发动机10优选地利用合适的硬件而机械化(mechanized),并且发动机控制器优选地包括合适的控制例程,以在动力总成100的持续运行期间执行自动启动和自动停止功能、加注燃料和燃料切断(FCO)功能、以及全气缸和气缸停用功能。发动机10在不旋转时被认为是处于关闭(OFF)状态。发动机10在旋转时被认为处于打开(ON)状态。全气缸状态包括所有发动机气缸通过被加注燃料和点火而被启用的发动机操作。气缸停用状态包括这样的发动机操作,其中,一个或多个发动机气缸通过未加注燃料和不点火而被停用,并且优选地,以发动机排气阀处于打开状态而操作,以便最小化泵送损失,同时其余气缸被加注燃料和点火,从而产生扭矩。所述ON状态可以包括发动机10正在旋转且不被加注燃料的FCO状态。所述ON状态可以包括气缸停用状态。所述ON状态可以包括与气缸停用状态结合的FCO状态。用于执行自动启动、自动停止、FCO和气缸停用控制的发动机机动化和控制例程是已知的,这里不再描述。发动机操作可以在发动机状态的背景中描述,包括发动机操作状态、发动机加注燃料状态和发动机气缸状态。发动机操作状态优选包括ON和OFF状态。发动机加注燃料状态被加注燃料状态和FCO状态。发动机气缸状态包括全气缸状态和气缸停用状态。
电机30优选地是被配置为将存储的电能转换成机械动力,并将机械动力转换成可以存储在DC电源(48V电池)70中的电能的多相电动机/发电机。48V电池70优选地配置在标称48V DC电压电平下。电机30优选地包括转子和定子,并且经由逆变器模块36电连接到48V电池70。转子联接到可旋转构件32,其联接至作为离轴机械驱动系统40的元件的马达带轮34。可替代地,可以使用其它的非燃烧式扭矩机,例如气动动力装置或液压动力装置来代替电机30。作为定义,非燃烧式扭矩机是通过将势能源转换为动能而不具有势能的燃烧的任何能够产生扭矩的装置。势能源的非限制性示例可以包括电能、气动能和液压能。气动动力装置和液压动力装置是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
变矩器50是布置在发动机10的输入构件18与变速器60的输入构件51 之间的可旋转的扭矩联接装置。变矩器50优选地包括可旋转地联接到曲轴 12的泵56、定子57、可旋转地联接到输入构件51至变速器60的推进器58 和可控离合器59。当离合器59被停用或被释放时,变矩器50操作以提供泵 56和推进器58之间的流体扭矩联接,并且,当离合器59被启动时,提供泵 56和推进器58之间的机械扭矩联接。与变矩器和变矩器离合器的设计有关的其他细节是已知的,这里不再详细描述。泵56联接至外滑轮52,其可以设置在泵56的外周上。动力总成系统100的部分的一个示例性实施例包括变矩器50和外滑轮52,如图2所示。可替代地,外滑轮52可以布置在独立的带轮上,其固定地附接到泵56以与其一起旋转,其外周基本上等于泵56 的外周并与其同轴。
在一个实施例中,离轴机械驱动系统40优选地包括联接至变矩器50的泵56的外滑轮52、联接至电机30的转子的马达带轮34,以及连续的带42。外滑轮52和马达带轮34经由连续的带42可旋转地联接,以在它们之间传递扭矩。外滑轮52和马达带轮34可适合地配置具有带接触表面,该表面具有单一圆周凹槽、多个圆周凹槽、径向齿、或其它合适的布置的形式,并且,连续的带42依据马达带轮34和外滑轮52的带接触表面而被配置。优选地,离轴机械驱动系统40包括带张紧器,以确保连续的带42接触马达带轮34 和外滑轮52的带接触表面的至少180°。在一个实施例中,连续的带42可采用芳纶芯线制造。在一个实施例中,外滑轮52和马达带轮34之间带轮比率为2.5:1。可替代地,外滑轮52和马达带轮34经由连续的链条可旋转地联接,以在它们之间传递扭矩。可替代地,外滑轮52和马达带轮34经由啮合的齿轮可旋转地联接,以在它们之间传递扭矩。
在一个实施例中,变速器60可以台阶齿轮的配置布置,并且可以包括一个或多个差速齿轮组和可启用离合器,该离合器配置为以多个固定齿轮状态中的一个作用扭矩传输,所述多个固定的齿轮状态涉及发动机10、输入构件51和输出构件62之间的转速比的范围。变速器60可包括第一转速传感器,其具有霍尔效应传感器或其它合适的传感器的形式,其可配置为监测输入构件51的转速,和/或第二转速器,其可以配置为监测输出构件62的转速。变速器60可包括任意合适的配置,并且可以是在固定齿轮状态之间自动切换的自动化变速器,以便以一齿轮比操作,该齿轮比实现输出扭矩需求和发动机运行点之间优选的匹配。变速器60自动地执行加档以换挡至在预设速度/载荷点下具有较小数的倍增比(齿轮比)的齿轮状态,并且执行减档以换挡至在预设速度/载荷点下具有较大数的倍增比的齿轮状态。变速器60可使用可控液压回路来控制,该液压回路与变速器控制器通信,该控制器可集成到控制器15中,或与控制器15分离。变速器控制器优选地控制变矩器离合器59。变速器60执行加档以换挡至具有较小数的倍增比(齿轮比)的固定齿轮状态,并且执行减档以换挡至具有较大数的倍增比的固定齿轮状态。变速器加档可能需要发动机转速的降低,以便发动机速度匹配由齿轮比倍增的变速器输出速度,该齿轮比处于与目标齿轮状态关联的齿轮比。变速器减档可能需要发动机转速的增加,以便发动机速度匹配由齿轮比倍增的变速器输出速度,该齿轮比处于与目标齿轮状态关联的齿轮比。变速器和变速器切换的设计是已知的,这里不再详细描述。变速器操作可在控制变量的背景下描述,该控制变量可通信至有关所选择的固定齿轮状态的变速器60。
