背景技术
虾以其肉质鲜嫩、营养丰富而深受消费者的喜爱。特别是近几年来,随着我国经济的迅速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,各种虾类产品逐渐进入寻常百姓的餐桌。同时,旅游业的兴起和对外贸易的增长,进一步促进了我国虾类养殖业和加工业的发展。
在虾类养殖过程中,由于虾的摄食方式为抱食,用螯足抓住颗粒饲料后,沿饲料外沿一口口啃食,进食过程较长,因此需要虾类饲料保持适宜的耐水性,避免虾饲料在水中散失,影响虾类的喂养,但是目前虾类饲料的耐水性较低,容易散失,且目前虾类饲料的营养并不均衡,影响虾类的生长速度。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种耐水虾饲料,本发明营养全面,耐水性好,易沉于水底,方便虾类进食。
本发明提出的一种耐水虾饲料,其原料按重量份包括:豆粕15-35份,鱼粉蛋白15-25份,菜泊10-15份,鸡肝10-15份,玉米淀粉10-12份,油脂4-8份,氯化钙2-5份,葡萄糖6-8份,果糖1-3份,硅藻土8-10份,氨基酸2-4份,虾用维生素0.1-0.3份,虾用矿物质0.1-0.3份,复合磷脂1-2份,乌贼膏3-5份,杀菌剂1-3份,防腐剂1-3份,包膜材料20-30份。

本发明通过选用适宜的原料并以适宜比例相互配合,使得本发明中蛋白质、脂肪和糖类含量保持在适宜范围,使其适应虾类生长的营养需求,并通过与氨基酸、虾用维生素、虾用矿物质、复合磷脂、乌贼膏相互配合,使本发明营养全面,避免虾类因缺乏某种营养成分,而导致生长缓慢,抵抗力降低;添加适宜种类的氨基酸相互配合,可以提高肝胰腺消化酶活性和养分利用率,促进虾对营养成分的吸收和利用,进而促进生长;适宜比例的氨基酸,可以进一步促进虾的生长;选用大蒜素、肉桂精油、丁香油酚作为杀菌剂,具有良好的杀菌作用,且不会污染虾类生活的水体环境,维持良好的水体环境;选用番茄红素和虾青素具有良好的抗氧化作用,在保持本发明具有较长保质期的同时,可以与鱼油、红花油相互配合,增加虾体内超氧化物歧化酶的活性,减少虾肉中的多余脂肪,改善虾肉的品质;乌贼膏含有多种营养成分,且可以改善饲料口味,促进虾进食,进而促进虾生长;选用羧甲基壳聚糖和甲基纤维素以合适比例复配作为包膜材料,使得本发明具有适宜的耐水性,避免在水中过早溶散或在水中难以软化,阻碍虾类进食;硅藻土与各物质相互混合,并吸附各物质,使得制得的颗粒,具有较好的粘结性,避免包膜层被咬食开后,内容物的快速容散;且硅藻土和各物质紧密吸附并被包膜后,使得本发明的具有较好的紧实度,增加本发明的密度,易于沉在水低,进一步方便虾类进食。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种耐水虾饲料,其原料按重量份包括:豆粕25份,鱼粉蛋白20份,菜泊12份,鸡肝12份,玉米淀粉11份,油脂6份,氯化钙3.5份,葡萄糖7份,果糖2份,硅藻土9份,氨基酸3份,虾用维生素0.2份,虾用矿物质0.2份,复合磷脂1.5份,乌贼膏4份,杀菌剂2份,防腐剂2份,包膜材料25份。
实施例2
一种耐水虾饲料,其原料按重量份包括:豆粕15份,鱼粉蛋白25份,菜泊10份,鸡肝15份,玉米淀粉10份,油脂8份,氯化钙2份,葡萄糖8份,果糖1份,300目硅藻土8份,氨基酸4份,虾用维生素0.1份,虾用矿物质0.3份,复合磷脂1份,乌贼膏5份,杀菌剂1份,防腐剂3份,包膜材料20份;
其中,包膜材料为羧甲基壳聚糖和甲基纤维素,其中,羧甲基壳聚糖和甲基纤维素的重量比为1:2.5;
