本申请为一种肺癌快速消融治疗系统。本发明属于:医学临床应用领域。中国肺癌发生率逐年高速增长,肺癌治疗特别重要。但目前的肺癌治疗方法有诸多缺陷:1、放射治疗对患者的正常组织和免疫功能破坏很大;2、化疗药物毒副作用极大,且费用高昂;3、手术创伤很大,对患者的免疫力和体能有很大破坏。本发明设计是在核磁共振定位之下,利用微波聚焦对肺癌组织快速消融灭活,治疗时对人体正常组织无任何损伤:肺癌患者(1)在治疗床(2)上呈侧卧位,在核磁共振(3)成像引导下,多组微波发生器(4)同时发射的微波共同聚焦在患者(1)的肺癌(5)上,从而使得肺癌(5)在短时间内快速消融灭活。

背景技术:
中国的肺癌发生率很高,并在高速增长,专家预测其发病高峰还没有真正到来。
所以肺癌的治疗特别重要。目前的肺癌治疗方法有诸多缺陷:
1、放射治疗对患者的正常组织和免疫功能破坏很大,对癌症患者是雪上加霜;
2、化疗药物副作用极大,很多患者难以坚持正常用药,并且费用高昂;
3、手术创伤较大,对患者的免疫力和体能都是很大破坏,有损治疗效果;
本专利设计可在核磁共振定位之下,利用微波聚焦对肺癌组织实现快速灭活,治疗同时对人体正常组织无任何损伤。
发明内容:
肺癌患者(1)在治疗床(2)上呈侧卧位,在核磁共振(3)成像引导下,多组具有聚焦功能的微波发生器(4)同时发射出适当功率的微波并共同聚焦在患者(1)的肺癌(5)上,从而使肺癌(5)在短时间内被快速消融灭活。

具体实施方式:先安置肺癌患者(1)在治疗床(2)上呈侧卧位躺好,并做适当的固定,然后启动核磁共振(3)使患者的肺癌(5)成像,继而移动微波发生器(4)与患者(1)之间的相对位置使得肺癌(5)准确位于多个微波发生器所发射微波的共同焦点上,此时开启微波发生器(4),多个微波发生器(4)同时发射出适当功率的微波并共同聚焦在患者(1)的肺癌(5)上,使微波聚焦于肺癌(5)照射,即可快速完成对肺癌组织的消融灭活。
在上述治疗过程中,核磁共振(3)还能够通过计算,测得肺癌(5)上的温度上升值。
Claims (1)
1.一种肺癌快速消融治疗系统的主要特征在核磁共振影像定位下,利用微波照射能够快速消融肺癌,实现非放射性的肿瘤高效治疗。目前国内外均未检索到相同方法。
其具体特征是:
1)、在核磁共振成像定位的患者前后设置多组微波发生器同时针对患者的肺癌做微波聚焦照射,对正常组织无任何损伤,但对肺癌可快速消融灭活;
2)、核磁共振作治疗定位的同时,可以对消融肿瘤区域做间接地温度测量。