在一个实施例中,传动系90可包括机械地联接到(多个)轴94的差速齿轮装置92,所述轴机械地联接到(多个)轮96。传动系90经由(多个) 轮96在变速器60的输出构件和路面之间传递牵引力。动力系100是示意性的,并且这里描述的概念适用于类似配置的其他动力总成系统。
逆变器模块36配置有包括功率晶体管的适当的控制电路,例如用于将直流电力转换成交流电力、以及将交流电力转换为直流电力的集成栅极双极型晶体管(IGBT)。逆变器模块36优选地采用IGBT的脉宽调制(PWM) 控制将来自48V电池70的存储的直流电力转换为交流电力,以驱动电机30 产生扭矩。类似地,逆变器模块36将传递到电机30的机械动力转换为直流电力,以产生可存储在48V电池70中的电能,包括作为再生制动控制策略的一部分。逆变器模块36从控制器15接收马达控制命令,并控制逆变器状态以提供期望的马达驱动操作或再生制动操作。在一个实施例中,辅助 DC/DC电力转换器76电连接到总线,并且提供电力以通过低压总线对低压电池78充电。这样的电力连接是已知的,并没有详细描述。低压电池78向动力总成系统100和车辆上的低压系统提供低压电力,包括例如起动器20、电动窗、HVAC风扇、座椅和其它装置。在一个实施例中,低压电池78被配置为以标称12V DC电压电平工作。
48V电池70优选地设置为以48V DC的标称电压电平提供电力,并且可以是任何直流电源,例如多单体锂离子装置、超级电容器、或其他合适的装置,其不受限制。与48V电池70相关的监视参数优选地包括电荷状态 (SOC)、温度等。在一个实施例中,48V电池70可以经由车载电池充电器电连接到远程离车电源,以在车辆静止时进行充电。
控制器15可以信号地连接到操作员接口(未示出),并且提供具有多个控制装置的分级控制,以对动力总成100的各个元件进行操作控制,包括例如逆变器模块36、发动机控制器和变速器控制器。控制器15直接或经由通信总线16与逆变器模块36、发动机控制器和变速器控制器中的每一个进行通信,以监视并控制它们的操作。

响应于操作者的请求的车辆操作包括加速、制动、稳态运行、滑行 (coasting)和怠速(idling)的操作模式。加速模式包括提高车速的操作者请求。制动模式包括降低车速的操作者请求。稳态运行模式包括一车辆操作,其中车辆当前地以速度速率运动,而不存在用于制动或加速的操作者请求,该车速根据当前的车辆速度和车辆动量、车辆风阻和滚动阻力、和传动系惯性阻力来决定。滑行模式包括车辆操作,其中车速高于最小阈值速度,并且操作者对加速器踏板的请求处于小于维持当前车辆速度所需的点。怠速模式包括车速处于或接近零的车辆操作。

Claims (10)
1.一种动力总成系统,包括:
内燃发动机,其包括曲轴;
电机,其包括可旋转的轴,其中,所述可旋转的轴联接至马达带轮;以及
变矩器,其包括推进器和泵,其中,所述泵联接至外滑轮;
其中,所述变矩器的外滑轮可旋转地联接至所述电机的马达带轮;
其中,所述电机经由离轴机械驱动系统联接至所述变矩器的泵;以及
其中,所述曲轴经由离合器联接至所述变矩器的泵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力总成系统,其中,所述离合器是可选择的单向离合器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的动力总成系统,还包括联接至所述曲轴的起动器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的动力总成系统,还包括电连接至逆变器的所述电机,所述逆变器电连接至电源,其中,所述电源配置为以低于60V DC的电压电平操作。
5.根据权利要求1所述的动力总成系统,其中,所述变矩器的外滑轮经由连续的带可旋转地联接至所述电机的马达带轮。
6.根据权利要求1所述的动力总成系统,其中,所述变矩器的外滑轮经由链可旋转地联接至所述电机的马达带轮。
7.根据权利要求1所述的动力总成系统,其中,所述变矩器的外滑轮经由啮合齿轮可旋转地联接至所述电机的马达带轮。
8.根据权利要求1所述的动力总成系统,还包括变速器和传动系,所述变速器包括输入构件和输出构件;
其中,所述变速器的输入构件联接至所述变矩器的推进器;以及
其中,所述变速器的输出构件联接至所述传动系。
9.根据权利要求8所述的动力总成系统,还包括操作性地连接至所述动力总成系统的控制器,所述控制器包括指令集,所述指令集可执行以自动停止内燃发动机,以及控制所述动力总成系统的操作处于仅电动驱动模式,以将推进动力传递至所述传动系。
10.根据权利要求8所述的动力总成系统,还包括操作性地连接至所述动力总成系统的控制器,所述控制器包括指令集,所述指令集可执行以控制所述动力总成系统的操作处于发动机/电动辅助驱动模式,以将推进动力传递至所述传动系。