所述耐水虾饲料中,蛋白质含量为38wt%,脂肪含量为8wt%,糖类含量为12wt%;
油脂包括鱼油和红花油,其中,鱼油和红花油的重量比为2:3;
氨基酸为精氨酸和赖氨酸,其中,精氨酸和赖氨酸的重量比为1.6:1。
实施例3
一种耐水虾饲料,其原料按重量份包括:豆粕35份,鱼粉蛋白15份,菜泊15份,鸡肝10份,玉米淀粉12份,油脂4份,氯化钙5份,葡萄糖6份,果糖3份,200目硅藻土10份,氨基酸2份,虾用维生素0.3份,虾用矿物质0.1份,复合磷脂2份,乌贼膏3份,杀菌剂3份,防腐剂1份,包膜材料30份;
其中,包膜材料为羧甲基壳聚糖和甲基纤维素,其中,羧甲基壳聚糖和甲基纤维素的重量比为1:2;
所述耐水虾饲料中,蛋白质含量为40wt%,脂肪含量为6wt%,糖类含量为14wt%;
油脂包括鱼油和红花油,其中,鱼油和红花油的重量比为1:5;
氨基酸为精氨酸和赖氨酸,其中,精氨酸和赖氨酸的重量比为1.4:1;
杀菌剂为大蒜素、肉桂精油;
防腐剂为番茄红素和虾青素,其中,番茄红素和虾青素的重量比为1:1.5。
实施例4
一种耐水虾饲料,其原料按重量份包括:豆粕20份,鱼粉蛋白23份,菜泊11份,鸡肝13份,玉米淀粉10.5份,油脂7份,氯化钙3份,葡萄糖7.5份,果糖1.5份,300目硅藻土8.5份,氨基酸3.5份,虾用维生素0.15份,虾用矿物质0.25份,复合磷脂1.2份,乌贼膏4.5份,杀菌剂1.5份,防腐剂2.5份,包膜材料22份;
其中,包膜材料为羧甲基壳聚糖和甲基纤维素,其中,羧甲基壳聚糖和甲基纤维素的重量比为1:2.3;
所述耐水虾饲料中,蛋白质含量为38.5wt%,脂肪含量为7.5wt%,糖类含量为12.5wt%;
油脂包括鱼油和红花油,其中,鱼油和红花油的重量比为1.7:3.5;
氨基酸为精氨酸和赖氨酸,其中,精氨酸和赖氨酸的重量比为1.55:1;
杀菌剂为大蒜素、肉桂精油、丁香油酚;
防腐剂为番茄红素和虾青素,其中,番茄红素和虾青素的重量比为1:1;
在耐水虾饲料中的制备过程中,将豆粕、鱼粉蛋白、菜泊、鸡肝、玉米淀粉粉碎混匀,加入油脂、氯化钙、葡萄糖、果糖、硅藻土、氨基酸、虾用维生素、虾用矿物质、复合磷脂、乌贼膏混匀,加入调制器中,通入蒸汽,调节温度为100℃,保温2h,加入杀菌剂、防腐剂混匀,制粒,过100目筛得到混合颗粒;用包膜材料水溶液对混合颗粒进行包衣,干燥,过80目筛得到耐水虾饲料,其中,包膜材料水溶液中,包膜材料和水的重量比为3:100。
实施例5
一种耐水虾饲料,其原料按重量份包括:豆粕30份,鱼粉蛋白17份,菜泊13份,鸡肝11份,玉米淀粉11.5份,油脂5份,氯化钙4份,葡萄糖6.5份,果糖2.5份,200目硅藻土9.5份,氨基酸2.5份,虾用维生素0.25份,虾用矿物质0.15份,复合磷脂1.8份,乌贼膏3.5份,杀菌剂2.5份,防腐剂1.5份,包膜材料28份;
其中,包膜材料为羧甲基壳聚糖和甲基纤维素,其中,羧甲基壳聚糖和甲基纤维素的重量比为1:2.1;
所述耐水虾饲料中,蛋白质含量为39.5wt%,脂肪含量为6.5wt%,糖类含量为13.5wt%;
油脂包括鱼油和红花油,其中,鱼油和红花油的重量比为1.3:4.5;
氨基酸为精氨酸和赖氨酸,其中,精氨酸和赖氨酸的重量比为1.45:1;
杀菌剂为大蒜素;
防腐剂为番茄红素和虾青素,其中,番茄红素和虾青素的重量比为1:1.3;
在耐水虾饲料中的制备过程中,将豆粕、鱼粉蛋白、菜泊、鸡肝、玉米淀粉粉碎混匀,加入油脂、氯化钙、葡萄糖、果糖、硅藻土、氨基酸、虾用维生素、虾用矿物质、复合磷脂、乌贼膏混匀,加入调制器中,通入蒸汽,调节温度为110℃,保温1.5h,加入杀菌剂、防腐剂混匀,制粒,过150目筛得到混合颗粒;用包膜材料水溶液对混合颗粒进行包衣,干燥,过60目筛得到耐水虾饲料,其中,包膜材料水溶液中,包膜材料和水的重量比为1:20。
