利要求1所述的安装系统,其中所述第一粘合剂结构、第二粘合剂结构与所述第三层是可分离的,使得分离之后,所述第一可分离连接件部件与所述第一粘合剂结构保持在一起,并且所述第二可分离连接件部件与所述第二粘合剂结构保持在一起。
15.根据权利要求1所述的安装系统,其中所述第二可分离连接件部件拥有在不破坏a)第二可分离连接层连接表面和第四可分离连接层连接表面和b)第二背衬层上的第一粘合剂层和第二粘合剂层中的至少一者的情况下与所述第四可分离连接件部件连接、断开连接以及重新连接的能力。
16.根据权利要求15所述的安装系统,其中所述第一可分离连接件部件具有在不破坏a)第一可分离连接层连接表面和第三可分离连接层连接表面和b)第二背衬层上的第一粘合剂层和第二粘合剂层中的至少一者的情况下与所述第三可分离连接件部件连接、断开连接以及重新连接的能力。
