Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种软管连接装置,该装置包括可相互连接的插入件和插口件。
现在已知许多不同类型的连接装置,用于将两个软管或一个软管和一个管子相互连接起来。然而已知的实施例其共同之点在于,一个连接件例如利用软管夹具固定于软管端部的连接件在软管的端部形成一个凸出部。该凸出部装有用于将软管的端部连接到另一个安装在管子或另一个软管上的装置。因此已知类型的连接装置被认为是过分的复杂,制造成本高。
按照本发明,提供一种软管连接装置,在该装置中,插口件可插入到软管的端部分,上述插口件具有在插入件插入到该插口件中之后固定该插入件的装置。因此提供了一种很紧凑的软管连接件,这种连接件是可靠的,同时制造成本低。在所述权利要求书中说明了本发明装置的特征。

按照本发明,装置包括插口件1,该插口件的主要部件是套筒2,该套筒由例如一段金属管或挤压塑料管构成。该套管2具有若干弹性舌部4,该舌部沿导管的内壁3均匀间隔开,在所示实施例中该舌部与套筒2的入口5隔开相同的距离,朝着离开入口的方向并从内壁3稍向内凸出。弹性舌部4最好通过在套筒的内壁3上冲出的狭缝6形成。套筒2从入口5看去的内部分具有凹部7。当将软管8套在套筒2上时,该凹部7形成一个环形的外部填塞边缘,该边缘透入到软管材料。将外套筒9套在软管的端部,并加压,沿软管的端部将其固定。由此,软管8的材料一方面被锁定地压在凹部7的周围,另一方面又将舌部4弹性地稍为压入套筒2内,以增加其弹力。在套筒2内,凹部7形成一个环形槽,在该槽中装入密封环10。因此插口件1主要地装在软管8的端部分。
图1的插入件11是一个管子件,该管子件具有许多对应于弹性舌部4数目的横向边缘13。这些横向边缘13可以通过例如切去外壁12的材料的方法形成。也可通过压铸材料的方法形成,或者,如果插入件11用塑料制作,则可以通过注射模制插入件11的方法形成这些横向边缘。在图1所示的插入件11的实施例中,插入件利用凸缘螺母15连接于有外螺纹的管14上。
在将插入件11沿正确的角位置插入插口件1,使插入件的前部分受压通过密封环10时,弹性舌部4将快速卡合进入插入件11的横向边缘13后面的位置,从而将插入件锁定在插口件上。因此将插口件1连接于插入件11的这种连接形成一种卡口连接。
因为外套筒9挤压地支承软管的端部分,所以弹性舌部4将被压在插入件11和弹性软管材料之间。因此弹性舌部4与其保持在自由状态的情况相比变得更耐用,而且使插入件11连接插口件时只需要相当小的安装力。同时这种连接可以承受相当大的拉力而没有弹性舌部4弯曲和使连接脱开的危险。
当要使插入件11与插口件1分开时,便使部件1和11彼此相对转动,造成弹性舌部4位于横向边缘侧面的位置,这样便可以将插入件11从插口件1中拉出。
图2中示出一个实施例,其中插口件1与图1实施例的插口件完全相同,但插入件16具有螺纹部分17,该螺纹部分预定拧在某种机器例如泵上。
图3和4示出一个实施例,其中插口件18在其入口5上具有横向法兰19,上述法兰具有凸部20。在此实施例中,插入件21装有相应的横向法兰22,利用该法兰可将插入件21连接于某种机器的壁23上。在将插口件18连接于插入件21,并使插口件18转动就位于各个弹性舌部4快速卡入横向边缘13后面的位置时,凸部20也同时被配置成啮合于插入件21的横向法兰上的切口24中。这样,人们便可以清楚地看见两个部件18和21已被连接在一起的标志,而不一定要特别倾听在弹性舌部4啮合横向边缘13的后表面时卡合的声音,或不一定需要采用试图拉出部件的方法来检查连接。
图5示出一个实施例,该实施例中由中间法兰25分开的两个插入件21彼此相反取向,该中间法兰具有指向各自方向的切口24。按照此实施例,实现连接的方式与最后说明的实施例的方式相同,即,将插口件18从一侧加到插入件21上,然后转动,直到在各个插口件18上的凸部20啮合在中间法兰25上的相应切口24。此实施例是一个例子,说明如何快速地连接两个软管8。
图6和7示出一个实施例,其中,插入件26被设计成具有大的凹陷区域27,使得具有充分宽度的其余部分形成杆28,该杆沿插入件26等间隔配置。在杆28之间延伸的横向边缘部分29显著大于上述实施例的插入件的横向边缘,即如图7和8所示,该边缘在插入件26的较长部分的周面上延伸。如在某些情况下需要的,这使得可以在相当长的部分上使插入件和插口件彼此相对转动,然后插口件的弹性舌部才转到杆28上,使部件分开。
本发明不限于所示和所说明的实施例,而可以在所附权利要求书的范围内以各种方式改变。用于指示插口件和插入件正确的相对转动位置以便连接这些部件的标记当然可以以不同于凸部20和切口24的方式表示,例如可以采用在材料上的划痕线或颜色标记作指示。
Claims (5)
1.一种软管连接装置,包括可相互连接的插入件(11、16、21、26)和插口件(1、18),其特征在于:插口件(1、18)由套筒(2)构成,上述套筒具有许多沿套筒(2)的内壁(3)以等距间隔开的方式延伸的弹性舌部(4),该舌部朝着离开套筒(2)的入口(5)的方向,并从内壁(3)向内凸出,上述套筒可插入到软管(8)的端部分;配置装置(9),以便围绕套筒(2)向软管的端部分加压,使软管(8)和套筒(2)固定在一起,使得软管端部分的材料弹性地压靠在弹性舌部(4)上,从而增加其弹性;插入件(11、12、21、26)由管子部分构成,该插入件可连接于例如一个管子(14)或一个软管(8)上,上述管子部分在其外壁(12)上具有许多横向边缘(13、19),该边缘的数目等于插口件的套筒(2)上的弹性舌部(4)的数目,上述弹性舌部(4)被配置成在插入件(11、16、21、26)正被插入到插口件(1、18)时可以弹性地快速卡入在插入件(11、16、21、26)的横向边缘(13、29)后面的位置,从而不能拉开插口件(1、18)和插入件(11、16、21、26),直至上述部件彼此相对转动到一个位置,在该位置时弹性舌部(4)占据横向边缘(13、29)侧面的位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,插口件(18)的入口(5)上具有横向法兰(19),该法兰具有凸部(20),当插口件(18)连接于插入件(21)时上述凸部配置成一当弹性舌部(4)快速卡入横向边缘(13)后面的位置时便啮合在插入件(21)的相应横向法兰(22)上的切口(24)中。
3.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,插入件(11、16、21、26)的横向边缘(13、29、32)是通过磨去或切去插入件(11、16、21、26、30)的外壁(12)上的材料作成的。
4.如上述任一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,插入件(11、16、21、26、30)的横向边缘(13、29、32)是通过将材料向下压或压入插入件(11、16、21、26、30)的外壁(12)作成的。
5.如上述任一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,当注射模制插入件(11、16、21、26、30)时,形成插入件(11、16、21、26、30)的横向边缘(13、29、32)。