试验例1
对实施例1-5进行耐水性和密度检测,并以市售普通虾饲料为对照组,结果如下:
由上表可以看出本发明耐水性好,在水中不易溶散,密度较高,能下沉至水底。
试验例2
用实施例1-5对河虾进行饲养,记为试验组1-5,并从市场上购买常规河虾饲料进行饲养,记为对照组;其中各组的饲养管理方式相同,河虾平均大小、体重相似,喂养70天后,统计数据,结果如下:

由上表可得饲喂本发明70天后,河虾的增重量、存活率远大于饲喂普通河虾饲料,由此可以看出本发明营养丰富、能量充足、能大大促进河虾的健康生长。

1.一种耐水虾饲料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:豆粕15-35份,鱼粉蛋白15-25份,菜泊10-15份,鸡肝10-15份,玉米淀粉10-12份,油脂4-8份,氯化钙2-5份,葡萄糖6-8份,果糖1-3份,硅藻土8-10份,氨基酸2-4份,虾用维生素0.1-0.3份,虾用矿物质0.1-0.3份,复合磷脂1-2份,乌贼膏3-5份,杀菌剂1-3份,防腐剂1-3份,包膜材料20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述耐水虾饲料,其特征在于,包膜材料为羧甲基壳聚糖和甲基纤维素。
3.根据权利要求2所述耐水虾饲料,其特征在于,羧甲基壳聚糖和甲基纤维素的重量比为1:2-2.5。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述耐水虾饲料,其特征在于,硅藻土为200-300目。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述耐水虾饲料,其特征在于,所述耐水虾饲料中,蛋白质含量为38-40wt%,脂肪含量为6-8wt%,糖类含量为12-14wt%。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述耐水虾饲料,其特征在于,油脂包括鱼油和红花油,其中,鱼油和红花油的重量比为1-2:3-5。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述耐水虾饲料,其特征在于,氨基酸为精氨酸和赖氨酸,其中,精氨酸和赖氨酸的重量比为1.4-1.6:1。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述耐水虾饲料,其特征在于,杀菌剂为大蒜素、肉桂精油、丁香油酚中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述耐水虾饲料,其特征在于,防腐剂为番茄红素和虾青素,其中,番茄红素和虾青素的重量比为1:1-1.5。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述耐水虾饲料,其特征在于,在耐水虾饲料中的制备过程中,将豆粕、鱼粉蛋白、菜泊、鸡肝、玉米淀粉粉碎混匀,加入油脂、氯化钙、葡萄糖、果糖、硅藻土、氨基酸、虾用维生素、虾用矿物质、复合磷脂、乌贼膏混匀,加入调制器中,通入蒸汽,调节温度为100-110℃,保温1.5-2h,,加入杀菌剂、防腐剂混匀,制粒,过100-150目筛得到混合颗粒;用包膜材料水溶液对混合颗粒进行包衣,干燥,过60-80目筛得到耐水虾饲料;优选地,包膜材料水溶液中,包膜材料和水的重量比为3-5:100。
